Definitions

  • the invention relates to a protective device for an electronic or electrical component, in particular a balise for a track system or a slab track, comprising a carrier element which has a receiving area for receiving the electronic or electrical component, and at least one connecting element for connecting the protective device to a threshold the track system or to the slab track, the connecting element being at least partially resilient or resilient.
  • the invention further relates to a track sleeper or a slab track with a balise attached to it, the balise being arranged in a protective device.
  • the EP 2 842 828 A1 a protective device for devices between rails, in particular for sleepers and / or rail-bound devices, such as balises, comprising a cover which delimits a cavity for receiving the sleepers and / or rail-bound device, and at least two fastening elements which are connected to the cover for fastening the protective device to a rail and / or a threshold, at least one of the fastening elements being designed to be movable relative to the cover from a release position into a locking position.
  • This is intended to enable mechanical ballasting or leveling of a track system around the balise without damaging it.
  • the EP 2 828 137 A1 describes an attachment device for attaching a pair of balises to the sleepers of a railroad track or the like, comprising a first support base for supporting a first balise of the pair, first fasteners associated with the first support base around the attachment device on a first threshold of the track to fix, a second support base for supporting a second balise of the pair, second fasteners associated with the second support base to fix the applicator to a second threshold of the track that is a given distance from the first threshold, and mechanical Fasteners, which are arranged between the first and the second carrier base, the distance between the first and the second fastening elements being selectively modifiable.
  • the DE 10 2010 020 421 A1 describes a fastening and protection device for a euro balise, the euro balise being used in the track area of rail-bound railway traffic, and the balise preferably embedded in the middle and with its surface flush in a recess in a balise beam, which is on both end faces in a rounded or pointed shape and which has a U-shaped cross-sectional shape, the balis carrier having a transverse channel in the form of a groove on its underside facing away from the balise, and the balis carrier having at least one fastening system with the rail foot of the two rails / Roadway or directly connected to the fixed roadway / threshold with a screw anchor.
  • the DE 10 2010 020 419 A1 such a fastening and protection device with the difference that the balise holder is rectangular.

  • U1 is a rail foot clamp set with U-profiles for attaching pulse generators, such as balises, between the railway sleepers.
  • This includes rail foot clamps and riveted U-profiles as well as holes for attaching the balise, whereby the parts are screwed to both ends of the U-profiles using a firmly welded, galvanized steel plate.
  • the object of the invention is achieved with the above-mentioned track sleeper or the slab track, in which the protective device is designed according to the invention.
  • the advantage here is that with the at least partially elastically yielding connecting element, cyclical stresses of the fastening of the protective device on the threshold or the respective base, e.g. a so-called slab track can be better absorbed by the connecting element. This in turn is advantageous not only in terms of reducing vibrations in the electronic or electrical component. Above all, a more secure connection of the protective device to the ground, in particular a threshold, can be achieved in this way.
  • Two securing elements projecting over an underside of the connecting element are arranged on the connecting element. These securing elements are provided in particular in order to protrude into the ballast bed surrounding the track sleeper in a track system.
  • the connection of the protective device to the ground can thus continue be improved.
  • any vibrations that may occur can be diverted from the protective device-track sleeper system into the surrounding ballast bed. This, in turn, can possibly lead to re-compaction of the ballast bed in the area of the track sleeper.
  • the securing elements are at least approximately tooth-shaped.
  • the installation of the protective device is thus simplified in that the securing element can penetrate the underground, in particular the ballast bed, more easily. If necessary, however, the pull-out resistance of the protective device can also be improved if the securing element is already taken into account during the manufacture of the subsoil, that is to say for example when producing a slab track, for example at least partially concreted in.
  • the subsequent assembly of the electronic or electrical component can thus also be simplified by only having to connect the carrier element to the connecting element.
  • the securing elements preferably consist of a harder material than the connecting element. It can the transmission of vibrations into the floor structure receiving the securing elements can be improved.
  • the protective device it can be provided that at least two connecting elements are provided which are arranged at a distance from one another. It can thus be created in a simple constructive way for receiving a conductor element.
  • the connection of the protective device to the underground can be carried out more securely by providing two separate connecting elements.
  • the carrier element is at least partially formed by at least one of the connecting elements.
  • a multi-part cover element is preferably arranged on the carrier element, since the subsequent installation of the electronic or electrical component can thereby be simplified.
  • the cover element comprises two side impact protection elements and a cover element, the cover element being releasably or non-releasably connected to the impact protection elements.
  • the separation makes it possible to produce the two impact protection elements from a different material than the cover element. This, in turn, can be used to better protect the underlying, elastically yielding connecting element against mechanical impairments, for example as a result of the train crossing.
  • the impact protection elements can at least partially be designed with a beveled top, as a result of which objects, such as stones, which may impact on the protection device can be better discharged.
  • the 1 to 3 show a variant of a protective device 1 in different representations.
  • the protective device 1 serves to hold and protect an electronic or electrical component, in particular a balise 2, as is used in the area of track systems.
  • balises 2 are understood to mean technical facilities in the area of railroad tracks which store information relating to rail operations and transmit them to rail vehicles which pass the location of a balise 2. In terms of their operation, balises 2 are therefore transponders.
  • the protective device 1 is the preferred one, it can also be used for other electronic or electrical components.
  • the protective device 1 comprises a carrier element and at least one connecting element 3, wherein in the preferred embodiment variant of the protective device 1 shown the carrier element is at least partially, in particular entirely, formed by the at least one connecting element 3, as is shown in FIGS Figures 1 to 3 can be seen.
