更に、本発明に係るシートベルトリトラクタは、前記第2の内歯が、前記スプールから引き出された前記シートベルトの延設方向側でかつ前記スプールの回転軸に関して前記スプールから引き出された前記シートベルトと反対側に位置して配設されていることを特徴としている。
図1は、本発明にかかるシートベルトリトラクタの実施の形態の一例を備えるシートベルト装置を模式的に示す図、図2はこの例のシートベルトリトラクタを概略的に示す斜視図である。
このシートベルト装置1におけるシートベルト4の装着操作および装着解除操作も、従来公知のシートベルト装置と同じである。
図3(A)は、スプールの右側端およびその周辺を図1において右方から見て示す図、図3(B)はスプールの左側端およびその周辺を図1において左方から見て示す図である。
図3(A)に示すように、スプール9の右側端9a側は前述の特開平5ー193441号公報に記載されているシートベルトリトラクタと基本的に同じである。
前述の図4(A)に示す例では、スプール押圧部8hの押圧面8iがなだらかに傾斜した湾曲面とされているが、図4(B)に示すように、この例のシートベルトリトラクタ3では、スプール押圧部8hの押圧面8iが比較的急に傾斜した面とされている。したがって、この例のシートベルトリトラクタ3では、シートベルト荷重によりスプール9がシートベルト荷重方向γに移動する際に、スプール押圧部8hによるスプール9の押圧力がの比較的に迅速に増大する。この例のシートベルトリトラクタ3の他の構成および他の作用効果は、前述の図1および図2に示す例と同じである。
また、この例のシートベルトリトラクタ3を備えるシートベルト装置1の構成および作用効果も、前述の例と同じである。
Claims (5)
- シートベルトを巻き取るスプールと、
第1の側壁および第2の側壁を有するとともに、前記スプールを回転可能に支持するフレームと、
前記スプールの一側端に設けられるとともに、前記第1の側壁に設けられた所定数の第1の内歯に緊急時に係合する所定数の第1の外歯を有し、前記第1の内歯に前記第1の外歯が係合したとき前記スプールのシートベルト引出し方向の回転をロックする第1の係合部と、
前記スプールの他側端に設けられるとともに、前記第2の側壁に設けられた所定数の第2の内歯に緊急時に係合する所定数の第2の外歯を有し、前記第2の内歯に前記第2の外歯が係合したとき前記スプールのシートベルト引出し方向の回転をロックする第2の係合部と、
前記第1の内歯に前記第1の外歯が係合したとき、前記シートベルトの荷重により前記スプールの前記他側端がシートベルト荷重方向に移動するとき、前記第2の係合部の前記第2の外歯が前記第2の内歯に係合する方向に前記前記スプールの前記他側端を押圧するスプール押圧部と、
を備えることを特徴とするシートベルトリトラクタ。 - 前記第1の係合部は前記スプールの一側端に回動可能に設けられたパウルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシートベルトリトラクタ。
- 前記第2の内歯は、前記スプールから引き出された前記シートベルトの延設方向側でかつ前記スプールの回転軸に関して前記スプールから引き出された前記シートベルトと反対側に位置して配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のシートベルトリトラクタ。
- 前記スプール押圧部と前記第2の内歯とは、前記シートベルトの荷重により前記スプールの前記他側端がシートベルト荷重方向に移動するとき、トグル効果による力を前記スプールの前記他側端に加えるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1に記載のシートベルトリトラクタ。
- シートベルトを巻き取るシートベルトリトラクタと、このシートベルトリトラクタから引き出されたシートベルトに摺動自在に支持されたタングと、このタングが係脱可能に係合されるバックルとを少なくとも備え、前記シートベルトによって乗員を拘束するシートベルト装置において、
前記シートベルトリトラクタは、請求項1ないし4のいずれか1に記載のシートベルトリトラクタであることを特徴とするシートベルト装置。
