Abstract

L'invention concerne un instrument chirurgical (20) comportant un élément de traction/poussée (2) guidé dans une gaine (1), cet élément étant destiné à transmettre une force de traction/poussée d'un dispositif d'actionnement (3) disposé à une extrémité de la gaine (1) à une boucle (4) disposée à l'autre extrémité de la gaine (1), afin de déplacer la boucle (4) d'une position de stockage, dans laquelle la boucle (4) s'étend dans la gaine (1) en position d'extension, à une position d'utilisation dans laquelle l'ouverture (5) écartée de la boucle (4) est située devant la gaine (1), et inversement. La boucle (4) présente deux jambes d'écartement (6) écartées en forme de V et situées partiellement devant et dans la gaine en position d'utilisation, ces jambes d'écartement (6) présentant une plus grande résistance à la flexion, au moins dans une direction perpendiculaire au plan d'ouverture (5'), qu'un arc de boucle (7) connectant les extrémités libres respectives (61) des jambes d'écartement. L'élément de traction/poussée (2) est électroconducteur. L'invention vise à perfectionner cet instrument chirurgical de manière avantageuse.
