Abstract

본 발명은 대기전력 차단 구조를 구비한 전원공급장치에 있어서, 외부 전원을 공급받기 위하여 콘센트와 접속하는 플러그를 구비하며, 전원 공급 대상 장치에 적합하게 외부 전원을 변환하고 자체 동작 전원을 발생시키는 전원공급부와; 전원 공급 대상 장치의 접속 단자와 접속하는 전원 공급단자와, 전원 공급 대상 장치의 접속 단자와 접속하여 전원 공급 대상 장치로 전원을 공급하기 위한 전원 공급단자를 포함하며, 외부 전원과 전원공급부간의 전원 공급 경로에서 전원공급부로부터 제공되는 스위칭 구동신호에 따라 해당 전원 공급 경로를 도통 또는 차단하는 커넥터부와; 전원공급부와 커넥터부를 연결하는 케이블을 포함하며; 전원공급부는 스위칭부를 거쳐 제공되는 전원의 공급 상태를 확인하고, 확인한 공급 상태를 통해 현재 연결된 전원 공급 대상 장치의 배터리 만충전 및/또는 전원 오프인 것으로 판단되면, 스위칭부에 상기 스위칭 구동신호를 출력하여, 스위칭부가 전원 공급을 차단하도록 한다.
