Abstract
Description
あるいは、表示器に患者情報の書き込みを行う際、患者情報の書き込みに失敗する場合がある。このような場合、表示器には何も表示されないので、どの患者に処方すべき薬品が載置されているトレイかが不明となる。その結果、払い出された薬品を廃棄したり、あるいは再度薬品自動払出装置に払い出された薬品を戻す手間がかかり、経済効率や業務効率が悪くなるという問題がある。
あるいは、非接触で患者情報を書き込むような場合は、患者情報が外部に漏れて、個人情報の漏えいにつながる恐れがある。
あるいは、電子カードのような表示器に対し患者情報を書き込む際に、書き込みミス等があっても患者情報等を識別することができる薬品自動払出装置を提供することを目的とする。
あるいは、患者情報が外部に漏れることがない薬品自動払出装置を提供することを目的とする。
本願の第1の発明である薬品自動払出装置は、空のトレイを収容する未収納トレイユニットと、調剤指示に基づき、収納されている薬品を前記トレイに投入する薬品投入ユニットと、印刷物を印刷し、前記トレイに投入するプリンタユニットと、前記薬品および前記印刷物が投入された前記トレイを収容する収納済トレイユニットと、前記未収納トレイユニットから、前記薬品投入ユニットおよび前記プリンタユニットを経由し、前記収納済トレイユニットまで前記トレイを搬送するトレイ搬送手段と、を備えた薬品自動払出装置であり、前記トレイには、患者情報が書き込まれる電子カードが設けられ、前記プリンタユニットの下部に、前記電子カードに前記患者情報を書き込む電子カード書き込み手段を設けたものである。
ここで、「電子カード」とは、患者情報を保持する媒体であり、電気的、磁気的、熱的に、文字やデータ等の情報が書き込まれるものである。また書き込まれた情報は可視的か否かは問わない。形状は必ずしもカード状でなくてもよく、ブロック状など任意の形状で足りる。また、書き込む手段としては、電波、赤外線などの搬送波を用いる非接触の無線手段、あるいは接触して信号を送信する有線手段のいずれであってもよい。また接触して熱を伝達するものでもよい。
また、電子カードはトレイと一体的に形成されて設けられていても取り外し可能に設けられていてもよい。
さらに、「プリンタユニットの下部」とは、文字通り下部にあればよく、何に対して設けられているかは問わない。例えば、トレイ搬送手段側に直接的、または間接的に設けられていても、プリンタユニット側に設けられていてもよい。
なお、薬品投入ユニットとプリンタユニットの順は任意である。
前記電子カード書き込み手段は、前記患者情報を指向性を有する搬送波で前記電子カードに送信するものである。
ここで、「指向性」とは、搬送波の強さが方向によって異なっていることをいう。
また、「搬送波」とは、患者情報を送信する送信媒体をいう。
ここで、「前面側」とは、通常状態で人が作業する側、あるいは通常状態で人から見える側である。
また、「後面側」とは、前面側の反対位置である。人から見えるか否かは問わない。
ここで、「開閉制御手段」とは、扉の開閉を制御できれば足り、物理的、電子的などの方法は問わない。
ここで、「別体」とは、物理的に一体として形成されていないことをいう。つまり、物理的に接触していない場合はもちろん、他の部材、例えば防振部材を介して間接的に接触している場合も、ここでいう「別体」に含まれる。
ここで、「防振部材」は、振動の伝達を防止すれば足り、振動を吸収したり他の部位へ逃がしたりなどの方法を問わない。また、完全に防止する場合の他、一部を防止する場合も含む。
また、処方箋や注射箋、あるいは施用ラベルといった患者情報を扱うプリンタユニットの下部に電子カード書き込み手段が設けられているので、プリンタユニットに個人情報を扱う機器をまとめることができ、また、個人情報の漏えいを防ぐための措置をプリンタユニットにまとめることができ、ひいてはセキュリティゾーンを明確にして管理することが容易になる。
そして、プリンタユニットの下部に電子カード書き込み手段を設けているので、処方箋や注射箋、施用ラベル等の印刷物の内容と、電子カードに書き込まれた情報との不一致を防止することができるものである。すなわち、一つのトレイに印刷物と薬品と電子カードの情報が完全に揃ったトレイを払い出すことが可能である。
まず、本実施例の薬品自動払出装置の全体構成について説明する。
図1は、薬品自動払出装置101の前面側からの外観正面図である。薬品自動払出装置101は、未収納トレイユニット102、薬品投入ユニット103、プリンタユニット104、収納済トレイユニット105、およびこれらをつなぐトレイ搬送手段106から構成されている。
また、本実施例のプリンタユニット104の後面は、導電性の部材である鉄板で形成されている。望ましくは、アースで接地するとよい。なお、後面の全面を導電材料で形成する必要はなく、少なくとも後述の搬送波が当たる範囲をカバーするように形成されていれば足りる。
そして、プリンタユニット104の下部には、後述の電子カード書き込み手段が設けられている。
なお、薬品投入ユニット103とプリンタユニット104は、配置を逆にしても差し支えない。
すなわち、図6において、薬品投入ユニット103のプリンタユニット104に接するフレーム面には、適当な間隔をおいて防振部材103aが設けられているとともに、プリンタユニット104の薬品投入ユニット103に接するフレーム面にも、適当な間隔を置いて防振部材104aが設けられている。
防振部材103a、104aは、振動の伝達を防止できるものであればよく、例えば低反発ウレタンシート、その他発泡性の高分子材料を用いることができる。
なお、防振部材103a、104aは、本実施例では薬品投入ユニット103とプリンタユニット104の双方に設けられているが、どちらか一方のみに設けてもよい。つまり、少なくとも、薬品投入ユニット103とプリンタユニット104の間に防振部材が設けられるようにすればよい。
なお、セキュリティーを重視する場合は、収納済トレイユニット105の全面を不透明とするとともに、プリンタユニット104と同様の開閉制御手段を設けて扉の開閉の制御を行ってもよい。
図2を用いて、トレイ搬送手段106の構成を説明する。図2は薬品投入ユニット103の下部およびプリンタユニット104の下部のトレイ搬送手段106を前面側から見た外観斜視図である。
トレイ搬送手段106のうち、薬品投入ユニット103の下部に位置する第1のトレイ搬送手段106aは、複数のベルトコンベアを組み合わせて構成されている。すなわち、第1のトレイ搬送手段106aは、第1のコンベア201、第2のコンベア202、第3のコンベア203から構成されている。
コンベア204も、ローラー、ベルト、およびローラーを駆動するためのモーターを有し、図示しないコンピュータなどの制御装置からの命令を受けてモーターを駆動し、トレイを搬送する。そして、コンベア204は、トレイ搬送手段106aの第3のコンベア203から流れてきたトレイ107を受け取り、プリンタユニット104で印刷された処方箋や注射箋、各種薬剤の施用ラベル等の印刷物を待つとともに、後述の電子カードの書き込みを待ち、これらが完了すれば、収納済トレイユニット105の下に設けられたトレイ搬送手段106に受け渡すという役割を担う。
しかし、本実施例のように、薬品投入ユニット103の下に位置する第1のトレイ搬送手段106aとプリンタユニット104の下部に位置する第2のトレイ搬送手段106bとを別体のコンベアとして設けることにより、さらに、薬品投入ユニット103のピッカーの移動に伴う振動や、第1のトレイ搬送手段106aの第1のコンベア201、第2のコンベア202、第3のコンベア203の振動が第2のトレイ搬送手段106bに伝達されるのを防止することが可能である。
図2において、第2のトレイ搬送手段106bには、コンベア204の脇に電子カード書き込み手段401が設けられている。電子カード書き込み手段401は、本実施例ではプリンタユニット104の前面側に設けられている。したがって、電子カード書き込み手段401は、プリンタユニット104の後面側に向かって、搬送波を放射することになる。具体的には、コンベア204上を流れてきたトレイ107の側面に設けられた電子カード301に、日付、患者名、病棟、病室、患者IDなどの患者情報を乗せた搬送波を送信、放射することで書き込みを行い、電子カード301上の表示手段にて表示させる。また、必要に応じて、処方箋の内容や処方薬の種類などの情報を同時に書き込む。
なお、本実施例では、望ましい例として、電子カード書き込み手段401は第2のトレイ搬送手段106bに設けられているが、第2のトレイ搬送手段106bに直接設けられる場合はもちろん、何らかの部材を通じて間接的に設けられる場合も含む。あるいはプリンタユニット104側に固定されていてもよい。つまり、プリンタユニット104の下部に設けられていればよい。
図3において、301は電子カードであり、トレイ107の側面に設けられた患者カードホルダーに収容、保持されるものである。電子カード301は電子的に患者の情報を記録するものである。電子カード301には、液晶パネルなどの表示手段からなる表示部302と、IrDAからなる送受信部303が設けられている。
電子カード301には、薬品の処方の日付、患者名、病棟、病室、患者IDなどの患者情報が書き込まれ、液晶パネルからなる表示部302に表示されている。
なお、電子カードはこのほか、磁気的手段や熱的手段を用いて直接表示を変更させるものでもよい。
また、必要に応じて電子カード301に記憶手段を設け、記憶手段に上記患者情報やその他の患者情報を記録するようにしてもよい。例えば、過去の薬剤の処方履歴や通院履歴などを記録し、薬剤の処方時や投薬時に看護師が携帯端末を用いてこれらの情報を読み出し、確認するようにしてもよい。
さらに本発明では、電子カードは、表示部302がなく、記憶手段に書き込むだけのタイプであってもよい。記憶手段から情報を読み出すための読出装置を用いて権限のある限られた人のみに情報を表示するようにしてもよい。
これは、特定小電力無線やRFIDで実現する場合も、搬送波の指向性を調整して必要な範囲(角度や距離)にだけ電波が届くように設計することが望ましい。
以上の構成を有する薬品自動払出装置101の動作、特に、プリンタユニット104の下での動作について図5を用いて説明する。
まず、電子カード301を側面に収容した空のトレイ107が未収納トレイユニット102から薬品投入ユニット103に供給される。(S1)
そして、コンピュータから処方箋に基づいた調剤指示を受けた薬品投入ユニット103は、トレイ搬送手段106aおよび図示しないピッカーを制御して、空のトレイ107に所定の薬品を投入し、払い出す。(S2)
これらのステップが終わると、トレイ搬送手段106bは、薬品や必要な印刷物、の払出、そして、電子カード301への書き込みが終わったトレイ107を、収納済トレイユニット105に払い出す。(S6)
また、薬品投入ユニット103の後にプリンタユニット104を配置するようにすれば、トレイ107上にすでに薬品が払い出されているので、薬品の払出を確認してから印刷物や電子カード301の払出ないし表示を行うことができ、トレイ107上の薬品と印刷物や電子カード301により表示された情報と一致させることが容易であり、正確な薬品の払出を担保することができるものである。
S5にて、電子カード301の書き込みを行うが、書き込みが失敗した場合には、電子カード301に表示や情報がないトレイが払い出されるという不都合が起こる。この場合でも、電子カード書き込み手段401がプリンタユニット104の下部に存在しているため、プリンタユニット104のプリンタで代替的に患者情報を出力することができる。
そのほか、電子カード書き込み手段401自体の不良などによっても、電子カード301に書き込みができない場合が発生する。これは、通信手段403からの信号の内容や有無を図示しないコンピュータ等の制御手段で検出することにより、電子カード301に書き込みが行えなかったことを検出することができる。
もちろん、電子カード書き込み手段401も、電子カード検出手段の機能を内包するものであるので、電子カード書き込み手段401を電子カード検出手段として用いてもよい。
また、電子カード301の有無の検出は、電子カード301への書き込みの前に限られず、書き込みの後あるいは書き込みと同時に行ってもよい。
例えば、一回目の書き込みが失敗しても患者情報を印刷せず、二回目の書き込みが失敗した時に患者情報を印刷するようにしてもよい。
あるいは、電子カード301が繰り返し用いられる場合に、一回目の書き込みが失敗した時には患者情報を印刷するが、二回目の書き込みが失敗した時には電子カード301が故障していると判断してシステムを停止し、電子カード301の交換を促すようにしてもよい。
そのほか、特定の条件の場合には患者情報を印刷しないようにしてもよい。
つまり、電子カード301に書き込みができなかったことを理由として患者情報を印刷する場合があれば、本発明に該当するものである。

Claims (10)
- 空のトレイを収容する未収納トレイユニットと、
調剤指示に基づき、収納されている薬品を前記トレイに投入する薬品投入ユニットと、
印刷物を印刷し、前記トレイに投入するプリンタユニットと、
前記薬品および前記印刷物が投入された前記トレイを収容する収納済トレイユニットと、
前記未収納トレイユニットから、前記薬品投入ユニットおよび前記プリンタユニットを経由し、前記収納済トレイユニットまで前記トレイを搬送するトレイ搬送手段と、を備えた薬品自動払出装置であり、
前記トレイには、患者情報が書き込まれる電子カードが設けられ、
前記プリンタユニットの下部に、前記電子カードに前記患者情報を書き込む電子カード書き込み手段を設けた薬品自動払出装置。 - 前記電子カード書き込み手段は、前記電子カードに前記患者情報の書き込みができたか否かを検出し、
前記電子カード書き込み手段が前記電子カードに前記患者情報の書き込みができなかったときは、前記プリンタユニットは前記患者情報を前記印刷物に印刷して前記トレイに投入する請求項1記載の薬品自動払出装置。 - 前記トレイに前記電子カードが設けられているか否かを検出する電子カード検出手段を有し、
前記電子カード検出手段が前記トレイに前記電子カードが設けられていないことを検出したときは、前記プリンタユニットは前記患者情報を前記印刷物に印刷して前記トレイに投入する請求項1記載の薬品自動払出装置。 - 前記電子カード検出手段は前記電子カード書き込み手段である請求項3記載の薬品自動払出装置。
- 前記電子カード書き込み手段は、前記患者情報を指向性を有する搬送波で前記電子カードに送信する請求項1記載の薬品自動払出装置。
- 前記電子カード書き込み手段は、前記プリンタユニットの前面側に設けられるとともに、前記プリンタユニットの後面側に向かって前記搬送波を放射する請求項5記載の薬品自動払出装置。
- 前記プリンタユニットの後面は、導電性の部材で形成されている請求項6記載の薬品自動払出装置。
- 前記プリンタユニットには、前面に扉が設けられ、
前記扉には前記扉の開閉を制御する開閉制御手段を有する請求項7記載の薬品自動払出装置。 - 前記トレイ搬送手段は、前記薬品投入ユニットの下に設けられた第1のトレイ搬送手段と、前記プリンタユニットの下に設けられた前記第1のトレイ搬送手段とは別体の第2のトレイ搬送手段とからなり、
前記第2のトレイ搬送手段に、前記電子カード書き込み手段を設けた請求項1記載の薬品自動払出装置。 - 前記薬品投入ユニットと前記プリンタユニットとの間には、振動の伝達を防止する防振部材が設けられている請求項9記載の薬品自動払出装置。
