この発明にあっては、光反射板を支持体に載置し、係止爪を係止孔に挿入した状態で光反射板を長孔の長手方向へ摺動させることにより、係止爪が長孔内を移動し、該係止爪が長孔の縁部に係止され、光反射板が厚さ方向へ移動するのを防ぐことができるとともに、止部にて光反射板の摺動を防ぐことができ、支持体に対する光反射板の位置ずれを防ぐことができる。
この発明にあっては、導光板が並置され、隣合う導光板間に保持体が配され、該保持体が、隣合う導光板の一方の側面部又は両方の側面部に係合しているため、導光板の長手方向中央側に変形部、欠除部、孔等を設けることなく導光板の長手方向中央側を支持体に保持することができ、光の導光板内部での拡散を均等化させることができる。また、隣合う二つの導光板を一つの保持体が保持しており、導光板に対する保持体の個数を低減できるため、保持体による光むらの影響を抑制でき、導光板の光特性を高めることができる。
この発明にあっては、テレビ放送信号を受信して表示面にテレビ画像を表示することができる。
図3は本発明に係る表示装置の構成を示す正面図、図4は表示装置の一部を省略した横断平面図、図5は表示装置の一部を省略した縦断側面図、図6は透光パネル後面側の構成を示す背面図、図7は導光板部分の構成を示す正面図である。
(1) 作業台上に前面を上向にして平置きされた支持体41内の両側部に、放熱体47が結合されている発光ダイオード基板45及びリフレクタ46が載置され、支持体41内の両側の発光ダイオード基板45,45間に光反射板43が載置される。光反射板43は、係止爪43dが係止孔41eに挿入された状態で板部41aに沿って摺動されることにより、係止爪43dが係止孔41eの周りに係止され、止部43eにて摺動が阻止される。また、放熱体47は雄螺子にて板部41aに固定される。
(2) 光反射板43に複数の導光板42が平行に並置される。上下方向中央側の導光板42は、長手方向中央部が二つの第1の保持体22,22間に配置され、該保持体22,22の爪片22aにて係合凹所42cが長手方向への相対移動を可能に保持される。上下方向両側の導光板42は、長手方向中央部が第1及び第2の保持体22,23間に配置され、該保持体22,23の爪片22a,23aにて係合凹所42cが保持される。また、各導光板42の長手方向一端側における貫通孔42dから取付孔43cに雄螺子25が螺入され、導光板42の一端部が光反射板43に固定される。また、各導光板42の長手方向他端部が、二つの位置決め凸部24,24間に配置され、長手方向への相対移動を可能に保持される。
(3) 導光板42上に拡散板5が載置され、該拡散板5上に光学シート6が載置される。
(4) 光学シート6上に枠体7が載置され、該枠体7の周縁部が軸体26にて放熱体47に取付けられる。
(5) 表示面1aに透光パネル2が貼付られている表示パネル1及び透光パネル2が、該透光パネル2が下側となるように作業台上に平置きされ、該透光パネル2の周縁部後面に環体3が載置され、第1の筒形ボス91に螺入される雄螺子30にて第1の結合体9aに結合される。
(6) 枠体7が下側となるように支持体41が反転され、この反転状態で表示パネル1の上側に載置される。
(7) 支持体41の挿通孔41bから第2の結合体9bの筒形ボス92内に雄螺子21が螺入され、透光パネル2が支持体41に結合される。
(8) 支持体41の上向きになっている板部41aに電源回路基板等の複数の回路基板20が雄螺子にて取付けられ、また、板部41aにスタンド10が雄螺子にて取付けられる。
(9) 支持体41の上側からカバー8が被嵌され、筒形ボス81から凸形結合部41dの嵌入孔41cに雄螺子82が螺入され、カバー8が取付けられる。
図12A乃至図12Cは第1の保持体22部分の他の構成を示す拡大縦断側面図である。図12Aは厚板部材43aと一体に成形される第1の保持体22を、厚板部材43aから前方へ突出する筒形凸部22bとし、該筒形凸部22bの先端部を変形させることにより、上下に隣合う導光板42の長手方向中央部における長辺側の側面部を保持する構成としたものである。
その他の構成及び作用は実施の形態1と同様であるため、同様の部品については同じ符号を付し、その詳細な説明及び作用効果の説明を省略する。
図13は導光板42部分の他の構成を示す正面図である。この実施の形態は第2の保持体23をなくし、第1の保持体22を上下に離隔して配し、上下に隣合う導光板42の長手方向中央部を第1の保持体22の爪片22aにて保持する構成としたものである。
その他の構成及び作用は実施の形態1と同様であるため、同様の部品については同じ符号を付し、その詳細な説明及び作用効果の説明を省略する。
図14は導光板42部分の他の構成を示す正面図である。この実施の形態は第1の保持体22をなくし、第2の保持体23を、横方向へ離隔した二つの位置に導光板42の並置間隔に対応して上下に離隔配置したものである。横方向へ離隔する二つの保持体23,23の一方は爪片23aが上向となり、他方は爪片23aが下向きになっており、上下方向に対して交差する位置の二つの第2の保持体23,23にて導光板42の長手方向中央部を保持してある。
その他の構成及び作用は実施の形態1と同様であるため、同様の部品については同じ符号を付し、その詳細な説明及び作用効果の説明を省略する。
図15は導光板42部分の他の構成を示す正面図である。この実施の形態は位置決め凸部24を、第1及び第2の保持体22,23と同様の構成としたものである。上下方向中央側の位置決め凸部24は、厚板部材43aの前面から前方へ突出する基片の先側から上下両側へ突出する爪片を有する略T字形をなし、導光板42の並置間隔と等しい間隔で配され、爪片が導光板42の長辺側の側面部に係合するように構成されている。上下方向端側の位置決め凸部24は、厚板部材43aの前面から前方へ突出する基片の先側から上下一側へ突出する爪片を有する略J字形をなし、上下方向中央側の位置決め凸部24の上側及び下側に導光板42の並置間隔と等しい間隔で配され、爪片が導光板42の長辺側の側面部に係合するように構成されている。
その他の構成及び作用は実施の形態1と同様であるため、同様の部品については同じ符号を付し、その詳細な説明及び作用効果の説明を省略する。
図16は導光板42部分の他の構成を示す正面図、図17は導光板42部分の他の構成を示す縦断平面図である。この実施の形態は二つの位置決め凸部24に代えて、導光板42の長手方向他端部に、厚さ方向へ貫通し、導光板42の長手方向に長い長孔27を設け、長手方向への相対移動を可能に長孔27に嵌入される凸部28を光反射板43に設けたものである。
その他の構成及び作用は実施の形態1と同様であるため、同様の部品については同じ符号を付し、その詳細な説明及び作用効果の説明を省略する。
図18は導光板装置の他の構成を示す縦断側面図、図19は導光板装置の要部の構成を示す拡大断面図、図20は中間板の構成を示す斜視図、図21は中間板の構成を示す正面図、図22は中間板の構成を示す側面図である。この実施の形態は光反射板43の厚板部材43aに代えて、短冊形をなし、保持体22,23が一体成形されている合成樹脂製の複数の中間板48を備え、該中間板48を、長手方向が導光板42の並置方向となるように板部41aに取付け、中間板48と導光板42との間に、薄板部材43bからなる光反射板49を介在したものである。
その他の構成及び作用は実施の形態1と同様であるため、同様の部品については同じ符号を付し、その詳細な説明及び作用効果の説明を省略する。
また、光反射板43をなくした場合、導光板42の他面又は支持体41の板部41aが光反射層を有する構成とする。

Claims (20)
- 略矩形をなし、一短辺側の側面から入光した光を一面から出光する複数の導光板を、該導光板を支持する支持体に長辺側の側面が対向するように並置してある導光板装置において、隣合う前記導光板間に配され、隣合う導光板の少なくとも一方の長辺側の側面部に係合して該導光板を保持する保持体を備えることを特徴とする導光板装置。
- 前記導光板における前記一面の長辺側に、該長辺側の側面から窪む係合凹所を全長にわたって有し、該係合凹所に前記保持体が係合している請求項1記載の導光板装置。
- 前記保持体は光反射性を有する請求項1又は2記載の導光板装置。
- 前記保持体は、前記支持体又は該支持体と前記導光板との間に配される中間部材に一端が固定され、隣合う前記導光板間に配されている基片及び該基片の他端部から隣合う導光板側へ延出されている二つの爪片を有する請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の導光板装置。
- 前記二つの爪片は、一の爪片の先端部から他の爪片の先端部にかけて凸に湾曲している請求項4記載の導光板装置。
- 前記二つの爪片は、一の爪片の先端部から他の爪片の先端部にかけて前記一面と平行的になっている請求項4記載の導光板装置。
- 前記支持体は板状をなし、該支持体にその一面が対向し、他面が前記導光板に対向する中間板を備え、該中間板の前記他面に複数の前記保持体を設けてある請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の導光板装置。
- 前記支持体は第1孔が貫設されており、該第1孔の縁部から前記第1孔に被さるように前記中間板側へ突出する第1凸片を有し、前記中間板は、前記第1凸片が挿入される第2孔が貫設されており、該第2孔の縁部から前記第2孔に被さるように前記支持体側へ突出して前記第1凸片と前記中間板の厚さ方向に対接する第2凸片を有する請求項7記載の導光板装置。
- 前記第1凸片は、前記第2凸片と対接する対接面と反対側の面が、前記中間板の前記他面に略沿う位置となるように配してある請求項8記載の導光板装置。
- 前記第2凸片は、前記第1凸片と対接する対接面と反対側の面が、前記支持体の前記中間板と反対側の面に略沿う位置となるように配してある請求項8又は9記載の導光板装置。
- 前記中間板及び導光板の間に配され、前記保持体が挿通される挿通孔を有する光反射板を備える請求項7から10のいずれか一つに記載の導光板装置。
- 前記導光板の二つの短辺側の一方が前記支持体に固定されており、前記導光板の他方が長辺の長さ方向へ伸縮するのを可能に前記導光板の位置を決める位置決め部を備える請求項1から11のいずれか一つに記載の導光板装置。
- 前記位置決め部は、前記導光板の長辺側の両側面と係合することが可能に配してある二つの凸部を有する請求項12記載の導光板装置。
- 前記位置決め部は、前記導光板を厚さ方向へ貫通し、前記長辺の長さ方向に長い長孔及び該長孔に相対移動を可能に嵌入されている凸部を有する請求項12記載の導光板装置。
- 前記導光板及び支持体の間に配されている光反射板を備え、前記保持体は前記光反射板と一体である請求項1から6又は12から14のいずれか一つに記載の導光板装置。
- 前記光反射板の前記支持体との対向面に係止爪が一体に設けられ、該係止爪が挿入により係止される係止孔が前記支持体に開設されている請求項15記載の導光板装置。
- 前記係止孔は前記係止爪を前記光反射板に沿う方向へ移動させるための長孔であり、前記係止爪が移動した位置に前記光反射板を止める止部を有する請求項16記載の導光板装置。
- 光源と、各光源が放射した光が前記一短辺側の側面から入光されるように前記導光板が配されている請求項1から17のいずれか一つに記載の導光板装置とを備えることを特徴とする光源装置。
- 一側に表示面を有する表示部と、該表示部の他側に前記導光板の一面が前記一側へ向くように配されている請求項18に記載の光源装置とを備えることを特徴とする表示装置。
- テレビ放送信号を受信する受信部を備え、該受信部がテレビ放送信号を受信して前記表示面にテレビ画像を表示する請求項19に記載の表示装置を含むことを特徴とするテレビ受像装置。
