Abstract
Die Vorrichtung dient zur Tieftemperaturzerlegung von Luft. Sie weist folgende Merkmale auf: einen Hauptwärmetauscher und einen Unterkühlungs-Gegenströmer (2); ein Destilliersäulen-System zur Stickstoff-Sauerstoff-Trennung (5), das eine Hochdrucksäule und eine Niederdrucksäule aufweist; eine Mischsäule (1); Mittel zum Einleiten von Einsatzluft über den Hauptwärmetauscher in die Hochdrucksäule und in die Mischsäule; eine Flüssigsauerstoffleitung zum Einleiten von flüssigem Sauerstoff aus der Niederdrucksäule in den oberen Bereich der Mischsäule; eine Sauerstoffproduktleitung zum Abziehen von Sauerstoffgas aus dem oberen Bereich der Mischsäule durch den Hauptwärmetauscher. Die Mischsäule (1) und mindestens einer der beiden genannten Wärmetauscher (2, 6) sind in einer gemeinsamen Coldbox (3) angeordnet.
