Abstract

본 발명은 유기농 퇴비로 이용할 수 있는 유기질 발효 조성물 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 이 유기질 발효 조성물은 단독으로 또는 공지의 퇴비와 혼합하여 퇴비로 이용될 수 있으며, 풀, 채소 및 약초에서 선택되는 식물의 잎사귀를 단독 또는 1종 이상 혼합한 것에, 포도당, 물엿, 흑설탕 및 당밀에서 선택된 당본을 단독 또는 1종 이상 혼합한 것을 혼합한 후, 소금을 첨가한 제1발효 혼합물을 20 내지 60℃에서 24시간 내지 1년 동안 배양하는 배양단계; 상기 제1발효 혼합물에 물, 그리고 포도당, 물엿, 흑설탕 및 당밀에서 선택되는 당분을 단독 또는 1종 이상 혼합한 것에 소금을 첨가하여 얻어지는 제2발효 혼합물을 20 내지 40℃에서 30 분 내지 24시간 동안 증식하는 증식단계; 및 상기 제2발효 혼합물에 물, 그리고, 포도당, 물엿, 흑설탕 및 당밀에서 선택되는 당류를 단독 또는 1종 이상 혼합하고, 여기에 소금을 첨가하여 얻어지는 제3발효 혼합물을 20 내지 40℃에서 1 내지 12시간 동안 대량 증식하는 것으로서, 선택적으로 생략할 수 있는 대량증식단계에 의하여 제조된다. 본 발명의 유기질 발효 조성물은 나아가, 동물 사료, 토질 개량제, 수질 개선제, 가축 사료, 악취 제거제 등으로 다양하게 이용될 수 있다.
