(1)還元剤とアルカリ剤
本組成物における還元剤及びアルカリ剤は、毛髪のジスルフィド結合を切断するための成分である。
本組成物は、上記した一般式(I)にて示されるヒドロキシエーテルアミン化合物(ヒドロキシエーテルアミン化合物(I)ともいう)を含有する。
アミドアミン化合物(II)の一般式において、炭素原子数6~24の直鎖若しくは分岐鎖のアルキル基又はアルケニル基であるR5は、例えば、ヘキシル基、ヘプチル基、オクチル基、ノニル基、デシル基、ウンデシル基、ドデシル基、トリデシル基、テトラデシル基、ペンタデシル基、ヘキサデシル基、ヘプタデシル基、ステアリル基(オクタデシル基)、ノナデシル基、イコシル基、ヘンイコシル基、ドコシル基、トリコシル基、テトラコシル基、ミリストレイル基、パルミトレイル基、オレイル基、リノイル基、リノレイル基、リシノレイル基、イソステアリル基等が挙げられる。また、炭素原子数1~6の直鎖若しくは分岐鎖のアルキレン基又はアルキレニル基R6としては、例えば、メチレン基、エチレン基、トリメチレン基、テトラメチレン基、ペンタメチレン基、ヘキサメチレン基等が挙げられる。R7及びR8は、上述のように、同一又は異なって水素原子又は炭素原子数1~6の直鎖若しくは分岐鎖のアルキル基(典型的にはメチル基)である。
本組成物に配合される高級アルコールは、特に限定されず、例えば、ラウリルアルコール、ミリスチルアルコール、セチルアルコール、セトステアリルアルコール、ステアリルアルコール、アラルキルアルコール、ベヘニルアルコール、ホホバアルコール等を挙げることができる。これらの中でも、セチルアルコール、ステアリルアルコールは好適な高級アルコールとして例示される。
(5)糖アルコール
本組成物に、糖アルコールを配合することにより、損傷実感をさらに抑制し、かつ、毛髪のまとまり効果をさらに向上させることができる。
本組成物に、第四級アンモニウム塩を配合することにより、皮膚刺激性を低下させ、洗浄力や起泡力を向上させることが可能である。第四級アンモニウム塩としては、アルキルトリメチルアンモニウム塩、アルキルジメチルアミノ酢酸ベタイン等が挙げられる。これらの第四級アンモニウム塩のアルキル基としては、通常、毛髪化粧料に配合される第四級アンモニウム塩におけるアルキル基を選択して用いることができる。具体的には、ラウリル基、ミリスチル基、パルミチル基、ステアリル基、ベヘニル基等が挙げられる。本組成物には、塩化ベヘニルトリメチルアンモニウム、または、塩化ステアリルトリメチルアンモニウムが、好適に配合され得る。
(1)毛髪をカーラーに巻きつけて固定する。
(2)還元剤を含む第1剤を塗布し、15~30分放置する。
(3)毛髪を固定したまま水によるすすぎを行い、酸化剤を含む第2剤を塗布し、5~20分放置する。
(4)固定具を外し、毛髪を流水ですすぎ、ドライヤーで乾燥して仕上げる。
(1)毛髪に還元剤を含む第1剤を塗布し、15~30分放置する。
(2)毛髪を流水ですすぎ、ドライヤーで乾燥する。
(3)ヘアアイロンを用い毛髪を伸ばす。この場合140~180℃でひと掴みの毛束に対し2回のバス処理を行うのが好適である。
(4)酸化剤を含む第2剤を塗布し、5~20分放置する。
(5)毛髪を流水ですすぎ、ドライヤーで乾燥して仕上げる。
後述する試験例1~3において用いた、毛髪形状調整用組成物の第2剤は、下記表1に示す処方の配合成分を混合することで調製した。
<試験方法>
本実施例においては、本発明の効果を行うために、毛髪束にてパーマネントウェーブ処理と、縮毛矯正処理を用いた試験を行い、それぞれについて評価を行った。
同一人から採取した化学的損傷のない人毛を用いて毛髪束(1つの毛髪束は0.7g、長さ20cm)を複数作成した。市販のブリーチ剤(アンモニア0.8%、過酸化水素3.0%、過硫酸カリウム0.1%)にて、毛髪束を20分間浸漬処理し、損傷の程度が一様になるように毛髪束を複数用意した。ブリーチ処理した毛髪束を、直径1.5cmのプラスチックロッドに巻き付け、第1剤を2.0mL塗布し、25℃で15分間放置した後、水洗した。次いで、第2剤を2.0mL毛髪束に塗布し、25℃で15分間放置した後、水洗し、自然乾燥させた。
上記(1)のパーマネントウェーブ処理の場合と同様に、ブリーチ処理を行った毛髪束を準備した。ブリーチ処理した毛髪束に、第1剤を2.0g塗布し、25℃で15分間放置した後、水洗し、タオルドライし、その後、170℃に設定した高温整髪用アイロンで3秒間処理した。次いで、第2剤を2.0g塗布し、25℃で5分間放置した後、水洗し、自然乾燥させた。
(a)毛髪損傷
上記処理(1)(2)における、最終の自然乾燥後の毛髪束の損傷の程度について、12名の専門パネラーによる官能評価を行った。すなわち、当該12名の専門パネラーのうち、6名が明確な差を感じたものを±1、9名が明確な差を感じたものを±2とし、差が改善方向にあったものを+、悪化方向にあったものは-とした。
上記12名の専門パネラーにより、同様の上記処理(1)(2)を施した毛髪束について、毛髪感触による損傷実感の実使用試験を行った。6名が明確な差を感じたものを±1、9名が明確な差を感じたものを±2とし、差が改善方向にあったものを+、悪化方向にあったものは-とした。
上記処理(2)における最終の自然乾燥後における毛髪束における、主に毛髪のまとまりを指標とする縮毛矯正効果について、上記と同様の専門パネラーによる実使用試験を行った。6名が明確な差を感じたものを±1、9名が明確な差を感じたものを±2とし、差が改善方向にあったものを+、悪化方向にあったものは-とした。
同様の上記処理(1)(2)を施した毛髪束について、上記12名の専門パネラーの嗜好を評価した。6名が明確な差を感じたものを±1、9名が明確な差を感じたものを±2とし、嗜好性の良い方向にあったものを+、悪い方向にあったものは-とした。
試験例1において用いた各試験品(実施例1~4、比較例1~2)は、下記表2に示す処方の配合成分において、イオン交換水を75℃に加温し、界面活性剤と油分をこれに添加して混合した後、これを40℃以下に冷却して、還元剤、安定化剤及び香料を添加することにより調製した。
<試験方法>
上記試験例1の実使用試験の項目(2)の工程に準じて、ブリーチ処理を行った毛束の処理を行った。すなわち、ブリーチ処理した毛髪束に、第1剤を2.0g塗布し、25℃で15分間放置した後、(i)水洗し(すすぎ)、(ii)タオルドライし、その後、170℃に設定した高温整髪用アイロンで3秒間処理した。次いで、第2剤を2.0g塗布し、25℃で5分間放置した後、水洗し、(iii)自然乾燥させた。
この試験に用いた試験品(比較例3と実施例5)の処方と、試験の結果を表3に示す。さらに、この試験の結果を、図1においてまとめた。なお、これらの試験品は、上記表2の試験品と同様に調製した。
<試験方法>
上記試験例1の実使用試験の項目(2)の工程に準じて、ブリーチ処理を行った毛束の処理を行った。すなわち、ブリーチ処理した毛髪束に、第1剤を2.0g塗布し、25℃で15分間放置した後、水洗し(すすぎ)、タオルドライし、その後、170℃に設定した高温整髪用アイロンで3秒間処理した。次いで、第2剤を2.0g塗布し、25℃で5分間放置した後、水洗し、自然乾燥させた。
この試験に用いた試験品(比較例4と実施例6~7)の処方と、試験の結果を表4に示す。さらに、この試験の結果を、図2においてまとめた(縦軸は毛髪損傷度)。なお、これらの試験品は、上記表2の試験品と同様に調製した。

Claims (9)
- 還元剤及びアルカリ剤を含有する毛髪形状調整用組成物において、下記の成分(1)~(3)を含有することを特徴とする、毛髪形状調整用組成物。
(1)下記式(I)にて表されるヒドロキシエーテルアミン化合物、
(2)一般式(II)にて示されるアミドアミン化合物、及び/又は、塩化O-[2-ヒドロキシ-3-(トリメチルアンモニオ)プロピル]ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、
(3)高級アルコール - 毛髪形状調整用組成物は、還元剤及びアルカリ剤を含有する第1剤、及び、酸化剤を含有する第2剤からなる、2剤型の毛髪形状調整用組成物の第1剤であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の毛髪形状調整用組成物。
- さらに、糖アルコールを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の毛髪形状調整用組成物。
- 糖アルコールは、ソルビトールであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の毛髪形状調整用組成物。
- さらに、第四級アンモニウム塩を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の毛髪形状調整用組成物。
- 還元剤は、チオ乳酸またはその塩であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の毛髪用形状調整組成物。
- アルカリ剤が、モノエタノールアミンであることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の毛髪用形状調整組成物。
- パーマネントウェーブ処理用組成物であることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の毛髪形状調整用組成物。
- 縮毛矯正処理用組成物であることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の毛髪形状調整用組成物。
