本发明涉及车把调节装置, 特别涉及一种自行车车把位置调节装置。 背景技术
折叠自行车已经非常流行了, 一般是在车梁上增加折叠接头装置, 同时车把也可折叠 或转动。 在中国专利申请号为 CN200910039137.7的公开文件中, 展示了 "一种车把位置调 节机构", 它的车把被夹持机构夹持, 同时可转动, 满足了不同骑行者对于车把位置的不同 需求, 可以随意调节, 并且车把被固定以后也相当稳固。 但是车把在转动在过程中, 与夹 持机构的上、 下面接触过紧, 形成较大阻力并产生磨损, 并且车把齿纹与上下盖齿纹无法 快速啮合, 在转动中需要人工对准, 非常浪费时间, 并且如果由于失误没对准而将其锁紧 的话, 在骑行中, 由于齿纹的对准滑移将产生错位, 车把会再度转动, 从而带来一定安全 隐患。 另外, 相配合的齿纹如果过密、 过窄, 则一旦磨损后会彻底破坏其啮合能力, 而齿 纹间距过大则又导致每个转动节距角度大, 不能满足特定骑行者对车把姿势的要求, 如何 优化齿纹参数也是一个需要解决的问题。 发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种结构简单、 转动灵活, 易于加工制造及安装, 并且可应用性强, 成本低, 便于推广的车把调节装置。
本发明是这样实现的: 车把调节装置具有上盖与下盖, 所述上、 下盖在一侧铰接, 另 一侧通过锁紧装置锁紧, 轴套顶部有台阶, 下盖套接于轴套外并且在台阶之下, 转轴被固 定于上盖与轴套的台阶之间, 所述转轴具有齿纹, 上盖内侧具有相配合的齿纹, 在所述台 阶中央设置凹槽, 所述凹槽内设置弹性顶起装置。
所述顶起装置由顶帽和弹簧构成,在所述凹槽内设置弹簧,弹簧与转轴之间设置顶帽。 本发明折叠接头装置, 非常方便、 易用, 并且具有通配性, 可任意安装于其它类型的 自行车上。在轴套与转轴间设置弹性顶起装置,使得转动更加灵活。 并且在车把的转动中, 由于顶起力的作用, 车把的齿纹会自动与上盖齿纹啮合, 方便高效, 转轴与上盖紧密接触 并会发出"嗒、 嗒"的响声, 非常具有立体感, 并且可以让使用者凭声音就能辨别转动的角 度。 另外, 本发明对齿纹参数进一步优化, 使本机构更加耐用与适用。 附图说明

下面结合附图对本发明车把调节装置做进一步详细说明。
如图 1、 2, 夹持装置包括下盖 3与上盖 4, 该上、 下盖在一侧通过铰链 5铰接, 另一 侧通过偏心锁紧装置 6锁紧。 转轴 1被该夹持装置所夹持, 当该夹持装置锁紧后, 该转轴 1不可转动; 当该夹持装置松开, 该转轴 1可转动, 从而调节车把的方向, 如前倾角度。 轴套 2穿过下盖 3的中央孔安装于前叉立管顶端。 轴套 2顶部有台阶 21 , 下盖 3套接于轴 套 2外并且在台阶 21之下。 转轴 1实际被固定于上盖 4与轴套 2的台阶 21之间。 转轴具 有凹槽齿纹, 所述上盖内侧具有相配合的凹槽齿纹。
该轴套 2顶部的台阶 21中央设置有凹槽 22 , 该凹槽 22内设置顶起装置, 该顶起装置 为弹性部件, 其上端顶住转轴 1下侧, 在弹力作用下, 顶起装置对转轴产生一个向上力的 作用。 在松开偏心手柄欲调节转轴的角度时, 转轴被顶起, 基本不与轴套 2的台阶 21接 触, 从而减小了转动阻力以及磨损; 同时车把的齿纹会自动与上盖齿纹啮合, 起到快速转 动啮合的作用。
如图 3、 4、 5 , 该顶起装置可由顶帽 8以及弹簧 9构成。 如图 3 , 顶起装置第一实施 例, 先在凹槽 22内设置弹簧 9, 弹簧 9与转轴 1之间设置顶帽 81 , 该顶帽 81直径大于弹 簧 9外径, 从而既可将转轴 1顶起又可放置弹簧的脱落。 如图 4, 顶起装置第二实施例, 顶帽具有顶轴 821以及顶帽台阶 82 , 所述顶轴 821直径略小于弹簧内径, 弹簧 9套接于顶 轴 821。 图 5 , 顶起装置第三实施例, 顶帽 83下侧设置有凹槽 831 , 弹簧 9设置于凹槽 831 内。 在第二、 三实施例中, 弹簧的稳定性更好, 不会左右窜动易位而影响正常使用。
如图 6、 7所示, 对齿纹做进一步优化设计。 齿轴角度确定原则, 转轴 1齿数在 20至 26齿范围内可以保证齿高在允许的范围内, 使齿形角 α控制在 70至 85度这个具有自锁角 度的范围内, 减小开合的分离行程。
齿形角在 70至 85度范围内时, 保证了一定的自锁性, 这样在锁定状态时轴向的力大 部分被齿形承受, 小部分分力才传给其它部件。 同时在开锁时转轴与上盖分离容易, 减小 齿形的磨损, 并会在转动时发出嗒、 嗒声。
转轴齿尖有 R1.0 - 1.4mm圆角, 可有效减小齿形的磨损, 减小上盖的开合分离行程。 如图 8 , 上盖的角度确定原则: 上盖齿纹齿数在 4 - 6齿, 可保证齿形有足够的强度, 又不使开合分离行程过大, 齿尖有 R1.0 - 1.4mm圆角, 头尾两齿 C的齿尖弧度要增大 0.3 - 0.5mm, 可以使开合分离行程降到最小程度。
本发明中, 转轴 1可以是车把。 或者在转轴 1套接前伸装置 7, 前伸装置 Ί两端设置 有平行的轴心 71 , 72 , 轴心 72安装转轴 1 , 轴心 71安装车把。

权利要求
1、 一种车把调节装置, 具有上盖与下盖, 所述上、 下盖在一侧铰接, 另一侧通过 锁紧装置锁紧, 轴套顶部有台阶 (21), 下盖套接于轴套外并且在台阶之下, 转轴 (1)被固 定于上盖与轴套的台阶之间, 所述转轴具有齿纹, 上盖内侧具有相配合的齿纹, 其特 征在于: 在所述台阶中央设置凹槽 (22) , 所述凹槽内设置弹性顶起装置。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的车把调节装置, 其特征在于: 所述顶起装置由顶帽和弹 簧构成, 在所述凹槽内设置弹簧, 弹簧与转轴之间设置顶帽。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的车把调节装置, 其特征在于: 所述顶帽具有顶轴 (821) 以及顶帽台阶 (82) , 所述顶轴直径略小于弹簧内径, 弹簧套接于顶轴。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述的车把调节装置, 其特征在于: 所述顶帽下侧设置有凹槽 (831) , 弹簧设置于所述凹槽内。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的车把调节装置, 其特征在于: 所述转轴齿数在 20至 26 齿范围内, 所述转轴齿纹的齿形角在 70至 85度范围内。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的车把调节装置, 其特征在于: 所述上盖内侧齿纹的齿数 在 4至 6齿范围。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的车把调节装置,其特征在于: 所述上盖内侧齿尖有 R1.0 - 1.4mm圆角, 头尾两齿的齿尖弧度要增大 R0.3 - 0.5mm。
8、 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的车把调节装置, 其特征在于: 所述轴套穿 过下盖的中央孔安装于前叉立管顶端。
9、 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的车把调节装置, 其特征在于: 所述转轴为 车把。
10、 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的车把调节装置, 其特征在于: 所述转轴套 接前伸装置 (7) , 前伸装置两端设置有平行的轴心 (71、 72) , 所述两个轴心分别安装转 轴与车把。
