(8) 組成物全体に対して、前記(メタ)アクリレート(A)が20~95重量%、(B)光重合開始剤の含量が1~10重量%であり、残部が(A)以外の(メタ)アクリレート(C)である上記(2)~(7)のいずれか一項に記載の光ディスク用紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物。
(9) 硬化した時の硬化物の25℃での弾性率が0.01~100MPaである上記(2)~(8)の何れか一項に記載の光ディスク用紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物。
(10) 上記(2)~(9)の何れか一項に記載の紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物に活性エネルギー線を照射して得られる硬化物。
(11) 記録層を有する光ディスク基板に、上記(2)~(9)のいずれか一項に記載の紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物を塗布し、活性エネルギー線を照射して該光ディスク基板上に該樹脂組成物の硬化物層を形成することを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の光ディスクの製造方法。

具体的には、ポリ(エチレングリコール-テトラメチレングリコール)ジアクリレート(例えば、日油株式会社製ブレンマーADETシリーズ)、ポリ(プロピレングリコール-テトラメチレングリコール)ジアクリレート(例えば、日油株式会社製ブレンマーADPTシリーズ)、ポリテトラメチレングリコールジアクリレート(例えば、日油株式会社製ブレンマーADT-250)、ポリ(エチレングリコール-テトラメチレングリコール)ジメタクリレート(例えば、日油株式会社製ブレンマーPDETシリーズ)、ポリ(プロピレングリコール-テトラメチレングリコール)ジメタクリレート(例えば、日油株式会社製ブレンマーPDPTシリーズ)、ポリテトラメチレングリコールジメタクリレート(例えば、日油株式会社製ブレンマーPDT-650)等を挙げることができる。
上記のジ(メタ)アクリレートの中でも、ポリテトラメチレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレートが好ましく、より好ましくは一般式(2)で示される構造を有する(メタ)アクリレートが特に好ましい。
(式中、Rは水素原子又はメチル基、nは2~10の整数を示す。)
好ましいものとしては(C-1)エポキシ(メタ)アクリレート及び/又は(C-2)ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート、更には(C-3)(メタ)アクリレートモノマー(前記(A)成分、(C-1)成分及び(C-2)成分以外の(メタ)アクリレート)等を用いることができる。
本発明において、エポキシ(メタ)アクリレート(C-1)の分子量としては500~10000が好ましい。
ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートは、多価アルコール、ポリイソシアネート及びヒドロキシ(メタ)アクリレート化合物を反応させることによって得られる。
より具体的には、多価アルコールとポリイソシアネートを反応させ、得られたウレタンオリゴマーに、ヒドロキシ(メタ)アクリレート化合物を反応させることによって得ることが出来る。
(i)ネオペンチルグリコール、3-メチル-1,5-ペンタンジオール、エチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、1,4-ブタンジオール、1,6-ヘキサンジオール、トリメチロールプロパン、ペンタエリスリトール、トリシクロデカンジメチロール、ビス-〔ヒドロキシメチル〕-シクロヘキサン等の脂肪族多価アルコール、好ましくは炭素数2~10脂肪族多価アルコール。
(ii)上記(i)記載の脂肪族多価アルコールの一種と多塩基酸との反応によって得られるポリエステルポリオール。
なお上記の多塩基酸としては、例えば、コハク酸、フタル酸、ヘキサヒドロ無水フタル酸、テレフタル酸、アジピン酸、アゼライン酸、テトラヒドロ無水フタル酸等を挙げることができる。
(iii)上記の多価アルコールとε-カプロラクトンとの反応によって得られるカプロラクトンアルコール。
(iv)ポリカーボネートポリオール。例えば1,6-ヘキサンジオール等の多価アルコールとジフェニルカーボネートとの反応によって得られるポリカーボネートジオール等。
(v)ポリエーテルポリオール。例えばポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール又はポリテトラメチレングリコール等のポリC2-C4アルキレングリコール、エチレンオキサイド変性ビスフェノールA等。
上記の中で、多価アルコールとしては、ポリエーテルポリオール又はポリエステルポリオールが好ましい。これらの平均分子量は200~8000程度が好ましく、より好ましくは200~3000程度であり、更に好ましくは300~1800程度、最も好ましくは400~1500程度である。より好ましくはポリC2-C4アルキレングリコールである。
なお、ポリエーテルポリオールは相溶性を向上させる点から特に好ましい。
ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(C-2)の合成に使用されるヒドロキシ(メタ)アクリレート化合物としては、例えばヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、ジメチロールシクロヘキシルモノ(メタ)アクリレート等のヒドロキシC2-C8脂肪族炭化水素(メタ)アクリレート、ヒドロキシカプロラクトン(メタ)アクリレート等が挙げられる。この中で好ましいヒドロキシ(メタ)アクリレートはヒドロキシC2-C8脂肪族炭化水素(メタ)アクリレートであり、より好ましくはヒドロキシC2-C4アルキル(メタ)アクリレートであり、最も好ましくはヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレートである。
好ましいウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(C-2)としては、多価アルコールとしてポリエステルポリオール又はポリエーテルポリオールを用い、有機ポリイソシアネートとして上記ジイソシアネートを用い、ヒドロキシ(メタ)アクリレートとして、上記好ましいヒドロキシ(メタ)アクリレートとして挙げたヒドロキシ(メタ)アクリレート、最も好ましくは2-ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレートを用いて得られるウレタン(メタ)アクリレートであり、より好ましくは、ポリエステルポリオール又はポリエーテルポリオール、ジイソシアネート及び2-ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレートの3者から得られるウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(c-2a)を挙げることができる。
また、上記において、分子量200~3000程度(好ましくは分子量300~1800)のポリエステルポリオール又はポリエーテルポリオールを用いて得られたウレタン(メタ)アクリレートも好ましいウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(C-2)の一つである。
また、場合により、300~1800程度のポリC2~C6アルキレングリコール、より好ましくは分子量300~1800程度のC3~C5アルキレングリコール、イソホロンジイソシアネート及びヒドロキシC2~C4(メタ)アクリレートとの反応で得られるウレタン(メタ)アクリレートも好ましいウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(C-2)の一つである。
本発明の樹脂組成物において、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(C-2)を含む態様は好ましい態様の一つであり、(C)成分として、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(C-2)単独を含む態様であっても良く、他の(C)成分と併用する態様であっても良い。
本発明の樹脂組成物において、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(C-2)を含む場合、その含量は、樹脂組成物の総量に対して、0%より大きく、通常80%以下、好ましくは70重量%以下、より好ましくは60重量%以下である。例えば、(C)成分として、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(C-2)を含む態様においては、樹脂組成物の総量に対して、20~80重量%程度が好ましく、より好ましくは20~70重量%以下であり、更に好ましくは20~60重量%、最も好ましくは20~50重量%である。これらの含量においては(C)成分としてウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(C-2)を単独で含んでもよいし、また、(C-1)成分又は(C-3)成分を併用してもよい。
例えば、(メタ)アクリロイル基を1つ有する(メタ)アクリレートモノマーとして、エチレンオキサイド変性フェノール(メタ)アクリレート、イソオクチル(メタ)アクリレート、イソアミル(メタ)アクリレート、ラウリル(メタ)アクリレート、イソデシル(メタ)アクリレート、ステアリル(メタ)アクリレート、セチル(メタ)アクリレート、イソミリスチル(メタ)アクリレート、トリデシル(メタ)アクリレート、メトキシトリプロピレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート、カプロラクトン変性ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、カプロラクトン変性ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、ベンジル(メタ)アクリレート、テトラヒドロフルフリル(メタ)アクリレート、モルホリン(メタ)アクリレート、フェニルグリシジル(メタ)アクリレート、2-ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、エトキシジエチレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート、トリシクロデカン(メタ)アクリレート、ポリプロピレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート、ポリプロピレンオキサイド変性ノニルフェニル(メタ)アクリレート、イソボルニル(メタ)アクリレート、ジシクロペンタジエンオキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、ジシクロペンテニルアクリレート(例えば、日立化成工業株式会社製FANCRYL FA-511A)、ジシクロペンテニルオキシエチルアクリレート(例えば、日立化成工業株式会社製FANCRYL FA-512A)、ジシクロペンテニルオキシメタクリレート(例えば、日立化成工業株式会社製FANCRYL FA-512M)、ジシクロペンタニルアクリレート(例えば、日立化成工業株式会社製FANCRYL FA-513A)、ジシクロペンタニルメタクリレート(例えば、日立化成工業株式会社製FANCRYL FA-513M)、1-アダマンチルアクリレート(例えば、出光興産株式会社製Adamantate AA)、2-メチル-2-アダマンチルアクリレート(例えば、出光興産株式会社製Adamantate MA)、2-エチル-2-アダマンチルアクリレート(例えば、出光興産株式会社製Adamantate EA)、1-アダマンチルメタクリレート(例えば、出光興産株式会社製Adamantate AM)、エチレンオキサイド変性フェノキシ化リン酸(メタ)アクリレート、エチレンオキサイド変性ブトキシ化リン酸(メタ)アクリレート及びエチレンオキサイド変性オクチルオキシ化リン酸(メタ)アクリレート等を挙げることができる。
ここで、記録時及び高温多湿下で優れた信号記録特性を付与するという観点から、エチレンオキサイド変性フェノール(メタ)アクリレート、イソオクチル(メタ)アクリレート、イソアミル(メタ)アクリレート、ラウリル(メタ)アクリレート、イソデシル(メタ)アクリレート、ステアリル(メタ)アクリレート、セチル(メタ)アクリレート、イソミリスチル(メタ)アクリレート、トリデシル(メタ)アクリレート、メトキシトリプロピレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート、カプロラクトン変性ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、カプロラクトン変性ヒドロキシブチル(メタ)アクリレート、ポリプロピレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート、ポリプロピレンオキサイド変性ノニルフェニル(メタ)アクリレート、ジシクロペンテニルオキシエチルアクリレートを使用することが特に好ましい。
ここで、記録時及び高温多湿下で優れた信号記録特性を付与するという観点から、カプロラクトン変性トリス(アクリロキシエチル)イソシアヌレートが特に好ましい。
(C-3)成分としての(メタ)アクリロイル基を5個有する(メタ)アクリレートモノマーとしては、ジペンタエリスリトールペンタ(メタ)アクリレート等を挙げることができる。
(C-3)成分としての(メタ)アクリロイル基を6個有する(メタ)アクリレートモノマーとしては、カプロラクトン変性ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサ(メタ)アクリレート、ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサ(メタ)アクリレート等を挙げることができる。なお、本発明において用いうる(メタ)アクリレートモノマーは、(メタ)アクリロイル基を7個以上有する多官能のものであってもよい。
ここで、記録時及び高温多湿下で優れた信号記録特性を付与するという観点から、カプロラクトン変性ジペンタエリスリトールヘキサ(メタ)アクリレートが特に好ましい。
また、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(C-2)を樹脂組成物の総量に対し、15~35重量%、好ましくは20~30重量%の範囲で使用するとき、前記エポキシ(メタ)アクリレート(C-1)又は前記(メタ)アクリレートモノマ-(C-3)成分を併用しても良いが、(C)成分として、(C-2)成分を単独で使用する態様も好ましい態様の一つである。また、(C-2)成分を含まないか、その含量が樹脂組成物の総量に対し、25重量%以下の時、(C)成分として、前記エポキシ(メタ)アクリレート(C-1)又は前記(メタ)アクリレートモノマ-(C-3)を使用する態様も好ましい。
(C-2)成分を含まないか、その含量が上記のように少ない時を考慮すると、樹脂組成物の総量に対する(C)成分の含有量としては、30~80重量%、好ましくは40~70重量%であってもよい。
また、(C)成分として(C-1)と(C-2)を併せて用いる場合、通常(C-1)及び/又は(C-2)は(C)成分100重量部に対して5~50重量部、好ましくは10~30重量部程度であってもよく、残部は(C-3)成分である。また、(C)成分として、(C-3)成分を使用する場合の好ましい一つの態様として、(C-3)成分を、(C)成分100重量部に対して10~80重量部、好ましくは20~80重量部、より好ましくは25~75重量部程度の割合で含む態様も挙げることができる。
本発明において、より好ましい態様の1つは、(C)成分として、樹脂組成物の総量に対し、(C-2)成分を0より大きく、80重量%以下、好ましくは20~70重量%、更に好ましくは20~60重量%含み、(C-1)成分又は(C-3)成分(より好ましくは(C-3)成分)を0~40重量%で含み、(C)成分の総量が、0より大きく、80重量%以下、好ましくは20~70重量%、より好ましくは20~60重量%の時である。また、このときの好ましい態様の1つは、(C)成分の総量に対する(C-2)成分の含量が、40~100重量%程度、より好ましくは60~100重量%、更に好ましくは80~100重量%の場合である。
また、(A)成分及び(C)成分の総量は、樹脂組成物の総量に対し、80~99%が好ましく、90~99重量%の時より好ましい。
ヒンダードアミン化合物の具体例として例えば、1,2,2,6,6-ペンタメチル-4-ピペリジルアルコール、2,2,6,6-テトラメチル-4-ピペリジルアルコール、1,2,2,6,6-ペンタメチル-4-ピペリジル(メタ)アクリレート(アデカ(株)製、LA-82)などが挙げられる。
ヒンダードアミン化合物又は/及びメルカプトフェノール等は添加することにより、耐久性の向上などで好ましい効果を達成する場合がある。
これらの添加剤は、樹脂組成物の総量に対し、通常0~20重量%、好ましくは0~10重量%の範囲で使用することが出来る。
この場合における好ましいウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(C-2)しては、前記した好ましいウレタン(メタ)アクリレートを挙げることができ、より好ましくは前記(C-2a)として挙げたウレタン(メタ)アクリレートである。
また、好ましい前記(メタ)アクリレートモノマー(C-3)としては、C5~C18アルキル(メタ)アクリレート、炭素数7~18アルキレングリコールジ(メタ)アクリレート、ポリ(C2~C4アルキレングリコール)ジ(メタ)アクリレート(なおポリは2~20程度が好ましい)、ポリ(C2-C3アルキレンオキサイド)変性ビスフェノールA型ジ(メタ)アクリレート(なおポリは2~20程度が好ましい)等を挙げることができ、エチレンオキサイド5~15モル変性(最も好ましくは10モル変性)ビスフェノールA型ジ(メタ)アクリレートはより好ましい。
(I) (A)上記一般式(1)で示される構造を有する(メタ)アクリレートとしてポリ(テトラメチレングリコール)ジ(メタ)アクリレート又はポリ(C2又はC3アルキレングリコール-テトラメチレングリコール)ジ(メタ)アクリレート、(B)光重合開始剤及び(A)以外の(メタ)アクリレート(C)を含有する、記録層として有機色素記録層を有する光ディスク用紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物。

ここで、粘度が高すぎると薄層の形成が困難となるので、形成する膜厚に応じて粘度を適宜調整するのが好ましい。
この場合において、前記第一の樹脂層の厚さは通常1μm~50μmであり、好ましくは5μm~40μm、より好ましくは10μm~30μmである。
また、前記第二の樹脂層の厚さは通常50μm~100μmであり、好ましくは60μm~95μm、より好ましくは70μm~90μmである。
また、本発明の樹脂組成物は、光透過層を、本発明の樹脂組成物の硬化物層一層で形成することも出来る。該硬化物層の形成も、膜厚を50μm~100μm、好ましくは70~100μmにし、第二層を形成しない点を除けば、上記本発明の樹脂組成物での第一層の形成に準じて行うことが出来る。
本発明の樹脂組成物の硬化物で形成された光透過層は、400nm付近光の透過度において優れ、ブルーレイディスク用の光透過層として適するものである。
本発明の光ディスクにおいては、記録層{好ましくは有機色素(通常アゾ色素等)を含む記録層}上に形成される界面層上に、直接本発明の樹脂組成物の硬化物層が形成されるとき、好ましい本発明の効果が達成される。
特に、前記する好ましい態様(I)~(XXIX)に記載の樹脂組成物の硬化物層を有する光ディスク、特に、有機色素記録層を有するブルーレイディスクは、耐久試験前のジッタ値においても、また、耐久試験後のジッタ値においても、非常に優れた値を示し、記録時及び高温高湿下での長時間の使用においても高い信頼性を有する。
また、本発明の光ディスクにおける記録層は、レーザー光によって書き込み可能な記録層を意味する。
本発明の光ディスクでは、基板の記録情報面に記録層が設けられている。該記録層は、光記録媒体用の記録層として従来公知の材料を適宜利用可能である。例えば、色素、アモルファス半導体、部分窒化膜、部分酸化膜(無機膜)などが挙げられる。
本発明の光記録媒体は記録層を複数有していてもよいが、この場合、各々の層が同じ材料で形成されていてもよいし、別の材料を任意に組み合わせて形成してもよい。このようにすることで各層毎に透過率などの光学的性質を変えることができる。
記録層に使用されるアモルファス半導体材料の具体例としては、SbTe系、GeTe系、GeSbTe系、InSbTe系、AgSbTe系、AgInSbTe系、GeSb系、GeSbSn系、InGeSbTe系、InGeSbSnTe系等の材料が挙げられる。これらの中でも、結晶化速度を高めるために、Sbを主成分とする組成物を用いることが好ましい。なお、これらのアモルファス半導体材料は、1種を単独で用いてもよく、2種以上を任意の組み合わせ及び比率で併用してもよい。
部分窒化膜、部分酸化膜の具体例としては、BiGeN、SnNbNなどの部分窒化膜、TeOx、BiFOxなどの部分酸化膜が挙げられる。
実施例1~3、及び、比較例1及び2
実施例1~3、比較例1及び2の紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物を表1に示した組成で、各成分を均一に混合することにより調製した。

(光透過層が、本発明の樹脂硬化物層及び他の光透過層用の樹脂組成物硬化層の2層からなる色素記録層を有するブルーレイディスク)
1.トラックピッチ0.32μmの案内溝を有する直径12cm、厚み1.1mmのポリカーボネート基板に銀合金を100nmの膜厚になるようスパッタし、反射層を形成した。その後、アゾ色素をTFP(テトラフルオロプロパノール)溶剤に溶かした色素溶液をスピンコート法により塗布し、80℃で30分間乾燥して色素記録層を形成した。さらに、ZnS-SiO2(モル比80:20)を約15nmの厚みになるようスパッタし、界面層を形成し、ブルーレイディスク基板を作製した。
2.ブルーレイディスク基板を界面層が上になるようスピンテーブルに乗せ、内径11.5mmまで覆う様に円状のキャップ処理を行い、ついで本発明の紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物を2.0g中心部のキャップ上に供給した。
3.本発明の紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物の粘度に合わせ、1000rpmから1500rpmの速度範囲で4秒から7秒間スピンコートし、各塗布膜厚が25μmとなるよう塗布した。スピンコート終了間際にキセノンフラッシュランプを2ショット照射し、表面の流動性が無くなる程度に硬化させた。
4.高圧水銀ランプを使用し、上側から400mJ/cm2で3秒間照射して本発明の紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物を完全硬化させた。
5.硬化した本発明の紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物が上になるようスピンテーブルに乗せ、内径11.5mmまで覆う様に円状のキャップ処理を行い、ついでBRD-864(日本化薬(株)製ブルーレイディスク用光透過層用樹脂)を3.0g中心部のキャップ上に供給した。
6.1500rpmの速度範囲で4秒から7秒間スピンコートし、塗布膜厚が75μmとなるよう塗布した。スピンコート終了間際にキセノンフラッシュランプを2ショット照射し、表面の流動性が無くなる程度に硬化させた。
7.高圧水銀ランプを使用し、上側から400mJ/cm2で3秒間照射してBRD-864を完全硬化させ、本発明のブルーレイディスクを作製した。
(光透過層が本発明の樹脂硬化物層単独からなる色素記録層を有するブルーレイディスク)
1.トラックピッチ0.32μmの案内溝を有する直径12cm、厚み1.1mmのポリカーボネート基板に銀合金を100nmの膜厚になるようスパッタし、反射層を形成した。その後、アゾ色素をTFP(テトラフルオロプロパノール)溶剤に溶かした色素溶液をスピンコート法により塗布し、80℃で30分間乾燥して有機色素記録層を形成した。さらに、ZnS-SiO2(モル比80:20)を約15nmの厚みになるようスパッタし、界面層を形成し、ブルーレイディスク基板を作製した。
2.ブルーレイディスク基板を界面層が上になるようスピンテーブルに乗せ、内径11.5mmまで覆う様に円状のキャップ処理を行い、ついで本発明の紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物を2.0g中心部のキャップ上に供給した。
3.本発明の紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物の粘度に合わせ、800rpmから1300rpmの速度範囲で4秒から7秒間スピンコートし、塗布膜の硬化後厚さが100μmとなるよう塗布した。スピンコート終了間際にキセノンフラッシュランプを2ショット照射し、表面の流動性が無くなる程度に硬化させた。
4.高圧水銀ランプを使用し、上側から光量400mJ/cm2で3秒間照射して本発明の紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物を完全硬化させ、本発明のブルーレイディスクを作製した。
本発明の光ディスクを、80℃、85%RH環境下、250時間放置した。ブルーレイディスクデータ信号測定装置パルステック社製ODU-1000を用いて、線速度4.92m/s、再生パワー0.30mW、記録パワー6.0mW、T連続記録(1T長=0.08μm)で記録し、耐久性試験前後のブルーレイディスクの記録信号特性(ジッタ値)を測定し、下記基準で評価した。ジッタ値は光ディスクの電気信号のひとつであり、これらの数値が高いほど、ブルーレイディスクの信号データが劣化していることを示し、10%以上となるとデータの読み書きが困難となる。

○・・・ジッタ値10.0%未満。
×・・・ジッタ値10.0%以上。
弾性率は、JIS K 7244-5に基づく動的粘弾性測定法に従い測定した。即ち、本発明の樹脂組成物で、硬化後の厚さが1mmとなるように、塗膜を形成し、FusionランプDバルブを使用し、1J/cm2の積算光量において硬化させた後、長さ5cm、幅1cm、厚さ1mmの大きさのサンプル片を作製し、エスアイアイ・ナノテクノロジー社製粘弾性測定装置DMS6100により測定を行った。測定は曲げモードで行い、振幅荷重10mN、周波数1Hz、昇温速度2℃/分の条件で-50℃~200℃の範囲で測定を行った。
(v) ブルーレイ(400nm付近の光)の透過度の測定
上記実施例1~3で得られた樹脂組成物を用いて、硬化後の膜厚が100μmの光の透過度測定用のそれぞれのサンプルを作成し、分光光度計(U-3310、株式会社日立ハイテクノロジー製)を用いて、各サンプルにおける405nmでの光の吸光度を測定して、光の透過度を求めた。何れのサンプルにおいても、光の透過度は85%以上であった。
Claims (15)
- (A)一般式(1)で示される構造を有する(メタ)アクリレート(但し、ブタンジオール(メタ)アクリレートを除く)がポリ(テトラメチレングリコール)ジ(メタ)アクリレート又はポリ(C2又はC3アルキレングリコール-テトラメチレングリコール)ジ(メタ)アクリレートである請求項2に記載の光ディスク用紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物。
- 前記(メタ)アクリレート(A)を、組成物全体に対して20~95重量%含有する請求項2に記載の光ディスク用紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物。
- (A)以外の(メタ)アクリレート(C)が、エポキシ(メタ)アクリレート(C-1)、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(C-2)及び、前記(A)、(C-1)及び(C-2)以外の(メタ)アクリレートモノマー(C-3)からなる群から選択される少なくとも一種である請求項2に記載の光ディスク用紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物。
- (A)以外の(メタ)アクリレート(C)が、ポリエステルポリオール又はポリエーテルポリオールと、ポリイソシアネート及び2-ヒドロキシエチルアクリレートとの反応で得られたウレタンアクリレート又はポリエチレンオキサイド変性ビスフェノールA型ジアクリレートの何れか一方若しくは両者である請求項2に記載の光ディスク用紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物。
- 組成物全体に対して、前記(メタ)アクリレート(A)が20~95重量%、(B)光重合開始剤の含量が1~10重量%であり、残部が(A)以外の(メタ)アクリレート(C)である請求項2に記載の光ディスク用紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物。
- 硬化した時の硬化物の25℃での弾性率が0.01~100MPaである請求項2に記載の光ディスク用紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物。
- 請求項2~9の何れか一項に記載の紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物に活性エネルギー線を照射して得られる硬化物。
- 記録層を有する光ディスク基板に、請求項2~9の何れか一項に記載の紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物を塗布し、活性エネルギー線を照射して該光ディスク基板上に該樹脂組成物の硬化物層を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光ディスクの製造方法。
- 請求項2~9の何れか一項に記載された紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物の、記録層を有する光ディスクにおける光透過層形成のための用途。
- 有機色素記録層を有する請求項1に記載の光ディスク。
- 光ディスクが有機色素記録層を有する光ディスクである請求項2~9の何れか一項に記載された紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物。
- 上記(A)以外の(メタ)アクリレート(C)として、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート(C-2)を、樹脂組成物の総量に対して、20~60重量%で含有する請求項2~9、及び14の何れか一項に記載された紫外線硬化型樹脂組成物。
