Definitions
- the present invention relates to a stretch structure for a chair stretch material that is used as a chair seat or a backrest by stretching a stretch material on the surface of a closed loop frame.
- a concave groove is provided in an inner corner of the front surface of the frame body facing vertically, and the outer circumferential surface, the rear surface, and the inner surface are formed in the concave groove from the front surface of the frame body.
- the edge material fastened to the peripheral portion of the tension member wound around 360 ° along the peripheral surface is locked, or the tension member is inserted into the concave groove recessed inwardly provided on the front outer surface of the frame body.
- the peripheral portion of the material is folded back into a U-shape, and the edge material fixed to the peripheral edge is inserted and locked from the outside (for example, see Patent Document 1).
- a concave groove that is recessed forward is provided on the rear surface of the frame body that faces in the vertical direction, and the tension material wound around the outer circumferential surface and a part of the rear surface from the front surface of the frame body to the concave groove.
- an edge material fastened to the peripheral edge is locked (see, for example, Patent Document 2).
- Patent Document 1 in which a tension material is wound around a frame body by 360 ° is complicated in the operation of winding the tension material and locking the edge material in the groove
- the type that inserts and locks the edge material fixed to the peripheral edge of the tension material from the outside into the groove provided on the outer surface of the body is to securely lock the edge material to the groove
- the concave depth of the concave groove must be increased, and if so, the lateral width of the frame must be increased, which increases the size of the frame and increases the material cost.
- a mold that can be pulled outward must be used at the time of molding. Will increase.
- the frame body described in Patent Document 2 provided with a concave groove that is recessed forward is formed on the rear surface of the frame body. Since the outer peripheral surface is a curved surface having a large curvature, the cross-sectional area of the frame is increased, the frame is increased in size, and the material cost is increased.
- the present invention was made in order to solve such a conventional problem, and can easily stretch the tension member to the frame body, and can sufficiently ensure the bending allowance of the tension member, And it aims at providing the tension
- a cross-sectional shape orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of each part of the frame body in a stretch structure of a chair tension material in which a tension material is stretched on the surface of a closed-loop frame and is used as a chair seat or backrest A tension member receiving portion having an engagement groove opened on the back surface side, and a U-shaped portion having a concave groove opened on the surface side inward of the engagement groove, and the tension material Is wound from the surface of the frame body to the back surface side along the outer peripheral surface, and the peripheral portion is fitted into the engaging groove and fastened, so that the tension member is attached to the U-shaped portion of the U-shaped portion.
- the frame can be formed only by the mold in the two directions of the front and back. Simplification and simplification of the molding operation can be achieved, which can contribute to a reduction in manufacturing cost.
- the concave groove of the U-shaped part is used as a stealing part, and the amount of the resin material can be reduced without reducing the strength, thereby reducing the weight of the entire frame and reducing the material cost. Since the opening of the concave groove is directed to the back surface of the tension member, the opening is not exposed to the outside, and a beautiful appearance can be maintained.
- Such a groove for stealing meat can not be provided in the conventional one in which a groove for fitting a peripheral edge of a tension member is provided on the outer surface of the frame body, since both grooves interfere with each other, In the present invention, since there is no such restriction, a groove for stealing meat having a large size can be provided. Furthermore, the tension material can be easily and reliably tensioned to the frame body simply by winding the tension material from the surface of the frame body to the back surface side along the outer peripheral surface and fitting the peripheral edge of the tension material into the engagement groove. Can be set.
- the free end of the outer piece in the U-shaped portion is separated from the outer peripheral edge of the tension material receiving portion in a direction away from the back surface of the tension material, and The free end of the inner piece in the shape portion is further spaced away from the free end of the outer piece in the direction away from the back surface of the tension member.
- the tension material can be received only by the outer peripheral portion of the tension material receiving portion, and the entire inner part can be elastically bent toward the back surface side, and the feeling of use can be improved.
- the surface connecting the free edge of the outer piece and the free end of the inner piece in the U-shaped portion from the outer peripheral edge of the tension material receiving portion is The curved surface or the inclined surface that is gently recessed from the outer peripheral edge of the portion to the back surface side of the tension member.
- Such a configuration can increase the range of elastic bending to the back side of the upholstery material and keep the surface of the frame beautiful.
- the cross-sectional shape perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of each part of the frame gradually increases in depth from the outer peripheral edge of the tension material receiving part toward the inside. It is almost triangular.
- a rib facing in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the groove is provided in the groove of the U-shaped portion.
- the strength of the frame can be further increased.
- the tension member can be easily stretched on the frame body, the bending allowance of the tension member can be sufficiently secured, and the material cost and the manufacturing cost can be reduced without reducing the strength. It is possible to provide a tensioning structure for a chair tension material that can be reduced.

That is, when the lengths of the incisions 116 and 120 facing the longitudinal direction of the frame body 113 are made smaller than the longitudinal width of the frame body 113 in the outward ear piece 115 and the lower connecting piece 119, the incisions 116 and 120 When fitting the fitting members 117 and 121, the hand hits the outward ear piece 115 and the lower connecting piece 119, and the work becomes difficult.
- the lengths of the cuts 116 and 120 in the frame body 113 and the lengths of the fitting members 117 and 121 are larger than the widths in the longitudinal direction of the outward ear pieces 115 and the lower connecting pieces 119.
- the tension member 114 does not need to be provided with a hole through which the outward ear piece 115 and the lower connecting piece 119 of the frame 113 penetrate, the appearance can be satisfactorily maintained. Further, since the concave groove 123 of the frame body 113 is not provided in the vicinity of the outward ear piece 115 and the lower connecting piece 119 of the frame body 113, the direction in which the mold is pulled out to form the concave groove 123, and the outward direction The direction in which the mold is pulled out to form the ear piece 115 and the lower connecting piece 119 does not intersect. Therefore, since the same mold can be used for molding in one stroke, the cost can be reduced.
- the outer peripheral surfaces 117b and 121b of the fitting member 117 and the fitting member 121 are continuous with the surface 113a and the outer peripheral surface 113b of the frame body 113, the outward ear piece 115 and the lower connection piece 119 of the frame body 113 are used.
- the base portion can be shielded by the fitting member 117 and the fitting member 121.
- the fitting member 117 and the fitting member 121 are provided separately from the frame body 113, the boundary between the fitting member 117 and the fitting member 121 and the frame body 113 is not exposed, so that the appearance is good. become.
- the concave groove 123 of the frame 113 and the concave grooves 125 and 127 of the fitting members 117 and 121 are continuous, the edge material of the tension member 114 that is fixed to the concave grooves 123, 125 and 127.
- the shape of 141 can be simplified.
- the grooves 113, 125, 127 of the frame body 113, the fitting member 117, and the fitting member 121 are formed from the outer peripheral surfaces 113 b, 117 b, 121 b of the frame body 113 and the fitting members 117, 121. Since it is recessed toward the center, the edge material 137 of the upholstery material 114 can be securely attached to the respective recessed grooves 123, 125, 127.

Abstract
