Abstract
정전용량 터치 센서는, 정전용량 터치 센서 기판, 상기 정전용량 터치 센서 기판에 형성되는 투명전극 패턴, 상기 투명전극 패턴과의 전기적 연결을 위한 회로 배선을 구비하는 연성 회로 기판, 그리고 상기 연성 회로 기판과 상기 투명전극 패턴에 각각 접촉되는 부분을 포함하여 상기 연성 회로 기판의 회로 배선과 상기 투명전극 패턴을 서로 전기적으로 연결되는 상태로 접착하는 이방성 도전성 접착 부재를 포함한다. 연성 회로 기판에 정전용량 터치 센서 기판의 투명전극 패턴에 전기적으로 연결되는 회로 배선을 형성함으로써 간단한 방법으로 미세 패턴의 구현이 가능하다. 특히 연성 회로 기판에 형성되는 회로 배선이 이방성 도전성 접착 부재에 의해 투명전극 패턴에 직접 전기적으로 연결될 수 있도록 형성됨으로써 투명전극 패턴에 전기 신호를 인가하기 위한 배선 구조가 간단해지고 형성이 용이하다.
