Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif servant à fixer et à protéger une Eurobalise, ladite Eurobalise s'utilisant au niveau des voies, dans le domaine du trafic ferroviaire sur rails. L'invention vise à mettre au point un dispositif de fixation et de protection pour loger des balises de voies, qui permette de protéger efficacement la balise concernée des dangers liés à l'exploitation d'un chemin de fer et n'altère pas les propriétés d'émission et de réception de ladite balise. A cet effet, la balise est insérée dans un évidement ménagé dans le support de balise, de préférence de manière centrée, la surface de ladite balise étant à fleur dudit évidement. Le support de balise présente une forme arrondie ou pointue sur ses deux faces frontales ainsi qu'une section transversale en U. Sur sa face inférieure opposée à la balise, le support de balise comporte un canal se présentant sous forme de rainure et s'étendant dans le sens transversal et ledit support de balise est relié de manière amovible, par l'intermédiaire d'un système de fixation, au patin de rail des deux rails/de la voie de circulation ou directement à la voie/traverse sans ballast, par l'intermédiaire de tire-fonds,.
