Abstract
본 발명은 종래기술에 비하여 공정을 단순화시키면서도 분리된 혈액성분의 순도를 보장할 수 있고, 혈액 채혈부터 혈액 분리과정동안 공기오염을 방지할 수 있는 혈액성분 분리방법에 관한 것으로, 유통관을 통해서 혈액의 입출이 가능하고 가압수단에 의해 상기 유통관으로 내장된 혈액을 배출가능한 혈액성분 분리기에 혈액을 장입하는 혈액장입단계; 이 장입된 혈액성분 분리기를 원심분리기에 상기 혈액성분 분리기의 유통관이 상방으로 배향되도록 장착하여 혈액성분 별로 층분리하는 원심분리단계; 상기 유통관이 상방으로 배치된 상태에서 상기 유통관에 PPP저장수단을 연결하고, 상기 원심분리된 혈액성분을 상기 가압수단에 의해 상측으로 압력을 가하여 상기 유통관을 통해 상측으로 PPP만을 배출시켜 상기 PPP저장수단에 PPP만을 주입시키는 PPP분리단계; 및 상기 PPP분리단계 후에, 상기 유통관이 상방으로 배치된 상태에서 상기 유통관에 PRP저장수단을 연결하고, 상기 원심분리된 혈액성분을 상기 가압수단에 의해 상측으로 압력을 가하여 상기 유통관을 통해 상측으로 PRP만을 배출시켜 상기 PRP저장수단에 PRP만을 주입시키는 PRP분리단계를 포함한다.
