Abstract

Изобретение относится к электронной аналитической технике по определению состава и структуры веществ, в частности к области анализаторов, включающих в себя, по меньшей мере, один масс-спектрометр(М8), и может быть использовано, в медицине, в биологии, в газовой и нефтяной промышленности, в металлургии, энергетике, геохимии, гидрологии, экологии. Технический результат - увеличение разрешающей способности MS, чувствительности, точности и скорости измерения состава и структуры веществ, при одновременном расширении функциональных возможностей, уменьшении геометрических габаритов и массы анализаторов вещества. В способе масс-спектрометрии формирование ионного потока и управление им осуществляют однопоточным вне осевым методом; параллельно - многопоточным методом; методом использования трехмерного поля со средней меридианной поверхностью, в том числе отражающего трехмерного вида и отражающего двузонного вида или методом массивов многоотражения. Разработаны варианты устройств для реализации способа. Представлены принципиальные ионно-оптические схемы, которые позволяют создавать различные виды MS с меньшими материалоемкостью и геометрическими размерами
