1、 本发明的医用接口及其扳折型组合盖, 将易断壁由现有技术中位于 盖体顶壁的位置改变为设置在一个相对薄弱的颈部之上, 当外力作用在扳折 手柄上时, 扳折力方向与易断壁基本呈垂直关系, 全部扳折力可以有效地作 用在易断壁上,扳折非常省力;相应的, 由于全部扳折力均可以作为有效力, 没有造成力的损耗, 因此可以通过适当加大易断壁的厚度来提高产品在使用 前的结构强度, 产品在运输、仓储、 灭菌等过程中不易发生断裂现象。 因此, 本发明的医用接口及其扳折型组合盖将扳折力全部转化为有效力,即使在一 定程度上增加易断壁的厚度,也不会导致扳折力增加,造成扳折费力的现象。
2、 本发明的医用接口及其扳折型组合盖, 易断槽的截面呈梯形, 由梯 形的顶面与管形颈部的内壁面平行而构成带状的易断壁,能改善易断壁附近 的应力集中现象, 进一步提高扳折元件的强度, 在运输或高温灭菌过程中不 易发生断裂。
2、 本发明的医用接口中另一个接头上的组合盖仅包括一个盖体和保护 膜, 元件模制数量减少, 节省了材料; 并且由于组合盖仅由一个盖体组成, 没有与盖体相配合的下盖, 因此降低了加工精度的要求, 成品率更高, 成本 也大大降低。
3、 本发明的医用接口中连接体使用船型, 并且两侧的开口夹角减小, 这样不仅可以满足两个接头之间有一定的距离, 不互相干扰; 还可以在与医 用容器特别是塑料软袋连接时,塑料软袋的塑料薄膜在连接体两端形成开口 夹角的四个侧面上不易滑动错位, 也不会发生拉断和堆叠褶皱的现象, 连接 质量好。
4、 本发明的医用接口上设有识别标记部, 医护人员在操作过程中能方 便地识别加药接头和输药接头,从而可以避免医护人员从一个接头反复刺入 所导致的塑料屑污染, 漏液等问题, 保证了医疗过程的安全无菌卫生标准。 附图说明

实施方式 1
如图 3~6所示, 本发明提供了一种医用接口 10及其扳折型组合盖 4。 该扳折型组合盖 4是医用接口 10的组成部分, 包括于医用接口 10的实施方 式中, 因此不再单独描述扳折型组合盖 4的实施方式。
如图 3、 图 4所示, 本发明的医用接口 10包括有与医用容器 3相连接 的连接体 2和与连接体 2相连接的一个以上的接头 1 , 在该实施方式中包括 两个接头 1 , 当然医用接口 10也可以仅包括一个接头 1。 上述两个接头 1均 包括有与连接体 2相连接的下件 12和与下件 12相连接的扳折型组合盖 4 , 扳折型组合盖 4均包括盖体 41、 下盖 43和固持在二者之间的胶塞 42 , 其中 下盖 43可以与下件 12相焊接(如图 3中左侧接头的扳折型组合盖 4 ) 或卡 扣连接, 或者也可以与下件 12 —体成型 (如图 3中右侧接头的扳折型组合 盖 4 ) 。
如图 5所示, 上述盖体 41包括顶壁 411、 侧壁 412和胶塞容纳腔 413 , 在顶壁 411上设有扳折元件 5 , 该扳折元件 5包括与顶壁 411相连接的管形 的颈部 51和连接在颈部 51上的扳折部 52, 在颈部 51上设有易断槽 53 , 由 易断槽 53与管形颈部 53的内壁面构成易断壁 54。 本发明将易断壁 54由现 有技术中位于盖体顶壁的位置改变为设置在一个相对薄弱的颈部 51之上, 在外力扳折手柄时, 扳折力方向与易断壁 54基本呈垂直关系, 全部扳折力 均可以作为有效力作用在易断壁上, 扳折非常省力, 相应的, 由于全部扳折 力均可以作为有效力, 没有造成力的损耗, 因此可以通过适当加大易断壁 54 的厚度来提高产品在使用前的结构强度, 产品在运输、 仓储、 灭菌等过 程中不易发生断裂现象, 本发明将扳折力全部转化为有效力, 即使在一定程 度上增加易断壁的厚度, 也不会导致扳折力增加, 造成扳折费力的现象。
优选的, 易断槽 53的截面呈梯形, 由梯形的顶面与管形颈部 51的内壁 面平行而构成带状的易断壁 54, 能改善易断壁 54附近的应力集中现象, 进 一步提高扳折元件 5的强度, 在运输或高温灭菌过程中不易发生断裂。 当然 易断槽 53的截面也可呈常规的三角形或其他形状, 当截面为三角形是, 由 三角形的尖点与管形颈部 51的内壁面之间构成易断壁 54 , 可以通过增加易 断壁 54厚度来提高强度, 扳折同样省力, 不再提供附图。
在本发明中, 在两个接头 1 的扳折型组合盖 4的扳折元件 5的扳折部 52上分别设有识别标记部 6。用于医护人员在操作过程中识别加药接头和输 药接头, 从而可以避免医护人员从一个接头 1 反复刺入所导致的塑料屑污 染、 漏液等问题。 在本发明中, 可以仅在其中一个接头 1上设置识别标记部 6 , 就能区分出另一个接头的功能。 这些识别标记部 6除可以设在各接头 1 的组合盖 4上, 也可以设在各接头 1的下件 12上。 另外, 这些识别标记部 6也可以设在连接体 2上, 也可以设在医用容器 3与两个接头 1相对应的部 位处等等, 不作限制。 识别标记部 6可以是指示箭头、 颜色涂层等, 不作限 制, 只要能够区分出两个接头 1即可。
如图 6所示, 本发明中连接体 2呈船形, 其两端形成的开口夹角< 71 度。 优选的, 该开口夹角 A的范围介于 44度~54度的范围内。 如图 7所示, 连接体 2的横断面也可以呈菱形, 连接体 2的两端形成有开口夹角 a, 该开 口夹角 a优选介于 33度士 5度的范围内。 本发明的医用接口 10的连接体 2 的两侧开角夹角小于现有技术中的开口夹角 71度, 在与医用容器 3特别是 塑料软袋相连接时,塑料软袋的塑料薄膜在连接体 2两端形成的开口夹角 A 的四个侧面 21上不易滑动错位, 组对焊接容易, 并且医用容器 3的塑料薄 膜在四个侧面 21上不会发生拉断和堆叠褶皱现象, 焊接质量好控制。 实施方式 2
如图 8、 图 9所示, 该实施方式与实施方式 1的主要结构、 原理和效果 基本相同, 不再重述, 不同之处是: 两个接头 1中, 一个接头 1上包括实施 方式 1中的扳折型组合盖 4, 另一个接头 1包括滚边式组合盖 11。
该滚边式组合盖 11由侧壁 111的顶部向胶塞容纳腔 15的中心滚边弯折 形成扣持部 14并限定出针刺开口 16,胶塞容纳腔 15底部具有^载端面 17 , 胶塞 42通过扣持部 14固定在胶塞容纳腔 15内。该滚边式组合盖 11仅包括 单一一个盖体, 元件模制数量降到最低, 节省材料, 质量易于控制, 成品率 高, 成本也大大降低。 在加工制作时, 先成型具有胶塞容纳腔 15的盖体, 将胶塞 42置入胶塞容纳腔 15内,再通过热融等方式将盖体的侧壁 111的顶 端进行滚边而向胶塞容纳腔 15的中心弯折, 即可完成制作。 该实施方式的 优点是盖体可以与各种规格厚度的胶塞 42相配合, 可以依据置入胶塞容纳 腔 15内的胶塞 42的厚度来决定滚边的边长, 盖体通用性好。
在针刺开口 16上覆盖有保护膜 7 , 能保证滚边式组合盖 11使用前后的 接头内部和胶塞 42的针刺部位的无菌性, 保护膜 7可以是离型膜、 胶膜、 热封膜和橡胶膜等。 保护膜 7可向盖体的侧壁 111延伸形成拉口部 71 , 便 于撕掉保护膜 7。
连接体 2与连接所述扳折型组合盖的下件 12、 连接滚边式组合盖的下 件 12和滚边式组合盖 11的盖体一体成型。所述连接体 2底面到所述连接扳 折型组合盖 11的下件 12的顶面高度和所述连接体 2的底面到所述滚边式组 合盖 11的盖体顶面高度均为 36.8mm。 连接所述扳折型组合盖 11的下件 12 顶部直径为 19mm。 所述滚边式组合盖 11的盖体顶部直径为 10.4mm。 上述 两个接头的中心距为 25mm。 实施方式 3
如图 10所示, 该实施方式与实施方式 2的主要结构、 原理和效果基本 相同, 两个接头 1中, 一个接头 1上包括实施方式 1中的扳折型组合盖 4 , 不同之处是: 另一个接头 1包括卡扣式组合盖 19。 其盖体的扣持部 14是由 侧壁 111的内壁面以朝向盖体中心径向向内的方向一体成型的凸部形成,从 而构成卡扣式组合盖 19。 该凸部可呈封闭的环状, 且凸部的上表面为导角 斜面 18 , 其倾斜方式是由下至上的方向径向向外倾斜。 导角斜面 18能便于 将胶塞 42导向塞入至胶塞容纳腔 15内。 以上所述, 仅为本发明的具体实施方式, 当然不能以此限定本发明实施 的范围, 凡依本发明的内容所作的等同变化与修饰, 都属于本发明的保护范 围。

Claims

1、 一种医用扳折型组合盖, 包括盖体, 其特征在于: 所述盖体包括顶 壁、 侧壁和胶塞容纳腔, 在所述顶壁上设有扳折元件, 所述扳折元件包括与 顶壁相连接的管形的颈部和连接在所述颈部上的扳折部,在所述颈部上设有 易断槽, 所述易断槽与所述颈部的内壁面构成易断壁。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的医用扳折型组合盖, 其特征在于: 所述易断 槽的截面呈梯形, 梯形的顶面与颈部的内壁面平行而构成带状的易断壁。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的医用扳折型组合盖, 其特征在于: 所述 扳折型组合盖还包括下盖以及固持在所述盖体和下盖之间的胶塞。
4、 一种医用接口, 包括与医用容器相连接的连接体和与连接体相连接 的至少一个接头, 其特征在于: 至少一个所述接头包括与所述连接体相连接 的下件和与所述下件相连接的医用扳折型组合盖,所述医用扳折型组合盖为 上述权利要求 1~3任一所述的医用扳折型组合盖。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的医用接口, 其特征在于: 所述的医用接口包 括两个接头, 另一个接头包括盖体和胶塞, 所述盖体的上部形成具有承压端 面的容纳腔, 所述盖体朝向所述容纳腔的中心径向向内形成扣持部, 所述胶 塞通过所述扣持部固定在所述容纳腔内;所述扣持部内限定了盖体的针刺开 口, 暴露所述的胶塞的针刺部位; 在所述盖体的上方设有保护膜, 覆盖所述 针刺开口。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的医用接口, 其特征在于: 所述扣持部由与所 述盖体的侧壁的内壁面一体成型的凸部形成。
7、 根据权利要求 4所述的医用接口, 其特征在于: 所述连接体的两端 分别形成开口夹角, 所述开口夹角 < 71° 。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的医用接口, 其特征在于: 所述连接体呈船形, 所述开口夹角在 44° -54° 之间。
9、 根据权利要求 7所述的医用接口, 其特征在于: 所述连接体呈菱形, 所述开口夹角在 28。 ~38。 之间。
10、 根据权利要求 4所述的医用接口, 其特征在于: 在所述两个接头上 分别设有识别标记部。
11、 根据权利要求 5所述的医用接口, 其特征在于: 所述连接体与两个 接头的下件和所述另一个接头的盖体一体成型。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的医用接口, 其特征在于: 所述连接体底面 到连接所述扳折型组合盖的下件的顶面高度和所述连接体底面到所述另一 接头的组合盖的盖体顶面高度均为 35mm~40mm。
13、 根据权利要求 11所述的医用接口, 其特征在于: 连接所述扳折型 组合盖的下件顶部直径为 18mm~22mm。
14、 根据权利要求 11所述的医用接口, 其特征在于: 所述另一个接头 的盖体顶部直径为 9.5mm~12mm。
15、 根据权利要求 11所述的医用接口, 其特征在于: 所述两个接头的 中心距为 20mm~30mm。
