Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Abtrennung von Argon aus einem Gasgemisch. Das Verfahren beinhaltet die Verfahrensschritte Sammlung des Gasgemisches, Abtrennung des in dem Gasgemisch enthaltenen Sauerstoffes, Trocknung des Gasgemisches und Kryoreinigung des verbliebenen Gasgemisches zur flüssigen Abtrennung des Argons. Die Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens beinhaltet einen Sammelbehälter für das Gasgemisch, eine Baugruppe zur katalytischen und/oder adsorptiven Abtrennung von Sauerstoff aus dem Gasgemisch, eine Baugruppe zur Trocknung des Gasgemisches und eine Anlage zur Kryoreinigung des Gasgemisches und flüssigen Abtrennung des Argons.
