本发明涉及一种鞋子的生产工艺,尤指一种可拆组拉链鞋的生产工艺。
背景技术
以拉链连接鞋面与鞋底的可拆组的鞋子早在十几年前就出现在专利文献中,这种鞋子由于不同款式的鞋面和鞋底可以任意组合搭配,因此消费者可以仅购买一双鞋底而搭配多款鞋面,不但可满足不同的场合搭配不同鞋子的需求,而且可以节省购买多款完整鞋子的费用。此外,鞋子的鞋底与鞋面的磨损程度不同,当仅一个损坏另一个还完好无损,对于上述的拉链鞋来说,只需更换损坏的一个,另一个还可以继续伤脑筋,从而避免浪费。
然而,使用如此方便的鞋子目前在市场上几乎看不到销售的痕迹,原因是这种可拆组的拉链鞋,在这十几年来,都还是存在于一种不成熟的慨念之中,也就是说只是一种构想,所能做到的或许只是一双样品。原因是可拆组的拉链鞋在制作完成后,起码的要求是必须令鞋面的上拉链与鞋底的下拉链可以拉组到一起,而且需要令一种规格的鞋底与几十种同种规格但不同款式的鞋面组合。基于这一要求,如果仅仅是手工制作的一两双样品,则可能可以满足,但是真正在大量生产产品的过程中,能让一个鞋底跟几十种鞋面组合,至今的生产工艺还不很完善。这就是目前市场上基本看不到拉链鞋的原因,本发明人基于这一点,经过几年的潜心研究以及进行大量的试验,终于有本案产生。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种可实现产业化大量生产要求的可拆组拉链鞋的生产工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种可拆组拉链鞋的生产工艺,包括下述步骤:
开立纸板:
1)开立楦头:根据拉链鞋的款式设计图以及号码开立楦头;
2)制作纸板:依据楦头制作出鞋面各部位的纸板、以及中底及大底的纸板;
3)划出多数组定位用的点位:在鞋面纸板、上拉链、下拉链、中底纸板以及大底纸板上分别划出多个上下都对齐的点位;
鞋面制作:
1)制作刀模:依据鞋面各部位的纸板制作用于裁切鞋面的刀模;
2)裁断:利用刀模在整块鞋面料上裁切出鞋面各部位;
3)划出鞋面点位:依据鞋面纸板上的点位在裁切好的鞋面各部位上划出相应的点位,并划出各部位的缝合线;
4)组合鞋面:将鞋面的各部位配件按照缝合线组合成鞋面;
5)将鞋面与上拉链组合:依据组合后鞋面上的点位,以及上拉链上相对应的点位,将鞋面与上拉链组合在一起;
大底制作:
1)成型大底:依照大底纸板成型大底,成型后再利用大底纸板留下点位;
2)将大底与下拉链组合:大底成型后将其按点位与下拉链结合在一起;
中底制作:
1)制作刀模:依据中底纸板制作用于裁切中底的刀模;
2)裁断:利用刀模裁切出中底材料,并根据中底纸板划出与鞋面可以相结合的点位;
3)将中底与大底结合:将中底放置于大底的内胆之中,并利用大底与中底上的点位将两者结合;
鞋面的定型:
将制作完成的鞋面与制作完成的结合有中底的大底通过拉链组合在一起,然后灌入鞋楦,经过冷、热定型,将鞋面定型之后,取出楦头,装入鞋垫,完成一双鞋子的组合动作,从而制作出完整的拉链鞋。

1)将鞋面与上拉链组合:依据组合后鞋面上的点位,以及上拉链上的点位,将鞋面与上拉链组合在一起;
2)将中底与下拉链结合:下拉链要与中底结合前,其先行和一高密度的皮料组合,组合之后,再将下拉链与中底缝合,要求中底与下拉链的点位必须相对;
3)鞋面与中底组合:将鞋面与中底通过上下拉链组合在一起;
鞋面定型与组合大底:
将楦头灌入组合在一起的鞋面与中底内,经过冷、热加琉,即可将鞋面定型;之后与大底组合,这样就可以完成整个拉链鞋的制作。
所述制作鞋面的步骤,在制作刀模上即在刀模上依据纸板标示出相应的点位,然后依据刀模上的点位在裁切时直接在鞋面的各部位上标出相应的点位。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
本发明所揭示的是一种可拆组拉链鞋的生产工艺,所述的拉链鞋结构如图2所示,该拉链鞋包括鞋面1、鞋底2及拉链3,该拉链3包括连接于鞋面1的上拉链31及连接于鞋底2的下拉链32,所述鞋面1通常由若干部位11缝合而成。针对上述拉链鞋,本发明采用的生产工艺流程如图1所示,其主要包括下述步骤:
一、开立纸板:
1、开立楦头:根据拉链鞋的款式设计图以及号码开立楦头;
2、制作纸板:依据楦头制作出鞋面各部位的纸板、以及中底及大底的纸板;
3、划出4组定位用的点位:在鞋面纸板、上拉链、下拉链、中底纸板以及大底纸板上分别划出4个上下都对齐的点位,以求将来组合之时不会有跑位的现象,4组点位一般设置在鞋的前后左右四个位置。
二、鞋面制作:
1、制作刀模:依据鞋面各部位的纸板制作刀模,用于裁切鞋面;
2、裁断:利用刀模在整块鞋面料上裁切出鞋面各部位;
3、划出鞋面点位:依据鞋面纸板上的4个点位在裁切好的鞋面各部位上划出相应的4个点位,并划出各部位的缝合线;
4、组合鞋面:将鞋面的各部位配件按照缝合线组合成鞋面,注意要必须严格按照缝合线组合,否则组合后将使鞋面跑位而无法与上拉链或鞋底组合在一起;
5、将鞋面与上拉链组合:依据组合后鞋面上的4个点位,以及上拉链上的4个点位,将鞋面与上拉链组合在一起,注意要使每一个部位的鞋面都跟上拉链的点位一致。
三、大底制作:
1、成型大底:依照大底纸板成型大底,成型后再利用大底纸板留下4个点位;
2、将大底与下拉链组合:大底成型后以药水清洗,然后上一次胶、风干,再上二次胶,下拉链同样以药水清洗,然后上一次胶、风干,再上二次胶,之后按4个点位将下拉链与大底结合,车大底线。
四、中底制作:
1、制作刀模:依据中底纸板制作刀模,用于裁切中底;
2、裁断:利用刀模裁切出中底材料,并根据中底纸板划出与鞋面可以相结合的4个点位;
3、将中底与大底结合:将中底放置于大底的内胆之中,并利用大底与中底上的4个点位将两者结合,结合的方式可以是冷粘法也可以用加硫法。
五、鞋面的定型:
将制作完成的鞋面与制作完成的结合有中底的大底通过拉链组合在一起,然后灌入鞋楦,经过冷、热定型,将鞋面定型之后,取出楦头,装入鞋垫,完成一双鞋子的组合动作,从而制作出如图2所示的拉链鞋。
所有的鞋面都需经过组合定型,再跟大底分开,再做重复的组合定型动作,使每一双鞋面都能与大底结合。
以上述工艺制作的拉链鞋,由于采用了前后左右四点定位,组合时,将鞋面、上下拉链、中底及大底上预先划好的点位上下对齐,这样就可以避免跑位的现象,从而保证同一码段的鞋底与多种不同款式的鞋面组合,满足大量生产的要求。
但是上述实施例也存在些许缺陷:
1)组合的稳定性不高,还是存在一些跑位现象,鞋头会歪,因此成品率有待提高;
2)大底与下拉链直接接触组合,容易脱开;由于大底为密度较低的橡胶制成,下拉链则一般为布质或尼龙制成,两者的材质不相融合,如果以线缝合,大底很容易在缝线孔处损坏而影响鞋的寿命,如果以胶贴合,又很容易出现脱胶的问题而同样影响鞋的寿命。
3)鞋面成型时,为了保证鞋面与鞋底能够由上下拉链组合到一起,要先将两者组合再高温加热成型,但是由于橡胶大底已经成型,再将其置入高温下容易变形或发生质地改变,影响大底的质量,因此鞋面在成型时温度不能太高,导致有些鞋面成型不够而容易出现扭曲变形及持久率不长的问题。
参阅图3所示,为本发明的第二实施例,所制作的拉链鞋如图4所示,所述的拉链鞋包括鞋面1、鞋底2及连接两者的拉链3,该拉链3包括连接于鞋面1的上拉链31及连接于鞋底2的下拉链32。所述鞋底2与下拉链32之间通过皮料4连接。所述鞋面1由若干部位11缝合而成。
针对上述拉链鞋,本发明采用的生产工艺流程如图3所示,其主要包括下述步骤:
一、开立纸板:
1、开立楦头:根据拉链鞋的款式设计图以及号码开立楦头;
2、制作纸板:依据楦头制作出鞋面各部位的纸板、以及中底及大底的纸板;
3、划出6组定位用的点位:在鞋面纸板、上拉链、下拉链、中底纸板以及大底纸板上分别划出6个上下都对齐的点位,6组点位可以设置在鞋的前后左右以及拉链的起点和终点六个位置。
二、鞋面制作:
1、制作刀模:依据鞋面各部位的纸板制作刀模,并在刀模上标示6个点位;
2、裁断:利用刀模在整块鞋面料上裁切出鞋面各部位;
3、标出鞋面点位:依据刀模上的点位在裁切时直接在鞋面的各部位上标出相应的6个点位,并划出各部位的缝合线;
4、组合鞋面:将鞋面的各部位配件按照缝合线组合成鞋面,注意要必须严格按照缝合线组合,否则组合后将使鞋面跑位而无法与上拉链或鞋底组合在一起。
三、鞋面母板以及拉链母体的制作:
1、鞋面母板的制作:由于设计纸板与实际组合后的鞋面不可避免的存在些许误差,为了减少误差,本发明将以上述步骤组合后并划有6个点位的鞋面,反画出鞋面各部位的纸板作为母板,以后再制作鞋面时则以该母板为依据;
2、制作拉链母体:将一条拉链与以上述步骤组合完成的鞋面结合,依据鞋面的各个点位在该拉链上划出点位,或者依据母板在该拉链上划出点位,先行制作出一组具有6个点位的各号码段的拉链母体;
3、制作拉链子体:利用上述制作的拉链母体,将每一条拉链的下拉链与同码段的上拉链母体先行套用,并根据母体划出每一条下拉链的点位;同理,将每一条拉链的上拉链与同码段的下拉链母体先行套用,并根据母体划出每一条上拉链的点位;这样就可以使所有各码段的所有上下拉链都是一致的,都能与母体拉链相互结合,也可以相互结合,如果不先行套用,则可能会产生极大的偏差,无法保证多种款式的鞋面都能与同一码段的鞋底结合。
四、中底制作:.
1、制作刀模:依据中底纸板制作刀模,用于裁切中底;
2、裁断:利用刀模裁切出中底材料,并划出与鞋面可以相结合的6个点位。
五、大底制作:
大底一般为射出的或压出的橡胶大底,也可以是其它的原料,在模具的设计上,要求在大底内部标示出6个定点定位;制作出大底之后,先用剂清洗处理,然后风干、上一遍胶,再风干、上第二遍胶,之后,就等待着成型的动作。
六、鞋面、中底、和拉链的组合:
1、将鞋面与上拉链组合:依据组合后鞋面上的6个点位,以及上拉链上的6个点位,将鞋面与上拉链组合在一起;
2、将中底与下拉链结合:下拉链要与中底结合前,必须要先让下拉链先行和一高密度的皮料(即所述皮料4)以胶水组合或以线缝合,组合之后,再将下拉链与中底缝合,要求中底与下拉链的6点位必须相对;
3、鞋面与中底组合:将鞋面与中底通过上下拉链组合在一起。
七、鞋面定型与组合大底:
将楦头灌入组合在一起的鞋面与中底内,经过冷、热加琉,即可将鞋面定型;之后,用冷沾、或加硫的方式与大底组合,这样就可以完成整个拉链鞋的制作。
采用上述第二实施例所述工艺制作的拉链鞋,具有下述优点:
1)由于采用了六四点定位(前后左右及拉链的起点和终点),比起四点定位来说组合时不会有跑位的现象,鞋头也不会歪斜,组合的稳定性更高。
2)下拉链先与一高密度皮料缝合,再与大底以胶贴合,因此不会有脱胶的问题,大底上也不会有缝线孔而影响寿命。
3)下拉链由于先与一高密度皮料缝合,这样在制作时其可先不与大底组合,而是先与中底组合,在鞋面成型时,由中底通过下拉链与鞋面的上拉链组合在一起,之后高温加热成型鞋面,这种方式由于成型鞋面时大底不与其组合在一起,这样就可以较高的温度成型鞋面,因此鞋面成型更为稳固,不易扭曲、变形且持久率高。

Claims (10)

  1. 1、一种可拆组拉链鞋的生产工艺,其特征在于它包括下述步骤:
    开立纸板:
    1)开立楦头:根据拉链鞋的款式设计图以及号码开立楦头;
    2)制作纸板:依据楦头制作出鞋面各部位的纸板、以及中底及大底的纸板;
    3)划出多数组定位用的点位:在鞋面纸板、上拉链、下拉链、中底纸板以及大底纸板上分别划出多个上下都对齐的点位;
    鞋面制作:
    1)制作刀模:依据鞋面各部位的纸板制作用于裁切鞋面的刀模;
    2)裁断:利用刀模在整块鞋面料上裁切出鞋面各部位;
    3)划出鞋面点位:依据鞋面纸板上的点位在裁切好的鞋面各部位上划出相应的点位,并划出各部位的缝合线;
    4)组合鞋面:将鞋面的各部位配件按照缝合线组合成鞋面;
    5)将鞋面与上拉链组合:依据组合后鞋面上的点位,以及上拉链上相对应的点位,将鞋面与上拉链组合在一起;
    大底制作:
    1)成型大底:依照大底纸板成型大底,成型后再利用大底纸板留下点位;
    2)将大底与下拉链组合:大底成型后将其按点位与下拉链结合在一起;
    中底制作:
    1)制作刀模:依据中底纸板制作用于裁切中底的刀模;
    2)裁断:利用刀模裁切出中底材料,并根据中底纸板划出与鞋面可以相结合的点位;
    3)将中底与大底结合:将中底放置于大底的内胆之中,并利用大底与中底上的点位将两者结合;
    鞋面的定型:
    将制作完成的鞋面与制作完成的结合有中底的大底通过拉链组合在一起,然后灌入鞋楦,经过冷、热定型,将鞋面定型之后,取出楦头,装入鞋垫,完成一双鞋子的组合动作,从而制作出完整的拉链鞋。
  2. 2、根据权利要求1所述可拆组拉链鞋的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述设置于各纸板及上下拉链上的相对应的多组点位,设置在鞋的前后左右四个位置,或者设置在鞋的前后左右以及拉链的起点和终点六个位置。
  3. 3、根据权利要求1所述可拆组拉链鞋的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述下拉链与大底之间以胶贴在一起,所述组合有下拉链的大底与中底的结合方式是冷粘法或加硫法。
  4. 4、根据权利要求1所述可拆组拉链鞋的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述上、下拉链在所鞋面或鞋底组合前,需依据纸板先行制作出一组具有多个点位的各号码段的拉链母体;然后利用拉链母体,将每一条拉链的下拉链与同码段的上拉链母体先行套用,并根据母体划出每一条下拉链的点位;同理,将每一条拉链的上拉链与同码段的下拉链母体先行套用,并根据母体划出每一条上拉链的点位。
  5. 5、一种可拆组拉链鞋的生产工艺,其特征在于它包括下述步骤:
    开立纸板:
    1)开立楦头:根据拉链鞋的款式设计图以及号码开立楦头;
    2)制作纸板:依据楦头制作出鞋面各部位的纸板、以及中底及大底的纸板;
    3)划出多组定位用的点位:在鞋面纸板、上拉链、下拉链、中底纸板以及大底纸板上分别划出多个上下都对齐的点位;
    鞋面制作:
    1)制作刀模:依据鞋面各部位的纸板制作用于裁切鞋面的刀模;
    2)裁断:利用刀模在整块鞋面料上裁切出鞋面各部位;
    3)标出鞋面点位:依据鞋面纸板上的点位在裁切好的鞋面各部位上划出相应的点位,并划出各部位的缝合线;
    4)组合鞋面:将鞋面的各部位配件按照缝合线组合成鞋面;
    中底制作:.
    1)制作刀模:依据中底纸板制作用于裁切中底的刀模;
    2)裁断:利用刀模裁切出中底材料,并划出与鞋面可以相结合的点位。
    大底制作:
    在制作大底的射出或压出模具的设计上,就在大底内部标示出相应点位,大底成型之后等待着鞋面成型的步骤;
    鞋面、中底、和拉链的组合:
    1)将鞋面与上拉链组合:依据组合后鞋面上的点位,以及上拉链上的点位,将鞋面与上拉链组合在一起;
    2)将中底与下拉链结合:下拉链要与中底结合前,其先行和一高密度的皮料组合,组合之后,再将下拉链与中底缝合,要求中底与下拉链的点位必须相对;
    3)鞋面与中底组合:将鞋面与中底通过上下拉链组合在一起;
    鞋面定型与组合大底:
    将楦头灌入组合在一起的鞋面与中底内,经过冷、热加琉,即可将鞋面定型;之后与大底组合,这样就可以完成整个拉链鞋的制作。
  6. 6、根据权利要求5所述可拆组拉链鞋的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述制作鞋面的步骤,在制作刀模上即在刀模上依据纸板标示出相应的点位,然后依据刀模上的点位在裁切时直接在鞋面的各部位上标出相应的点位。
  7. 7、根据权利要求5所述可拆组拉链鞋的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述设置于各纸板及上下拉链上的相对应的多组点位,设置在鞋的前后左右四个位置,或者设置在鞋的前后左右以及拉链的起点和终点六个位置。
  8. 8、根据权利要求5所述可拆组拉链鞋的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述定型后的鞋面通过拉链与中底组合后,再用冷沾、或加硫的方式与大底组合。
  9. 9、根据权利要求5所述可拆组拉链鞋的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述鞋面是依据母板制作,母板的制作,是由依设计纸板组合后并划出点位的鞋面反推而成。
  10. 10、根据权利要求5所述可拆组拉链鞋的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述上、下拉链是由拉链母体制作而成;拉链母体是依据鞋面母板的点位制作出一组具有多个点位的各号码段的一条拉链;然后利用该拉链母体,将每一条拉链的下拉链与同码段的上拉链母体先行套用,并根据母体划出每一条下拉链的点位;同理,将每一条拉链的上拉链与同码段的下拉链母体先行套用,并根据母体划出每一条上拉链的点位。
