Abstract

본 발명은 인삼 시료로부터 대사체를 추출하는 제1단계; 상기 추출된 대사체를 LC/MS 또는 GC/MS를 이용하여 분석하는 제2단계; 상기 LC/MS 또는 GC/MS 분석 결과를 통계처리 가능한 수치로 변환하는 제3단계; 및 상기 변환된 수치를 이용하여 통계학적 방법으로 분석하여 인삼 연근을 판별하는 제4단계를 포함하여 구성되는 크로마토그래피-질량분석을 이용하는 인삼 연근 판별 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 LC/MS 또는 GC/MS를 이용한 대사체학 분석기법을 이용하여 인삼의 대사체를 분석함으로써 인삼의 연근을 단시간 내에 정확하고 정밀하게 판별할 수 있고, 세근을 이용할 경우 인삼 뿌리의 손실을 최소화할 수 있는 이점이 있다.
