根据本发明实施例的水箱, 制水供水装置放置在冷藏室内的变温抽屉上, 用户可以 在水箱内加注千净的饮用水, 能够保证水盾, 与现有技术中釆用外部自来水或桶装水相 比, 保证了制水水源的卫生和安全, 从而避免对冷冻室内的食物造成影响, 进而改善水 箱的保鲜效果。 另外, 变温抽屉的温度一般在 -3 °C ~ 8 °C之间, 与现有技术中将水箱设置在隔热层上 的方式相比, 水箱内的水不易结水, 能够源源不断地向制水机提供制水水源, 保证其正 常的制水功能和冷冻室的冷冻效果。
所述水箱进一步包括第一和第二果菜盒, 所述第一和第二果菜盒设在所述变温抽屉上方。 在本发明的一个示例中, 所述第一和第二果菜盒分别设在所述水箱的横向两侧。 可选地, 所述第一和第二果菜盒形状一致且对称设置在所述水箱的横向两侧。 这样, 对于双开门水箱, 只需打开一个箱门就能够方便地将门后的第一果菜盒或第二果菜盒拉 出, 使用灵活方便, 因此能够进一步满足用户需求。
在本发明的另一个示例中, 所述第一果菜盒为底部一侧设有避让缺口的方形盒体, 所述水箱嵌入所述避让缺口内。
可选地, 所述第二果蔬盒与所述第一果蔬盒相对于冷藏室的纵向中心线对称地设置 在所述变温抽屉上方。
所述水泵设在所述水箱的后侧, 且与所述水箱可拆卸地相连。 便于将水箱取出进行 换水或者清洁, 或者在不需要水箱的情况下, 可在其安装位置更换放置与水箱的大小类 似的密封盒、 储物盒或者其他物品, 使冷藏室内的空间得到充分利用。
所述水箱包括: 本体; 盖体, 所述盖体盖在所述本体上; 和抽水管, 所述抽水管的 第一端伸入所述本体底部; 其中, 所述水泵包括进水口和出水口, 所述抽水管的第二端 与所述进水口相连。
所述水管包括: 接水漏斗, 所述接水漏斗的第一端位于与所述出水口的下方且其位 置与所述出水口相对应; 异型管, 所述异型管的第一端连接在所述接水漏斗的第二端; 以及注水管, 所述注水管的第一端连接在所述异型管的第二端, 且所述注水管的第二端 伸入所述制水机中。
所述水箱进一步包括注水管固定装置, 所述注水管固定装置设在所述冷藏室与冷冻 室之间的保温层内以将所述注水管固定在所述保温层内。
所述注水管进一步包括第一连接部和第二连接部; 所述注水管固定装置包括: 第一 固定件, 所述第一固定件将所述注水管的第一连接部固定在所述保温层的底部; 和第二 固定件, 所述第二固定件将所述注水管的第二连接部支撑在所述保温层的顶部与底部之间。
所述第一固定件包括固定端, 所述固定端紧固在所述保温层底部且设有与所述注水 管的第一连接部相配合的连接孔。
所述第一固定件进一步包括: 支撑端, 所述支撑端与所述固定端上下位置相对, 且 与所述保温层顶部之间具有间隙; 和支撑柱, 所述支撑柱连接在所述固定端和支撑端之间。
可选地,所述支撑柱为具有预定壁厚的半管状形以与所述注水管的第一连接部适配。 进一步可选地, 所述第一固定件一体形成。
所述固定端包括固定在所述保温层底部的凸缘。
可选地, 所述凸缘与所述保温层底部之间通过双面胶海棉粘贴固定。
所述第二固定件的顶部设有凹进部, 所述凹进部与所述注水管的第二连接部配合以 支撑所述第二连接部; 所述第二连接部设有凸台, 所述凸台与所述保温层的顶部下表面 紧固。
可选地, 所述第二固定件为泡沫支撑件。
例如, 所述凸台与所述保温层的顶部通过双面胶海棉粘贴。
根据本发明实施例的水箱, 在发泡过程中, 注水管不易发生变形, 其穿过保温层顶 部和底部的连接处不易产生松动, 因而避免了发泡剂的露泡现象, 显著提高了注水管的 安装工艺盾量, 增强了水箱供水装置在结构上的可靠性。

下面参考图 1-图 7描述根据本发明实施例的水箱。
如图 1所示,根据本发明一个实施例的水箱包括箱体、制水机 21和制水供水装置 3。 在箱体内限定有冷藏室 10和冷冻室 20 , 冷冻室 20位于冷藏室 10的下方, 内部设置具 有自动制水功能的制水机 21,冷藏室 10内设有变温抽屉 1 1 ,用于按照用户的需求使冷藏 室 10内的温度保持在一定的低温范围内, 一般在 -3 °C ~ 8 °C之间,
如图 2所示, 制水供水装置 3 包括: 水箱 3 1、 水泵 32和水管 33 , 其中, 水箱 31 设在变温抽屉 1 1上方, 水泵 32与水箱 31相连, 用于将水箱 3 1 内的水抽出。 水管 33 分别与水箱 31和制水机 21相连以将水箱 3 1中的水注入制水机 21中,以便为制水机 21 提供制水所需的水源。 优选地, 水泵 32与水箱 31可拆卸地连接, 便于将水箱 31取出 进行换水或者清洁, 或者在不需要水箱 31 的情况下, 可在其安装位置更换放置与水箱 31的大小类似的密封盒、 储物盒或者其他物品, 使冷藏室 10内的空间得到充分利用。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 水箱进一步包括第一果菜盒 12和第二果菜盒 13 , 第一 果菜盒 12和第二果菜盒 13设在变温抽屉 1 1上方便于拉出。 第一果菜盒 12和第二果菜 盒 13用于盛放水果、 蔬菜等食物, 且第一果菜盒 12和第二果菜盒 13的大小和形状可 以根据需要而设定。
在本发明的一个示例中, 如图 3所示, 第一果菜盒 12和第二果菜盒 13分别设在水 箱 31的横向两侧。 可选地, 第一果菜盒 12和第二果菜盒 13形状一致且对称设置在水 箱 31 的横向两侧。 这样, 对于双开门水箱, 只需打开一个箱门就能够方便地将门后的 第一果菜盒 12或第二果菜盒 13拉出, 使用灵活方便, 因此能够进一步满足用户需求。
在本发明的另一个示例中, 如图 4所示, 第一果菜盒 12为底部一侧设有避让缺口的 方形盒体, 水箱 31嵌入避让缺口内。 可选地, 水箱 3 1可设计成一个小的方形盒体, 且 嵌入到第一果菜盒 12上的方形缺口内。 如图 4所示, 一般情况下, 制水机 13都位于水 箱的左侧, 第一果菜盒 12设置在变温抽屉 1 1的左上方, 水箱 31位于第一果菜盒 12的 左下角,正好嵌入其左下角的方形缺口,使水箱 31与制水机 21之间的距离较近,便于管 路连接。 在本发明的一些实施例中, 第二果菜盒 13 可设置为一个或者多个形状可为规 则的方形盒体, 优选地, 第二果菜盒 13为一个, 且与第一果菜盒 12宽度相同, 并对称 设置在变温抽屉 1 1上, 例如相对于冷藏室 10的纵向中心线对称。
与现有技术相比, 根据本示例的水箱在不需要水箱 31时, 可将水箱 31连同第一果 菜盒 12都从冷藏室 10中取出, 并在其放置位置更换放置与第二果菜盒 13大小、 形状 相同的密封盒、 储物盒或者其他物品, 使冷藏室 10 内的空间得到充分利用, 应用更加 灵活方便。
#居本发明的一些实施例中, 如图 2所示, 水箱 3 1包括本体 31 1、 盖体 312和抽水 管 313。 盖体 312盖在本体 31 1上以用于防止杂物落入水中。 抽水管 313的第一端伸入 水箱的本体 31 1底部, 而其第二端与水泵 32的进水口 321相连。
此时, 水泵 32设置在水箱 31后方, 可安装在与水箱外侧的箱门相对应的水箱内侧, 具有进水口 321和出水口 322。 水管 33包括接水漏斗 331、 连接在接水漏斗 331下方的 异型管 332 , 以及连接在异型管 332下方、 且伸入制水机 21的注水管 333 , 其中, 接水 漏斗 33 1的第一端位于与出水口 322的下方且其位置与出水口 322相对应, 异型管 332 的第一端连接在接水漏斗 331的第二端, 且注水管 333的第一端连接在异型管 332的第 二端, 且注水管 333的第二端伸入制水机 21中
如图 2所示, 为了便于将水箱 3 1从水箱内取出,抽水管 3 13与进水口 321可拆卸连 接。 水泵 32的出水口 322位于接水漏斗 331的上方, 且与接水漏斗 33 1的位置相对应, 能够将水泵 32从水箱 31中抽出的水导入接水漏斗 331中,使其沿着异型管 332和注水 管 333流入制水机 21中。
根据本发明实施例的水箱,在其制水供水装置中水箱 3 1与第一果菜盒 12和 /或第二 果菜盒 13的形状相互匹配, 且紧靠放置在冷藏室 10 内的变温抽屉 1 1上, 用户可以在 水箱 31 内加注千净的饮用水, 能够保证水盾, 与现有技术中釆用外部自来水或桶装水 相比, 保证了制水水源的卫生和安全, 从而避免对冷冻室内的食物造成影响, 进而改善 水箱的保鲜效果。 另外, 变温抽屉 1 1的温度一般在 -3 °C ~ 8 °C之间, 与现有技术中将水 箱 31设置在隔热层上的方式相比, 水箱 31 内的水不易结水, 能够源源不断地向制水机
21提供制水水源, 保证其正常的制水功能和冷冻室的冷冻效果。
冷藏室 10与冷冻室 20之间为保温层 30 , 保温层 30的内部填充发泡剂, 发泡剂在 发泡过程中能够有效地实现冷藏室 10与冷冻室 20之间的隔热。 与现有结构相同, 保温 层 30的顶部 (冷藏室 10的内胆) 与底部 (冷冻室 20的内胆) 分别设有通孔, 注水管
333的第一端插入保温层 30顶部的通孔, 从而伸入冷藏室 10进而与异型管 332的第二 端相连, 另一端插入保温层 30底部的通孔, 从而伸入冷冻室 20中为制水机 21供水。
为了将注水管 333牢固地安装在保温层 30内 ,因此,在本发明的另外一个实施例中, 进一步包括注水管固定装置, 注水管固定装置设在冷藏室 10与冷冻室 20之间的保温层
30内以将注水管 333固定在保温层 30内。
如图 2和图 4所示, 注水管 333倾斜设置在保温层 30内, 且进一步包括第一连接部
3331和第二连接部 3332。值得注意的是,本发明中描述的注水管 333的第一连接部 3331 和第二连接部 3332不同于注水管 333的第一端和第二端, 注水管 333的第一端和第二 端指的是注水管 333的两个末端, 而第一连接部 3331是指注水管 333与保温层 30的底 部固定后与保温层 30接触的部分, 而第二连接部 3332是指注水管 333与保温层 30的 顶部固定后与保温层 30接触的部分。
注水管固定装置包括第一固定件 50和第二固定件 60。 第一固定件 50将注水管 333 的第一连接部 3331 固定在保温层 30的底部。 第二固定件 60将注水管 333的第二连接 部 3332支撑在保温层 30的顶部与底部之间。
与通过筒单粘结等方式直接将注水管 333固定在保温层 30内的方式相比,本实施方 式釆用了特定的结构分别对注水管 333的两端进行固定, 使注水管 333的两端穿过保温 层 30顶部和底部的连接处不仅安装牢固, 而且配合紧密, 当保温层 30内的发泡剂发泡 时, 注水管 333 不会因为受力过大而产生变形, 避免其穿过保温层 30顶部和底部的连 接处产生裂缝而造成的露泡现象, 因此显著提高了注水管 333的安装工艺盾量, 增强了
;水箱供水装置在结构上的可靠性。
如图 5和图 7所示, 第一固定件 50包括固定端 52、 支撑端 53和连接在固定端 52 与支撑端 53之间的支撑柱 51。 固定端 52紧固在保温层 30底部且设有与注水管 333的 第一连接部 333 1相配合的连接孔 522。 进一步地, 固定端 52还包括固定在保温层 30 底部的凸缘 521 , 凸缘 521可沿支撑柱 51底部径向向外延伸。 可选地, 凸缘 521与保温 层 30底部之间通过双面月交海棉 70粘贴固定。
支撑端 53与固定端 52上下位置相对, 也可设置成与凸缘 521相似的结构, 且与保 温层 30顶部之间具有一定间隙, 不仅安装方便, 而且支撑端能够对冷藏室 10的内胆提 供支撑力, 避免其发生较大变形。 支撑柱 5 1连接在固定端 52和支撑端 53之间且其形 状可根据需要进行设置, 在本发明的一个示例中, 支撑柱 51 为具有预定壁厚的半管状 形以与注水管 333的第一连接部 333 1适配。 可选地, 第一固定件 50—体形成。
如图 5所示,第二固定件 60的顶部设有凹进部 61 ,与注水管 333的第二连接部 3332 配合以支撑第二连接部 3332。 可选地, 凹进部 61可设置在靠近水箱的后壁 80的位置。 在本发明的一个示例中, 如图 6所示, 第二连接部 3332上设有凸台 3333 , 凸台 3333 与保温层 30的顶部下表面紧固。 可选地, 凸台 3333与保温层 30的顶部通过双面胶海 棉 70粘贴。 在本发明的再一个示例中, 第二固定件 60可由具有弹性和隔热性能的材料 制成, 例如为泡沫支撑件。
下面根据图 1、 图 2、 图 5-图 6来描述根据本发明实施例的水箱的注水管 333的固 定过程。
首先, 将注水管 333的第一连接端伸入连接孔 522 , 使注水管 333和第一固定件 50 形成一个组件, 接着将注水管 333伸入保温层 30底部的通孔, 且通过双面胶海棉 70将 凸缘 521 的下表面粘贴在保温层 30底部, 使凸缘 521正好位于通孔周围, 即可将整个 组件安装在保温层 30底部, 不仅安装牢固, 而且在注水管 333穿过保温层 30底部的连 接处形成了较好的密封。
当注水管 333 的第一连接部 333 1 固定在保温层 30底部后, 第一端穿过保温层 30 顶部的通孔后并与水箱 1 1相接, 并将第二固定件 60插入保温层 30底部与顶部之间, 凹进部 61正好与第二连接部 3332相配合, 能够包紧注水管 333 , 从而将其牢固地安装 在保温层 30内。
根据本发明的水箱, 在安装过程中, 首先将注水管安装在保温层后, 再向保温层内 注入发泡剂, 由于注水管固定装置将注水管紧固在保温层的顶部和底部, 因此发泡过程 中, 注水管不易发生变形, 其穿过保温层顶部和底部的连接处不易产生松动, 因而避免 了发泡剂的露泡现象, 显著提高了注水管的安装工艺盾量, 增强了水箱供水装置在结构 上的可靠性。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种水箱, 其特征在于, 包括:
箱体, 所述箱体内限定有冷藏室和冷冻室, 所述冷藏室内的下部设有变温抽屉; 制水机, 所述制水机设置在所述冷冻室内; 和
制水供水装置, 所述制水供水装置包括:
水箱, 所述水箱设在所述变温抽屉上方;
水泵, 所述水泵与所述水箱相连; 以及
水管, 所述水管分别与所述水箱和制水机相连以将所述水箱中的水注入所述制水机 中。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的水箱, 其特征在于, 进一步包括第一和第二果菜盒, 所述 第一和第二果菜盒设在所述变温抽屉上方。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的水箱, 其特征在于, 所述第一和第二果菜盒分别设在所述 水箱的横向两侧。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的水箱, 其特征在于, 所述第一和第二果菜盒形状一致且对 称设置在所述水箱的横向两侧。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的水箱, 其特征在于, 所述第一果菜盒为底部一侧设有避让 缺口的方形盒体, 所述水箱嵌入所述避让缺口内。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的水箱, 其特征在于, 所述第二果蔬盒与所述第一果蔬盒相 对于冷藏室的纵向中心线对称地设置在所述变温抽屉上方。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述的水箱, 其特征在于, 所述水泵设在所述水箱的后侧, 且与 所述水箱可拆卸地相连。
8、 根据权利要求 1 -7中任一项所述的水箱, 其特征在于, 所述水箱包括: 本体;
盖体, 所述盖体盖在所述本体上; 和
抽水管, 所述抽水管的第一端伸入所述本体底部;
其中, 所述水泵包括进水口和出水口, 所述抽水管的第二端与所述进水口相连。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的水箱, 其特征在于, 所述水管包括:
接水漏斗, 所述接水漏斗的第一端位于与所述出水口的下方且其位置与所述出水口 相对应;
异型管, 所述异型管的第一端连接在所述接水漏斗的第二端; 以及
注水管, 所述注水管的第一端连接在所述异型管的第二端, 且所述注水管的第二端 伸入所述制水机中。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的水箱, 其特征在于, 进一步包括注水管固定装置, 所述 注水管固定装置设在所述冷藏室与冷冻室之间的保温层内以将所述注水管固定在所述 保温层内。
1 1、 根据权利要求 10所述的水箱, 其特征在于, 所述注水管进一步包括第一连接部 和第二连接部;
所述注水管固定装置包括:
第一固定件,所述第一固定件将所述注水管的第一连接部固定在所述保温层的底部; 和
第二固定件, 所述第二固定件将所述注水管的第二连接部支撑在所述保温层的顶部 与底部之间。
12、 根据权利要求 1 1所述的水箱, 其特征在于, 所述第一固定件包括固定端, 所述 固定端紧固在所述保温层底部且设有与所述注水管的第一连接部相配合的连接孔。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的水箱, 其特征在于, 所述第一固定件进一步包括: 支撑端, 所述支撑端与所述固定端上下位置相对, 且与所述保温层顶部之间具有间 隙; 和
支撑柱, 所述支撑柱连接在所述固定端和支撑端之间。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的水箱, 其特征在于, 所述支撑柱为具有预定壁厚的半管 状形以与所述注水管的第一连接部适配。
15、 根据权利要求 13所述的水箱, 其特征在于, 所述第一固定件一体形成。
16、 根据权利要求 12所述的水箱, 其特征在于, 所述固定端包括固定在所述保温层 底部的凸缘。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的水箱, 其特征在于, 所述凸缘与所述保温层底部之间通 过双面月交海棉粘贴固定。
18、根据权利要求 1 1所述的水箱,其特征在于,所述第二固定件的顶部设有凹进部, 所述凹进部与所述注水管的第二连接部配合以支撑所述第二连接部;
所述第二连接部设有凸台, 所述凸台与所述保温层的顶部下表面紧固。
19、 根据权利要求 18所述的水箱, 其特征在于, 所述第二固定件为泡沫支撑件。
20、 根据权利要求 18所述的水箱, 其特征在于, 所述凸台与所述保温层的顶部通过 双面交海棉粘贴。
