Description

一种笔式注射器针头的新型包装及其使用方法 技术领域
本发明涉及医用笔式注射器针头的无菌包装领域,特别是涉及一种笔式注射器针头的新型包装及其使用方法。
背景技术
现有的笔式注射器针头如图1-图3所示,由外护帽1与医用密封纸2将针头密封于其中。使用时需要将密封纸2撕离粘合点3和外护帽1、露出其中的无菌针头5、旋拧到笔式注射器4上面、拔出外护帽1、拔出内护帽6、露出针管7,注射完成后至少要盖上外护帽1、将整个笔式注射器针头旋下。这种采用外护帽1和单独的密封纸2的初包装结构对自动化生产过程要求很高,特别是水滴状密封纸2的冲裁必须精确以保证其表面印刷的产品信息在正确位置,并且密封纸与外护帽热合时相对位置要求很高。此外,密封纸2与外护帽1的粘合点3也需要一道工序,因而,这种高精度的工艺要求和复杂的装配工序使得笔式注射器针头的造价很高。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种笔式注射器针头的新型包装及其使用方法,无需采用传统的外护帽,只需将一个含有针座、针管和内护帽的针头装入一个模压成型的泡罩中,用密封纸与泡罩密封而成。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种笔式注射器针头的新型包装,包括:至少一个用于包装针头的包装体,所述针头包括依次连接的针座、针管和内护帽,所述包装体包括泡罩和密封纸,所述泡罩上设有一个腔体,所述腔体的上部边缘处设置成平面,所述密封纸与所述平面相配 合连接,所述腔体包括与针座相配合的第一腔体和与内护帽相配合的第二腔体,所述第一腔体的内部设有一对用于固定连接针座的第一固定凸起。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一固定凸起为嵌口形状,其上端入口处的开口大于针座的直径,其下部小于针座的直径,并且其下部的等效周长大于针座的半个圆周周长。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一腔体与所述第二腔体的连接处设有一对用于固定连接内护帽的第二固定凸起。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第二固定凸起均为嵌口形状,其上端入口处的开口大于内护帽的直径,其下部小于内护帽的直径,且其下部的等效周长大于内护帽的半个圆周周长。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述泡罩与密封纸的连接处设有一个边角,所述边角设有一个多边形区域,所述多边形区域内泡罩与密封纸不粘合。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,包括至少两个相连的包装体,且相连包装体之间设有用于分离包装体的分割线。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述针座的外圆周面上设有多个轴向凸起。
本发明还提供一种笔式注射器针头的新型包装的使用方法,包括以下步骤;
(1)将一个针头的包装体与其它包装体沿分割线拆下,
(2)在多边形区域处撕开密封纸,将密封纸从泡罩上撕开,
(3)将针头从第一固定凸起的底部和第二固定凸起的底部处从外面推出,
(4)手持针座将针头旋拧到注射笔上面,
(5)拔出针头上的内护帽,露出针管,
(6)注射完成后盖上内护帽,
(7)将针头从注射笔上旋下,放入泡罩的腔体中。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明笔式注射器针头的新型包装及其使用方法具有如下优点:
(1)无需生产外护帽,降低了针头整体上的加工成本和装配成本,
(2)密封纸与泡罩之间的粘合面积大大增加,使得密封工艺变得更容易,显著增加了无菌密封的可靠度,保证针头的无菌化生产和包装,
(3)与现有的水滴状密封纸的冲裁相比,本发明中的密封纸的切割变得非常容易,只需沿泡罩上面的分割线直线切割即可,并且泡罩上面的分割线保证多个针头的包装之间即相互联在一起又很容易用手撕开,
(4)多个泡罩包装的联装可以自成包装,不用包装盒,降低针头整体的生产成本和使用成本,
(5)可以很方便地在线印刷部分或全部说明书及产品信息到密封纸的外表面上,省却了说明书的成本,
综上可知,整个生产过程大大降低了产品成本,特别适用于批量生产,具有很大的经济价值。

一种笔式注射器针头的新型包装,无需采用传统的外护帽,只需将一个含有针座11、针管7和内护帽6的针头装入一个模压成型的泡罩10中,用密封纸14与泡罩10密封而成,如图4和图5所示,包括:用于包装针头的包装体,所述针头包括依次连接的针座11、针管7和内护帽6,如图3所示,现有的笔式注射器针头的针座上面有多个凹槽8,用来与外护帽1相配合,使得针头与外护帽1一起旋转,而本实施例中的针头无需外护帽,在针座11的外圆周面上设有多个轴向凸起,既能增加针座11的刚度又能增加旋拧时的方便性。所述包装体包括泡罩10和密封纸14,所述泡罩10上设有一个腔体,所述腔体的上部边缘处设置成平面,所述密封纸14与所述平面相配合连接,所述腔体包括与针座11相配合的第一腔体101和与内护帽6相配合的第二腔体102,所述第一腔体101的内部设有一对用于固定连接针座11的第一固定凸起12,所述第一腔体101与所述第二腔体102的连接处设有一对用于固定连接内护帽6的第二固定凸起13。 这种包装体无需生产外护帽,降低了针头整体上的加工成本和装配成本,并且密封纸14的切剖变得非常容易,只需沿泡罩10上面的分割线19直线切割即可,密封纸14与泡罩10之间的粘合面积大大增加,使得密封工艺变得更容易,显著增加了无菌密封的可靠度,保证针头的无菌化生产和包装。

另外,所述泡罩10与密封纸14的连接处设有一个边角,所述边角设有一个多边形区域15,所述多边形区域15内泡罩10与密封纸14不粘合,在不影响包装体整体密封性的前提下,即在泡罩10与密封纸14结合的一个角设有一个多边形区域15,三角形区域最简单,在此区域中密封纸14与泡罩10不粘合,简单的方法之一是在此区域内没有泡罩材料,这样在使用笔式注射器针头时能方便地揭下密封纸14。
当然,如图6所示,为了便于批量生产、运输和使用,可以将多个针头按一定形状分布联装在一起,形成联包装18,本实施例中显示的是14只双排联装,当然也可以是其他分布形状。为了便于针头的取出,相连包装体之间设有用于分离包装体的分割线19,使用时可先将一个针头的包装与其它包装沿分割线19 拆下,为了保证包装体之间能够方便分离开,分割线19可以使用如下模式:(1)泡罩10上面的分割线19可以在泡罩10模压成型时完成,使得泡罩10之间即连在一起又很容易用手分离,(2)密封纸14上面的分割线19可以完全割开,也可以有一些连接,但要很容易分离。当然还可以很方便地在密封纸14的外表面上印刷部分或全部说明书及产品信息,以便于使用者使用。
其笔式注射器针头的新型包装的使用方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将一个针头的包装体与其它包装体沿分割线19拆下,
(2)在多边形区域15处撕开密封纸14,将密封纸14从泡罩10上撕开,
(3)将针头从第一固定凸起12的底部16和第二固定凸起13的底部17处从外面推出,
(4)手持针座11将针头旋拧到注射笔上面,
(5)拔出针头上的内护帽6,露出针管7,
(6)注射完成后在针管上盖上内护帽6,
(7)将针头从注射笔上旋下,放入泡罩10的腔体中。
区别于现有技术,本发明笔式注射器针头的新型包装及其使用方法具有如下优点:
(1)无需生产外护帽,降低了针头整体上的加工成本和装配成本,
(2)密封纸与泡罩之间的粘合面积大大增加,使得密封工艺变得更容易,显著增加了无菌密封的可靠度,保证针头的无菌化生产和包装,
(3)与现有的水滴状密封纸的冲裁相比,本发明中的密封纸的切割变得非常容易,只需沿泡罩上面的分割线直线切割即可,并且泡罩上面的分割线保证多个针头的包装之间即相互联在一起又很容易用手撕开,

  7. 根据权利要求1所述的笔式注射器针头的新型包装,其特征在于,所述针座的外圆周面上设有多个轴向凸起。
  8. 一种笔式注射器针头的新型包装的使用方法,其特征在于,所述笔式注射器针头的新型包装为权利要求1-7中任一所述的新型包装,包括以下步骤:
    (1)将一个针头的包装体与其它包装体沿分割线拆下,
    (2)在多边形区域处撕开密封纸,将密封纸从泡罩上撕开,
    (3)将针头从第一固定凸起的底部和第二固定凸起的底部处从外面推出,
    (4)手持针座将针头旋拧到注射笔上面,
    (5)拔出针头上的内护帽,露出针管,
    (6)注射完成后盖上内护帽,
    (7)将针头从注射笔上旋下,放入泡罩的腔体中。
