丰田的E-CVT,又称为电控无极变速器,它包括两个电机和一个行星齿轮传动装置,该行星齿轮传动装置具有外齿圈(连接第二电机和输出轴),行星齿轮组(连接发动机)和太阳齿轮(连接第一电机),由于位于行星齿轮传动装置中间的行星齿轮组是被发动机驱动,所以当行星齿轮组转动时能够带动外齿圈转动和太阳轮转动。因而,动力传递流为:发动机-第一电机-行星齿轮组-外齿圈-输出轴,或者第二电机-外齿圈-输出轴。优点在于:变速平顺,传动效率高,结构简单。缺点是:不具有纯发动机运行模式,电动机的传动比是固定不可变的。

具体实施方式
图1示出根据本发明的混合动力系统的结构示意图。如图所示,内燃机1通过离合器2,优选干式离合器与第一电机3连接,该第一电机3连接到第一输入轴6上,其中,在第一输入轴6上设置具有两个挡位,即第二挡位3.1和第四挡位3.2的第一齿轮传动装置,在该齿轮传动装置中通过第一同步器4在两个挡位4.1和4.2之间切换,从而实现传速比的变化;第二电机9被连接在第二输入轴8上,其中,在第二输入轴8上设置具有两个挡位,即第一挡位10.1和第三挡位10.2的第二齿轮传动装置,在该齿轮传动装置中通过第二同步器10在两个挡位之间进行切换。因此,内燃机和第一电机具有两个挡位,第二电机也具有两个挡位,从而能实现较宽的转速比,并且由于具有两个输入轴,在一个输入轴进行换挡时,另一个输入轴可以继续提供动力,从而保证在换挡时不会中断动力传输。
利用根据本发明的混合动力系统的这种结构,能够实现如下这些不同的驱动模式:
一,混动模式:内燃机和电机同时运行,又可分为
1)第一混动模式(串联模式):内燃机1处于运行模式,离合器2被闭合,第一电机3处于发电机模式,第二电机9处于驱动模式,第一同步器4被断开,第二同步器10接合第一挡10.1或第三挡10.2。因此,内燃机1驱动第一电机3,该第一电机3产生用来给电池5充电的电能,电池的电能驱动第二电机9以驱动车辆运行。
2)第二混动模式:内燃机1处于驱动模式,离合器2被闭合,第一电机3处于驱动模式,第二电机9不运转,第一同步器4接合第二挡4.1或第四挡4.2,第二同步器被断开。因此,内燃机1与第一电机3共同驱动车辆运行,第一电机3能够提供正扭矩也能够提供负扭矩(例如在充电时);在第一同步器4进行换挡时,例如从第二挡位4.1切换到第四挡位4.2,可以运行第二电机9,从而保证在换挡时不中断动力供应。
3)第三混动模式:内燃机1处于运行模式,离合器2被闭合,第一电机3不运转,第二电机9处于驱动模式,第一同步器4接合第二挡4.1或第四挡4.2,第二同步器10接合第一档10.1或第三档10.2。因此,内燃机1与第二电机9共同驱动车辆运行,第二电机9能够正扭矩也能够提供负扭矩;由于两个输入中都在提供动力,所以只要两个同步器不同时进行换挡,就能够保证动力供应地持续性。
二,纯电动模式:只由电机提供动力;又可分为,
1)第一纯电动模式:内燃机1不运转,离合器2被断开,第一电机3处于驱动模式,第二电机9不运转,第一同步器4接合第二挡4.1或第四挡4.2,第二同步器10被断开。因此,只由第一电机3提供动力来驱动车辆。
2)第二纯电动模式:内燃机1不运转,离合器2被断开,第一电机3不运转,第二电机9处于驱动模式,第一同步器4被断开,第二同步器10接合第一档10.1或第三档10.2。因此,只由第二电机9提供动力来驱动车辆。
三,纯内燃机驱动模式:
内燃机1处于驱动模式,离合器2被闭合,第一电机3和第二电机9都不运转,第一同步器4接合第二挡4.1或第四挡4.2,第二同步器10被断开。因此,只由内燃机1提供动力来驱动车辆。
四,启动内燃机模式:
1)第一启动内燃机模式:离合器3被闭合,第一电机3处于驱动模式,以转动内燃机1,第二电机9驱动驱动模式,第一同步器4被断开,第二同步器10接合第一挡10.1或第三挡10.2。因此,第二电机9提供动力驱动车辆,第一电机3启动内燃机1。
2)第二启动内燃机模式:离合器3被闭合,第一电机3处于驱动模式,以转动内燃机1,第二电机9不运转,第一同步器4接合第二挡4.1或第四挡4.2,第二同步器10被断开。因此,第一电机3启动内燃机1,同时第一电机3也提供动力驱动车辆。
五,能量回收模式:
内燃机1停止运转,离合器2被断开,第一同步器4和/或第二同步器10接合,则输出轴7带动第一输入轴6和/或第二输入轴8转动,使得第一电机和/或第二电机进行发电,将车辆的动能转换为电能,储存到电池5中。
虽然在上述说明中示例性地描述了可能的实施例,但是应该理解到,仍然通过所有已知的和此外技术人员容易想到的技术特征和实施方式的组合存在大量实施例的变化。此外还应该理解到,示例性的实施方式仅仅作为一个例子,这种实施例绝不以任何形式限制本发明的保护范围、应用和构造。通过前述说明更多地是向技术人员提供一种用于转化至少一个示例性实施方式的技术指导,其中,只要不脱离权利要求书的保护范围,便可以进行各种改变,尤其是关于所述部件的功能和结构方面的改变。例如,在前述实施例中,第一齿轮传动装置和第二齿轮传动装置都只具有两个挡位,当然还可以设置更多的挡位,并且第一齿轮传动装置的挡位数和第二齿轮传动装置的挡位数也可以不同,这些设计方案也都在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种具有双电机的混合动力系统,包括:内燃机以及第一电机和第二电机,其中,在所述内燃机和所述第一电机之间设有离合器,所述内燃机,所述离合器和所述第一电机被依次连接到第一输入轴上,所述第二电机连接到第二输入轴上,其特征在于,所述第一输入轴在所述第一电机的输出端通过具有多个挡位的第一变速装置与输出轴相连接,所述第二输入轴在所述第二电机的输出端通过具有多个挡位的第二变速装置与所述输出轴相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述第一变速装置通过第一同步器进行换挡操作。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述第二变速装置通过第二同步器进行换挡操作。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,在所述第一同步器进行换挡时,所述第二输入轴向所述输出轴提供动力,并且在所述第二同步器进行换挡时,所述第一输入轴向所述输出轴提供动力。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述离合器是干式离合器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,在所述混合动力系统中设有能量储存装置,所述第一电机与所述第二电机都与所述能量储存装置电连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力系统,其特征在于,所述第一变速装置和/或所述第二变速装置是齿轮传动装置。
