Abstract
Die Vorrichtung dient zur Tieftemperaturzerlegung von Luft. Sie umfasst einen Hauptwärmetauscher (6) und ein Destilliersäulen-System zur Stickstoff-Sauerstoff- Trennung (5) mit einer Doppelsäule (5), die eine Hochdrucksäule und eine Niederdrucksäule enthält. Außerdem enthält die Vorrichtung eine Mischsäule (1) sowie Mittel zum Einleiten von Einsatzluft über den Hauptwärmetauscher (6) in die Hochdrucksäule und in die Mischsäule. Eine Flüssigsauerstoffleitung dient zum Einleiten von flüssigem Sauerstoff aus der Niederdrucksäule in den oberen Bereich der Mischsäule (1), eine Sauerstoffproduktleitung zum Abziehen von Sauerstoffgas aus dem oberen Bereich der Mischsäule (1) durch den Hauptwärmetauscher (6). Die Mischsäule (1) und die Doppelsäule (5) sind in einer gemeinsamen Coldbox (3) angeordnet. Die Mischsäule (1) ist über Verbindungselemente (10, 11) an der Doppelsäule (5) befestigt.
