Abstract

本发明公开了一种混合动力车辆传动系统,其特征在于:一路动力由电机经外啮合齿轮传动组A传至拉维娜式行星齿轮机构的小太阳轮,另一路动力由发动机依次经单离合器、外啮合齿轮传动式多档变速齿轮箱、外啮合齿轮传动组B传至上述行星齿轮机构的行星架,通过采用制动器对上述行星齿轮机构的大太阳轮进行有选择的制动以及通过对上述电机进行相关控制,可耦合上述两路动力,使该两路动力能实现单路输入或混合输入而从上述行星齿轮机构的齿圈综合输出而驱动车辆。本发明对上述两路输入动力实现的动力耦合是可控的任意比例的耦合。本发明通过对上述制动器及上述电机的控制,而使得上述多档变速齿轮箱在档位切换时,车辆没有动力中断。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种车辆混合动力传动系统,尤其涉及一种由内燃发动机及电机共同驱动的混合动力车辆传动系统。
背景技术
当前,环境污染对人们生活的影响越来越严重,汽车尾气排放对空气的污染也是其中之一,能使用清洁能源的车辆越来越受到人们的关注。车辆上通过采用电机驱动可以直接减轻车辆的尾气排放,特别是当为该电机提供能量的电池的电能是通过可再生资源转化而来时将可以减轻车辆对环境的污染。但是由于电池容量有限,导致电机驱动的里程十分有限,使得纯电机驱动的车辆还不能完全取代内燃发动机驱动的车辆,不过采用内燃发动机及电机混合驱动的车辆却能在缓解汽车对环境污染的同时,也能满足人们短途与长途结合出行的要求。
目前公开的众多的使用了拉维娜式行星齿轮机构的由内燃发动机及电机共同驱动的混合动力车辆传动系统的共同特点有两个:一是发动机的动力在传入拉维娜式行星齿轮机构进行耦合前都没有经过外啮合齿轮传动机构的传递;二是至少有一个电机是与发动机同轴布置。如公告号为CN103057395B、CN104661846B的专利及申请公布号为CN105172570A的专利,它们所描述的混合动力传动系统中的发动机的动力都是直接传入到拉维娜式行星齿轮机构进行耦合的,而公告号为CN103161889B、CN101905646B、CN103204056B、CN102361770B的专利所描述的混合动力传动系统中的发动机的动力则都是先经过一级行星齿轮机构即内啮合齿轮传动机构的传递后再传入到拉维娜式行星齿轮机构进行耦合的。同时上述这些专利中所描述的传动系统都至少有一个电机是和发动机是同轴式布置的即发动机曲轴轴线与电机的输出轴轴线重合。从这些使用了拉维娜式行星齿轮机构进行动力耦合的传动系统我们可以看出,它们都是基于传统的行星齿轮机构式自动变速器而产生的混合动力传动系统。同时,另一些没有使用拉维娜式行星齿轮机构进行动力耦合的混合动力传动系统则或是基于双离合器变速器或是基于金属带式无级变速器或是基于锥环式无级变速器而产生,如申请公布号为CN103978976A、CN104709079A、CN102725162B所描述的传动系统。可见,所有这些混合动力传动系统的本体系统是比较复杂的,它们无形中增加了设计这些混合动力传动系统的难度,这对于我国传统的手动变速箱及基于手动变速器而设计的自动变速器(AMT)来说,由于其不能采用现有技术混动化,它们的未来发展将是不长远的。同时这对于从事这两种变速器的工作的人员及相关产能来说也是极其不利的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种混合动力车辆传动系统,克服传统手动变速器和传统AMT变速器不能混合动力传动的缺点,以及解决传统手动变速器及AMT变速器在换档时的动力中断问题。
一种混合动力车辆传动系统,其特征在于:包括发动机、单离合器、外啮合齿轮传动式多档变速齿轮箱、外啮合齿轮传动组B、拉维娜式行星齿轮机构、外啮合齿轮传动组A、电机、制动器、机体,来自电机的动力经外啮合齿轮传动组A后传入至拉维娜式行星齿轮机构的小太阳轮,来自发动机的动力依次经单离合器、外啮合齿轮传动式多档变速齿轮箱、外啮合齿轮传动组B后传入至拉维娜式行星齿轮机构的行星架,拉维娜式行星齿轮机构的大太阳轮连接制动器,该制动器有选择地进行制动而与机体实现选择性固连,上述两路动力在拉维娜式行星齿轮机构处进行耦合后从该行星齿轮机构的齿圈传出至车辆下一级动力传动装置的输入端而驱动车辆。
一种混合动力车辆传动系统,其特征在于:发动机依次连接单离合器、外啮合齿轮传动式多档变速齿轮箱、外啮合齿轮传动组B和拉维娜式行星齿轮机构的行星架;电机连接外啮合齿轮传动组A后再连接拉维娜式行星齿轮机构的小太阳轮,制动器一边连接机体一边连接上述行星齿轮机构的大太阳轮,通过采用制动器对上述行星齿轮机构的大太阳轮进行有选择的制动以及通过对上述电机进行控制,任意比例的耦合上述两路动力,使两路动力能实现单路输入或混合输入后从拉维娜式行星齿轮机构的齿圈综合输出而驱动车辆。所述外啮合齿轮传动式多档变速齿轮箱,可配置有倒档也可以不配置有倒档。所述外啮合齿轮传动组B和外啮合齿轮传动组A是一个齿轮减速传动组,它的速比是单一而固定的,但结构上可以是二轴式的,也可以是多轴式的。所述外啮合齿轮传动式多档变速齿轮箱是具有二个或二个以上不同速比的外啮合齿轮传动组的齿轮传动装置,它可以换档以实现不同速比的动力传递和中断动力传递即空档,其速比切换或空档切换可以是手动操作的也可以是自动控制的。所述单离合器实现的是多档变速齿轮箱的输入轴与发动机的输出端两者间动力传递的分离与结合,它的操作可以是手动的,也可以是自动控制的。所述下一级动力传动装置的输入端是指用于车辆动力传递的下一级传动机构的输入端,可以是下一级减速器的输入齿轮,也可以是下一级动力传递的输入轴或传动轴等。
一种混合动力车辆传动系统,其特征在于:所述拉维娜式行星齿轮机构包括一个大太阳轮、一个小太阳轮、一个短行星齿轮、一个长行星齿轮、一个行星架和一个齿圈组成的双排行星齿轮机构,其中两个行星齿轮的旋转轴均被固定在行星架上、短行星齿轮同时与小太阳轮和长行星齿轮啮合,而长行星齿轮则除与上述短行星齿轮啮合外,还与上述大太阳轮和齿圈啮合。
本发明的技术效果是:相当于在传统手动或AMT变速器的基础上引入了电机驱动,实现了混动化,使得传统手动或AMT变速器有了新的发展机遇;同时,这种基于传统手动及AMT变速器而新设计的混合动力传动系统的生产成本要远低于那些基于传统的行星齿轮机构式自动变速器、双离合器自动变速器、金属带式或锥环式无级变速器而设计的混合动力传动系统,因而其应用前景将更加广阔。当采用上述电机单独驱动车辆而卸除发动机的动力时,可分离上述单离合器,并对上述多档变速齿轮箱进行档位切换,此时的换档操作并没有切断车辆的动力(电机仍在驱动车辆),因而解决了传统手动或AMT变速器在换档时的动力中断问题,这将彻底改变人们对手动或AMT变速器的换档舒适性的看法。特别地,当上述多档变速齿轮箱为手动换档的齿轮箱时,还将给驾驶者增添换档操作乐趣。随着上述多档变速齿轮箱的档位数的增加,将使得发动机工作在合理工况的可能性增加,同时可以用电机的动力来代替发动机的动力,以避免发动机在恶劣工况下工作,因而可以大幅提高车辆的动力性和经济性。

下面结合图2和图3详细说明采用本发明分别用于发动机横置和纵置的车辆混合动力传动系统的结构。如图所示,二个传动系统均主要由以下几个部分组成:发动机001,单离合器002,外啮合齿轮传动式多档变速齿轮箱003,外啮合齿轮传动组B 004,拉维娜式行星齿轮机构005,外啮合齿轮传动组A 006,电机007,制动器008,机体009。其中,外啮合齿轮传动式多档变速齿轮箱003均用一个不带有倒档而带有5个前进档(外啮合齿轮组311&312、321&322、331&332、341&342、351&352)和3个同步器(同步器310、320、330)的五档齿轮箱来表示,其输入轴300依次连接于单离合器002和发动机001,其输出轴340均连接着一个外啮合齿轮传动组B 004(对于图2所示的发动机横置系统来说,该外啮合齿轮传动组B 004是由固定在输出轴340上的齿轮361、惰轮轴350及其上的齿轮362、固定在行星架510上的输出齿轮363组成的;对于图3所示的发动机纵置系统来说,该外啮合齿轮传动组B 004则是由固定在输出轴340上的齿轮361和固定在行星架510上的输出齿轮363组成的)。拉维娜式行星齿轮机构005均由固定有上述外啮合齿轮传动组B 004的输出齿轮363的行星架510、固定有外啮合齿轮传动组A 006的输出齿轮613、小太阳轮520与小太阳轮520相啮合的短行星齿轮530、固定有制动器008的大太阳轮540、与大太阳轮540相啮合的长行星齿轮550、以及与长行星齿轮550相啮合的齿圈560组成,其中短行星齿轮530与长行星齿轮550保持常啮合,而且它们的旋转轴均固定在行星架510上,上述外啮合齿轮传动组A 006均连接于电机007(对于图2所示的发动机横置系统来说,该外啮合齿轮传动组A 006是由电机007的输出轴610及固定其上的齿轮611、惰轮轴620及固定其上齿轮612和输出齿轮613组成的;对于图3所示的发动机纵置系统来说,该外啮合齿轮传动组A 006则是由电机007的输出轴610及固定其上的齿轮611、惰轮轴620及固定其上的齿轮612a、空套在输出轴340上的齿轮612b、和输出齿轮613组成的)。齿圈560均作为输出元件将动力输出给下一级动力传动装置,对于图2所示的发动机横置系统来说,该输出是由齿圈560输出给固定在其上的主减主动齿轮711,经主减从动齿轮712传给差速器700后再输出给左右车辆传动轴来实现的;对于图3所示的发动机纵置系统来说,该输出则是由齿圈560输出给固连于其上的下一级动力传动装置的输入端再输出给车轮来实现的,该下一级动力传动装置的输入端可以是车辆后桥传动轴,也可以是车辆前后桥分动器的输入传动轴等输入元件。
下面结合图2和图3详细说明采用本发明分别用于发动机横置和纵置的车辆混合动力传动系统的动力传递及驱动模式:从上述结构说明可以看出,二个传动系统中,来自发动机001的动力均通过外啮合齿轮传动组B 004的输出齿轮363传入至拉维娜式行星齿轮机构005的行星架510上,来自电机007的动力均通过外啮合齿轮传动组A 006的输出齿轮613传入至上述行星齿轮机构005的小太阳轮520上。而与上述行星齿轮机构005的大太阳轮540连接的制动器008则均可选择性地进行制动而选择性地与机体009进行固连。当制动器008脱开时,即大太阳轮540可自由旋转时,传递到行星架510上的来自发动机001的动力与传递到小太阳轮520上的来自电机007的动力可以进行任意比例的耦合而从齿圈560输出,而实现混合驱动模式。此时,如果通过调整电机007及发动机001转速输出而使得大太阳轮540的转速趋于0而结合制动器008,则可进一步切断电机007的动力而进入发动机001较小速比的单独驱动模式,或可分离单离合器002切断发动机001的动力而进入电机007单独驱动模式。当进入发动机001单独驱动模式后,又可脱开制动器008启动电机007而返回混合驱动模式。当进入电机007单独驱动模式后,可对外啮合齿轮传动式多档变速齿轮箱003进行换档操作,而不影响车辆的驱动动力(不影响电机007对车辆的驱动动力),即没有动力中断而进行换档,换档完成后再在发动机001启动的情况下结合单离合器002、脱开制动器008又重新回到混合驱动模式。混合驱动模式下还可通过制动电机007来实现发动机001较大速比的单独驱动模式。对于倒车工况,则可以通过在电机007单独驱动模式时反转电机007而实现,也可通过在发动机001单独驱动模式时分离和结合单离合器002,而将外啮合齿轮传动式多档变速齿轮箱003换入倒档来实现,当然前提是外啮合齿轮传动式多档变速齿轮箱003要设置有倒档。当车辆处于反拖工况时,可结合制动器008而通过电机007制动来给电池充电而对车辆滑行动能进行回收。在发动机001驱动且制动器008结合时,如发动机001能量有富余,也可由发动机001来驱动电机007而给电池充电。
本发明在相当于传统手动或AMT变速器的传动系统的输出部分上引入电机007、拉维娜式行星齿轮机构005、制动器008、外啮合齿轮传动组A 006和外啮合齿轮传动组B 004,将经手动或AMT变速器传来的发动机001的动力和由电机007传动来的动力在拉维娜式行星齿轮机构005处进行耦合后从该行星齿轮机构的齿圈传出而驱动车辆,可实现的以下几种工作模式:一、通过结合与上述大太阳轮540相连接的制动器008,分离上述单离合器002,可实现电机007单独驱动车辆;二、通过对上述电机007进行制动,脱开与上述大太阳轮540相连接的上述制动器008,结合上述单离合器002可实现发动机001以较大速比单独驱动车辆;三、通过结合上述制动器008,让电机007处于自由运转状态而结合上述单离合器002,可实现发动机001以较小速比单独驱动车辆;四、当电机007单独驱动车辆时,可随时启动发动机001,结合上述单离合器002、脱开制动器008而让电机007与发动机001混合驱动车辆;五、当发动机001单独驱动车辆时,也可随时启动电机007,脱开制动器008而实现发动机001与电机007混合驱动车辆;六、当发动机001与电机007混合驱动车辆时,可对发动机001及电机007的转速予以调整,使得与上述制动器008相连接的上述大太阳轮540的转速为零而对其实施制动,然后逐步减小发动机001功率而加大电机007功率使得车辆最终由电机007来单独驱动,之后可分离上述单离合器002而对与发动机001相连接的外啮合齿轮传动式多档齿轮箱003实施换档操作以使发动机001工作在更合理的档位工况或是关闭发动机001而进入纯电机驱动;七、当上述制动器008结合而发动机001驱动时,还可使电机007工作在发电状态而对电池进行充电;八、当车辆滑行时,根据减速的要求,也可适当采用电机007制动来回收车辆动能而给电池充电。
以上内容是结合具体的优选实施方式对本发明所作的进一步详细说明,不能认定本发明的具体实施只局限于这些说明。对于本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下做出若干等同替代或明显变型,而且性能或用途相同,则应当视为属于本发明所提交的权利要求书确定的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种混合动力车辆传动系统,其特征在于:来自电机(007)的动力经外啮合齿轮传动组A(006)后传入至拉维娜式行星齿轮机构(005)的小太阳轮,来自发动机(001)的动力依次经单离合器(002)、外啮合齿轮传动式多档变速齿轮箱(003)、外啮合齿轮传动组B(004)后传入至上述行星齿轮机构的行星架,上述行星齿轮机构的大太阳轮连接制动器(008),该制动器(008)有选择地进行制动而与机体(009)实现选择性固连,上述两路动力在拉维娜式行星齿轮机构(005)处进行耦合后从该行星齿轮机构的齿圈传出至车辆下一级动力传动装置的输入端而驱动车辆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆传动系统,其特征在于:发动机(001)依次连接单离合器(002)、外啮合齿轮传动式多档变速齿轮箱(003)、外啮合齿轮传动组B(004)和拉维娜式行星齿轮机构(005)的行星架;电机(007)依次连接外啮合齿轮传动组A(006)、拉维娜式行星齿轮机构(005)的小太阳轮(520),制动器(008)一边连接机体(009)一边连接上述行星齿轮机构的大太阳轮(540),通过采用制动器(008)对上述行星齿轮机构的大太阳轮(540)进行有选择的制动以及通过对上述电机(007)进行控制,任意比例的耦合上述两路动力,使两路动力能实现单路输入或混合输入后从拉维娜式行星齿轮机构(005)的齿圈(560)综合输出而驱动车辆。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力车辆传动系统,其特征在于:所述拉维娜式行星齿轮机构(005)包括一个大太阳轮(540)、一个小太阳轮(520)、一个短行星齿轮(530)、一个长行星齿轮(550)、一个行星架(510)和一个齿圈(560)组成的双排行星齿轮机构,其中两个行星齿轮的旋转轴均被固定在行星架(510)上、短行星齿轮(530)同时与小太阳轮(520)和长行星齿轮(550)啮合,而长行星齿轮(550)则除与上述短行星齿轮(530)啮合外,还与上述大太阳轮(540)和齿圈(560)啮合。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的混合动力车辆传动系统,其特征在于:该混合动力车辆传动系统可实现以下工作模式:一、通过结合与上述大太阳轮(540)相连接的制动器(008),分离上述单离合器(002),可实现电机(007)单独驱动车辆;二、通过对上述电机(007)进行制动,脱开与上述大太阳轮(540)相连接的上述制动器(008),结合上述单离合器(002)可实现发动机(001)以较大速比单独驱动车辆;三、通过结合上述制动器(008),让电机(007)处于自由运转状态而结合上述单离合器(002),可实现发动机(001)以较小速比单独驱动车辆;四、当电机(007)单独驱动车辆时,可随时启动发动机(001),结合上述单离合器(002)、脱开制动器(008)而让电机(007)与发动机(001)混合驱动车辆;五、当发动机(001)单独驱动车辆时,也可随时启动电机(007),脱开制动器(008)而实现发动机(001)与电机(007)混合驱动车辆;六、当发动机(001)与电机(007)混合驱动车辆时,可对发动机(001)及电机(007)的转速予以调整,使得与上述制动器(008)相连接的上述大太阳轮(540)的转速为零而对其实施制动,然后逐步减小发动机(001)功率而加大电机(007)功率使得车辆最终由电机(007)来单独驱动,之后可分离上述单离合器(002)而对与发动机(001)相连接的外啮合齿轮传动式多档齿轮箱(003)实施换档操作以使发动机(001)工作在更合理的档位工况或是关闭发动机(001)而进入纯电机驱动;七、当上述制动器(008)结合而发动机(001)驱动时,还可使电机(007)工作在发电状态而对电池进行充电;八、当车辆滑行时,根据减速的要求,也可适当采用电机(007)制动来回收车辆动能而给电池充电。
