在底架 1的上方还设有一对从动轴 9, 从动轴 9设于传动轴 2的两侧且与 传动轴相互垂直设置, 在从动轴 9上套设有两个从动轴支撑件 10, 从动轴支撑 件 10与底架 1固接, 且从动轴 9可绕从动轴支撑件 10转动, 从动轴 9上还设 有侧挡支撑杆 1 1 (参见附图 1、 2 )。 在传动轴 2的两侧设置从动轴 9 , 从动轴 9 通过万向节 12与传动轴 2同步转动, 当然, 从动轴也可单独与外接电机连接并 在电机的带动下各自转动, 继而驱动侧挡支撑杆 11向两侧翻转, 使得侧翻杆 8 和侧挡支撑杆 11依次顺序展开或收合。
从动轴 9与传动轴 2.设于同一平面上, 因而使得遮阳篷在收合折叠后具有 较小的体积, 且从动轴与传动轴的端部通过万向节 12连接 (参见附图 2 )。 从 动轴 9上还固接有侧档板 13, 侧档板 13与侧挡支撑杆 11为垂直设置 (参见附 图 1 )。 侧档板 13可随从动轴 9转动, 在侧档支撑杆 11收合后, 侧档板包设于 从动轴的外围, 当汽车在高速行驶时保护侧档支撑杆上的遮阳布不会被大风吹 起。
在前后传动轴 2上分别固接有前挡框 14和后挡板 15, 前挡框 14和后挡板 15上设有固定件 16, 侧翻轴 6可转动地穿设于固定件 16上 (参见附图 1、 5 )。 前挡框 14和后挡板 15分别与前后传动轴 2.相互平行设置。 前挡框和后挡板设 置分别用于汽车前窗和后窗的遮阳, 同时, 侧翻轴 6可转动地穿设于固定件 16 上, 因此, 侧翻轴 6在向外翻转同时在自转的过程中, 侧翻轴上至少有两个支 撑点支撑, 因而在展开和收合过程中具有较好的稳定性。
在前挡框 14上设有百叶窗 17 (参见附图 1 ), 百叶窗的设置使得该部遮阳 位置具有较好的空气流通性, 有利于进一步降低汽车的温度。 在传动轴 2与从 动轴 9的相接之处罩设有护角 18, 护角 18的底部与底架 1固接 (参见附图 1、 2 ), 护角对万向节起到较好的保护作用。
实际使用时, 遮阳布 19设置在侧翻杆 8和侧挡支撑杆 11上, 以及底架 1 方框中 (参见附图 6), 侧翻杆 8与侧挡支撑杆 U相邻处的部分采用具有弹性 的遮阳布, 使得侧翻杆 8与侧挡支撑杆 11较方便地收合。随着侧翻杆 8和侧挡 支撑杆 11展开后的遮阳布刚好遮挡住汽车的两侧,前挡框 14和后挡板 15分别 用于汽车前窗和后窗的遮阳。 因此, 遮阳布 19可随着侧翻杆和侧挡支撑杆的翻 转而完全收合, 克服了现有技术中存在的边角处的遮阳布较难被折叠收合的缺 陷, 省去了人工干预的麻烦, 方便于自动化操控, 提高了产品的使用性能。
本发明可改变为多种方式对本领域的技术人员是显而易见的, 这样的改变 不认为脱离本发明的范围。 所有这样的对所述领域技术人员显而易见的修改将 包括在本权利要求的范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1.一种汽车遮阳篷的骨架, 包括底架, 其特征在于: 所述底架的上方设有 一对前后成平行设置的传动轴, 在传动轴上套设有一对传动轴支撑件, 所述的 传动轴支撑件与底架固接; 所述传动轴的两端各套设有一轴齿轮, 轴齿轮与传 动轴支撑件固接, 且传动轴可绕传动轴支撑件和轴齿轮转动; 所述传动轴的两 端部各固接有一齿轮连接件, 在齿轮连接件上穿设有可绕其转动的侧翻轴, 所 述的侧翻轴穿过齿轮连接件与一翻转齿轮相接, 所述的翻转齿轮与轴齿轮相互 啮合, 在侧翻轴上还设有侧翻杆; 所述底架的上方还设有一对从动轴, 从动轴 设于传动轴的两侧且与传动轴相互垂直设置,在从动轴上套设有从动轴支撑件, 所述的从动轴支撑件与底架固接, 且从动轴可绕从动轴支撑件转动, 所述的从 动轴上还设有侧挡支撑杆。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的汽车遮阳篷的骨架, 其特征在于: 所述的从动轴 与传动轴设于同一平面上, 且从动轴与传动轴的端部通过万向节连接。
3.根据权利要求 1或 2所述的汽车遮阳篷的骨架, 其特征在于: 所述的从 动轴上还固接有侧挡板, 侧挡板与侧挡支撑杆为垂直设置。
4.根据权利要求 1或 2所述的汽车遮阳篷的骨架, 其特征在于: 在前后传 动轴上分别固接有前挡框和后挡板, 所述的前挡框和后挡板上设有固定件, 侧 翻轴可转动地穿设于固定件上。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的汽车遮阳篷的骨架, 其特征在于: 所述的侧翻轴 设于翻转齿轮的轴心线上且与传动轴垂直设置。
6.根据权利要求 4所述的汽车遮阳篷的骨架, 其特征在于: 所述的前挡框 和后挡板分别与前后传动轴相互平行设置。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的汽车遮阳篷的骨架, 其特征在于: 所述的前挡框 上设有百叶窗。
8.根据权利要求 1或 2所述的汽车遮阳篷的骨架, 其特征在于: 所述传动 轴与从动轴的相接之处罩设有护角, 护角的底部与底架固接。
