从上述技术方案可以看出, 本发明实施例通过检测作用于屏幕的压力信息, 根据所 述压力信息调整图片 /界面的显示模式, 使得终端能根据用户作用于终端屏幕的压力自 动调整显示模式, 实时性强且简化了终端用户的操作, 提高用户的使用体验。 同时, 通 过移动终端所受压力参数的不同执行不同的操作指令的技术方案,使得用户对移动终端 的操作更加简单、 快捷, 也丰富了人机交互的语言。

本发明实施例公开了一种显示图片 /界面的方法及终端, 通过检测作用于屏幕的压 力信息, 根据所述压力信息调整图片 /界面的显示模式, 使得终端能根据用户作用于终 端屏幕的压力自动调整显示模式, 实时性强且简化了终端用户的操作, 提高用户的使用 体验。
下面结合附图对本发明实施例进行进一步详细说明。本发明实施例涉及的终端可以 为任何带有显示屏的手持电子设备, 如电脑、 手机、 PSP (PlayStation Portable, 便 携游戏机)、 数码相框、 带显示屏的遥控设备等。
实施例 1
如图 1所示, 为本发明方法实施例 1的示意图。
1101、 在检测到有压力作用于终端屏幕时, 获取所述压力的相关信息;
所述终端内置传感器, 当有压力作用于所述终端屏幕时, 所述传感器能检测到所述 压力, 并获取所述压力的相关信息, 包括压力的位置、 压力的大小、 压力的方向、 压力 的持续时长以及压力的出现频率等。 为了使用户的真实感更强烈, 可在终端中预先设置 压力的大小等级范围、 时长等级范围、 频率等级等。 例如, 压力的大小等级有 0级、 1 级、 2级等, 时长等级范围有短时间挤压、 一般性挤压及持续挤压等, 频率等级有单次 挤压、 两次挤压、 多次挤压等, 结合时长和频率还可有短时间单次挤压、 短时间两次挤 压、 持续单次挤压、 持续多次挤压等。 当用户挤压屏幕时, 所述传感器将检测的压力转 换为相应的压力等级。 例如, 大小 4级、 持续多次挤压的压力。
1102、 根据所述压力的相关信息获取相应的显示模式;
在终端中预先存储压力的等级与图片 /界面显示模式的对于关系, 当获取到作用于 屏幕的压力等级后, 即可根据所述对于关系获取到相应的显示模式。 例如, 根据作用于 屏幕的压力等级, 显示模式为水波纹一级。
1103、 根据所述显示模式显示所述图片 /界面;
当获取到相应的显示模式后, 即根据所述显示模式显示所述图片 /界面。 例如, 以 水波纹一级的形式显示所述图片 /界面。
在根据所述显示模式显示所述图片 /界面之后, 可长时间以所述显示模式显示所述 图片 /界面, 也可在预定时间内检测到无压力作用于屏幕时, 将所述图片 /界面的显示状 态恢复到根据所述显示模式显示之前的状态。 同时, 在根据所述显示模式显示所述图片 /界面后, 可根据用户的操作存储根据所述显示模式显示后的图片 /界面。
根据本发明方法实施例, 当用户査看图片时, 挤压终端屏幕, 终端检测到作用于终 端屏幕上的压力, 并获取所述压力作用于屏幕的位置、 大小等信息, 根据所述压力的相 关信息获取到相对应的显示模式, 并根据所述显示模式显示所述图片。对于调整显示模 式后的图片, 用户可将其副本另外存储, 同时, 当用户在预定时间内不挤压屏幕时, 所 述图片的显示模式还可自动恢复到调整之前的状态。
根据本发明方法实施例, 用户还可对终端的各种界面的显示模式进行调整, 例如, 在终端未锁定的状态下, 用户进入各种界面, 对终端屏幕进行挤压, 终端检测到作用于 终端屏幕上的压力, 并获取所述压力作用于屏幕的位置、 大小等信息, 根据所述压力的 相关信息获取到相对应的显示模式, 并根据所述显示模式显示所述界面。对于调整了显 示模式后的界面,用户可选择将所述调整了显示模式后的界面作为新的界面显示,同时, 当用户在预定时间内不挤压屏幕时,所述界面的显示模式还可自动恢复到调整之前的状 态。
从以上实施例可以看出, 本发明方法实施例通过检测作用于屏幕的压力信息, 根据 所述压力信息调整图片 /界面的显示模式, 使得终端能根据用户作用于终端屏幕的压力 自动调整显示模式, 同时, 在用户不挤压屏幕时, 图片 /界面可以恢复到挤压之前的显 示模式, 娱乐性强, 实时性强且简化了终端用户的操作, 提高了用户的使用体验。
如图 2所示, 为本发明终端实施例的一种示意图。本发明实施例的一种终端包括第 一获取模块 1201、第二获取模块 1202以及显示模块 1203,其中,所述第一获取模块 1201 用于在检测到有压力作用于所述屏幕时, 获取所述压力的相关信息; 所述第二获取模块 1202用于根据所述压力的相关信息获取相应的显示模式; 所述显示模块 1203用于根据 所述显示模式显示所述图片 /界面。
根据本发明终端实施例,当用户査看图片时,挤压终端屏幕,所述第一获取模块 1201 检测到所述压力, 并获取到所述压力的相关信息, 所述第二获取模块 1202根据所述压 力的相关信息获取到相对应的显示模式, 所述显示模块 1203根据所述显示模式显示所 述图片。 对于调整显示模式后的图片, 用户可将其副本另外存储, 同时, 当用户在预定 时间内不挤压屏幕时, 所述图片的显示模式还可自动恢复到调整之前的状态。
根据本发明终端实施例, 用户还可对终端的各种界面的显示模式进行调整, 例如, 在终端未锁定的状态下, 用户进入各种界面, 对终端屏幕进行挤压, 所述第一获取模块 1201检测到作用于终端屏幕上的压力,并获取所述压力作用于屏幕的位置、大小等信息, 所述第二获取模块 1202根据所述压力的相关信息获取到相对应的显示模式, 所述显示 模块 1203根据所述显示模式显示所述界面。 对于调整了显示模式后的界面, 用户可选 择将所述调整了显示模式后的界面作为新的界面显示, 同时, 当用户在预定时间内不挤 压屏幕时, 所述界面的显示模式还可自动恢复到调整之前的状态。
如图 3所示,本发明终端实施例还可以包括存储模块 1301。对于调整显示模式后的 图片,所述存储模块 1301用于根据用户指令保存所述根据所述显示模式显示后的图片 / 界面。
如图 4所示,本发明终端实施例还可以包括计时模块 1401。在显示模块根据所述显 示模式显示所述图片 /界面之后, 所述计时模块 1401开始计时, 当在所述第一获取模块 1201再次检测到压力之前, 所述计时时长达到预定时长, 则所述显示模块 1203将所述 图片 /界面的显示状态恢复到根据所述显示模式显示之前的状态。
从以上实施例可以看出, 本发明方法实施例通过检测作用于屏幕的压力信息, 根据 所述压力信息调整图片 /界面的显示模式, 使得终端能根据用户作用于终端屏幕的压力 自动调整显示模式, 同时, 在用户不挤压屏幕时, 图片 /界面可以恢复到挤压之前的显 示模式, 娱乐性强, 实时性强且简化了终端用户的操作, 提高了用户的使用体验。
实施例 2
本发明实施例 1提供了一种用户界面操作的方法, 请参见图 5, 该方法具体包括: 步骤 101、 获取移动终端所受的压力参数。 该压力参数是与移动终端感知到的压力 相关的参数。 移动终端可以通过压力传感器等压力传感设备来获取其所受的压力参数。 当然, 在本发明实施例中包括但不限于上述方式来获取压力参数。
步骤 102、 根据该压力参数, 査找并调用预先存储的与该压力参数相对应的操作指 令。 在移动终端获取其所受的压力参数后, 根据该压力参数, 査找与该压力参数相对应 的操作指令, 并调用所找到的操作指令。 步骤 103、 执行所述操作指令。
本发明实施例通过移动终端所受压力参数的不同执行不同的操作指令的技术方案, 使得用户对移动终端的操作更加简单、 快捷, 也丰富了人机交互的语言。
下面对实施例 1进一步扩展。 实施例 3
本发明实施例 3提供了一种用户界面操作的方法, 请参见图 6, 该方法具体包括: 步骤 201、 存储操作指令与压力参数 (压力数值和持续时间) 之间的对应关系; 所 述对应关系是接受用户自定义或系统默认的对应关系。本发明实施例中, 压力参数具体 为压力数值和持续时间; 操作指令具体可以是打开、 删除、 重命名等简单的指令, 也可 以是应用程序的运行或关闭, 还可以是对图片的放大或縮小等等操作指令。 当然, 在本 发明实施例中操作指令包括但不限于上述指令。 如表 1所示, 为在本发明实施例 3中压 力参数(压力数值和持续时间)与操作指令之间的对应关系。 下面将对表 1进行更详细 的说明。

步骤 202、 获取移动终端所受的压力数值和持续时间。 移动终端可以通过压力传感 器等压力传感设备来获取其所受的压力数值。该压力传感器具体可以是电阻应变片压力 传感器、 半导体应变片压力传感器、 压阻式压力传感器、 电感式压力传感器、 电容式压 力传感器、 谐振式压力传感器等。 当然, 在本发明实施例中包括但不限于上述方式来获 取压力数值。 持续时间是指该压力数值在时间上的承受的时间数值。 例如, 移动终端受 到的压力数值为 2牛顿(即 2N),其在该压力数值 2N上的持续受力时间为 3秒(即 3s), 也就是说移动终端在 3秒的持续时间上受力为 2牛顿。 当然, 在压力数值的具体计算上 可以取近似值, 例如 1. 6N 2. 0N, 1. 4N 1. 0N。也可以根据用户或系统的需求来设置数 值的不同有效取值算法。
请参见表 1。 操作序号 1中表示, 移动终端在 2s的持续时间上持续受力为 1N, 即 在 1牛顿上的持续时间为 2秒, 其对应的操作指令为打开程序; 操作序号 2中表示, 移 动终端在 4s的持续时间上持续受力为 1N, 其对应的操作指令为重命名。
进一步地, 在本步骤 202——获取移动终端所受的压力数值和持续时间的同时, 也 可以在触摸屏上显示所述压力数值和持续时间。直观的显示压力参数, 可以使得用户能 够比较直观的感知目前作用于移动终端的力度和时间, 从而对用户的操作起提醒作用, 也提高了用户的操作体验。
当然,该压力参数与操作指令之间的对应关系可以根据用户的不同需求由用户自己 或者系统默认做相应的设置。 例如, 用户如果是小孩子, 那么在操作移动终端时, 施加 于触摸屏的作用力相对比较小, 可以设置比较小的压力参数与很常用的操作指令相对 应。
进一步地, 移动终端可以通过对用户的生物特征信息进行检测来确定用户的属性, 然后根据用户的属性调用操作指令与压力参数之间的对应关系,而不需要用户根据不同 的用户的属性来对对应关系进行手动设置。例如, 当用户开始操作移动终端时, 移动终 端通过采集用户的生物特征信息来检测用户的属性, 当检测到用户为儿童, 则自动调用 适合儿童操作习惯的操作指令与压力参数之间的对应关系。在获取压力数值和该持续时 间后, 移动终端会自动对应到相应的序号中。 例如表 2, 相对于表 1而言, 表 2中的对 应关系增加了用户的属性。 通过确定用户属性, 进而确定了需要调用的压力参数。

生物特征的检测可以是对人脸进行识别, 也可以是通过用户的指纹进行识别, 也可 以是通过声音进行识别等。 在本发明实施例中包括但不限于上述方式来确定用户的属 性。 用户的属性即为用户的类别——男性与女性, 或者用户的年龄属性——儿童、 成年 人、 老年人。 这样, 用户设置不同大小的压力数值及持续时间, 使得不同的用户在进行 界面操作时具有不同的用户体验, 大大地提高了移动终端的易用性。
步骤 203、 根据该压力数值和该持续时间, 査找并调用预先存储的与该压力参数相 对应的操作指令。
请参见表 1, 操作序号 1中表示, 移动终端在 2s的持续时间上持续受力为 1N, 即 在 1牛顿上的持续时间为 2秒。 移动终端根据该压力参数——压力数值 1N和持续时间 2s , 在对应关系中査找预先存储的与该压力参数相对应的操作指令, 其对应的操作指令 为打开程序; 操作序号 2中表示, 移动终端在 4s的持续时间上持续受力为 1N, 移动终 端根据该压力参数一压力数值 1N和持续时间 4s, 在对应关系中査找预先存储的与该 压力参数相对应的操作指令, 其对应的操作指令为重命名。 当然, 在本发明实施例中, 该压力参数与操作指令之间的对应关系可以根据用户的不同需求由用户自己或者系统 默认做相应的设置。
步骤 204、 执行该操作指令。 根据步骤 203所査找到的对应的操作指令, 对移动终 端进行操作。
本发明实施例通过移动终端所受压力参数的不同执行不同的操作指令的技术方案, 使得用户对移动终端的操作更加简单、 快捷, 丰富了人机交互的语言, 也极大地提供了 用户的使用体验。 实施例 4
本发明实施例 4提供了一种用户界面操作的方法, 请参见图 7, 该方法具体包括: 步骤 301、 存储操作指令与压力参数之间的对应关系; 所述对应关系是接受用户自 定义或系统默认的对应关系。 本发明实施例中, 压力参数具体为压力数值和持续时间; 操作指令具体可以是打开、 删除、 重命名等简单的指令, 也可以是应用程序的运行或关 闭, 还可以是对图片的放大或縮小等等操作指令。 当然, 在本发明实施例中操作指令包 括但不限于上述指令。例如, 如下表 3所示: 在压力变化函数 , 递增的情况下, 对 应的操作指令为持续方法图片。

在本发明实施例中, 压力参数具体为压力变化函数 ^^: ,^, 其中: 为压力数 值, 为时间, 该函数可以是随压力数值和时间变化的函数曲线, 即是关于压力数值和 时间的函数, 例如随时间变化而递增的函数。 例如, 如表 4所示, 表示在不同的时间, 压力数值的变化。在图 4中说明了 W = /fe> 在该情况下的压力变化函数曲线, 可以知 道该函数为递增函数。

步骤 302、 获取移动终端所受的压力变化函数。 移动终端根据在不同时间获得的压 力数值来获取压力变化函数, 并从中可以计算出该函数的性质一一是递增的还是递减 的。
步骤 303、 根据所述压力变化函数, 査找并调用预先存储的与所述压力变化函数相 对应的操作指令。
步骤 304、 执行该操作指令。
优选地, 如表 3所示, 当压力变化函数/ (x, 递增的情况下, 对应的操作指令为持 续放大图片, 移动终端检测到压力变化函数为递增的, 则根据压力数值与缩放图片之间 的预定关系, 持续放大图片。 该预定关系可以是用户自己设置的也可以是系统默认的。
本发明实施例通过移动终端所受压力变化函数的不同执行不同的操作指令的技术 方案, 使得用户对移动终端的操作更加简单、 快捷, 丰富了人机交互的语言, 也极大地 提供了用户的使用体验。 实施例 5 本发明实施例 5提供一种移动终端, 如图 9所示, 该移动终端包括获取模块 501、 调用模块 502、 执行模块 503, 其中:
获取模块 501, 用于获取移动终端所受的压力参数, 该压力参数具体为压力数值和 持续时间, 或者压力变化函数; 具体压力参数的定义请见上述发明实施例。 该获取模块 具体可以是各种压力传感设备,例如电阻应变片压力传感器、半导体应变片压力传感器、 压阻式压力传感器、 电感式压力传感器、 电容式压力传感器、 谐振式压力传感器等。
调用模块 502, 根据该压力参数查找并调用预先存储的与所述压力参数相对应的操 作指令;
执行模块 503, 用于执行该操作指令。
进一步地, 该移动终端还可以包括:
存储模块 504, 用于存储操作指令与压力参数之间的对应关系。 该对应关系在上述 实施例中已经详细说明。
进一步地, 该移动终端还可以包括:
显示模块 505, 用于显示获取模块 501获取的压力参数。
该移动终端可以是具有触摸屏的手机、 PDA (个人数字助理)、 家庭信息机 (Home information Display, HID)、 移动互联网设备 (Mobile Internet Device, HID)等终 端设备。 最后应说明的是: 以上实施例仅仅为本发明的优选实施例并不用以限定本发明; 尽 管参照前述实施例对本发明实施例进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术人员应当理 解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或者对其中部分技术特征 进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明实施例各 实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种在终端屏幕上显示图片 /界面的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
在检测到有压力作用于所述屏幕时, 获取所述压力的相关信息;
根据所述压力的相关信息获取相应的显示模式;
根据所述显示模式显示所述图片 /界面。
2、 如权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 根据用户指令保存所 述根据所述显示模式显示后的图片 /界面。
3、 如权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述显示模式显示所述图片 /界 面之后还包括: 在预定时间内检测到无压力作用于所述终端屏幕, 则将所述图片 Z界面 的显示状态恢复到根据所述显示模式显示之前的状态。
4、 如权利要求 1所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述压力的相关信息包括如下至少一种: 压力的位置、 压力的大小、 压力的方向、 压力的持续时长以及压力的出现频率。
5、 如权利要求 1-4任一项所述方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括电脑、 手机、 便 携游戏机 PSP、 数码相框或带显示屏的遥控设备。
6、 一种带显示屏的终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一获取模块,用于在检测到有压力作用于所述屏幕时,获取所述压力的相关信息; 第二获取模块, 用于根据所述压力的相关信息获取相应的显示模式;
显示模块, 用于根据所述显示模式显示所述图片 /界面。
7、 如权利要求 6所述终端, 其特征在于, 还包括存储模块, 用于根据用户指令保 存所述根据所述显示模式显示后的图片 /界面。
8、 如权利要求 6所述终端, 其特征在于, 还包括计时模块, 在显示模块根据所述 显示模式显示所述图片 /界面之后, 所述计时模块开始计时, 当在所述第一获取模块再 次检测到压力之前, 所述计时时长达到预定时长, 则所述显示模块将所述图片 /界面的 显示状态恢复到根据所述显示模式显示之前的状态。
9、 如权利要求 6所述终端, 其特征在于, 包括所述压力的相关信息包括如下至少 一种: 压力的位置、 压力的大小、 压力的方向、 压力的持续时长以及压力的出现频率。
10、 如权利要求 6-9任一项所述终端, 其特征在于, 所述终端包括手机、 PSP、 数 码相框或带显示屏的遥控设备。
11、 一种用户界面操作的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括:
获取移动终端所受的压力参数; 根据所述压力参数, 査找并调用预先存储的与所述压力参数相对应的操作指令, 并 执行所述操作指令。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在获取移动终端所受的压力参数之 前, 所述方法还包括: 预先存储操作指令与压力参数之间的对应关系; 所述对应关系是 接受用户自定义或系统默认的对应关系。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述压力参数具体为压力数值和持 续时间;所述根据所述压力参数查找并调用预先存储的与所述压力参数相对应的操作指 令具体包括:
根据所述压力数值和所述持续时间,査找并调用预先存储的与所述压力参数相对应 的操作指令。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在获取移动终端所受的压力数值和 持续时间的同时, 显示所述压力数值和持续时间。
15、 如权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述压力参数具体为压力变化函数; 所述根据所述压力参数査找并调用预先存储的与所述压力参数相对应的操作指令具体 包括:
根据所述压力变化函数,査找并调用预先存储的与所述压力变化函数相对应的操作 指令。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的方法, 其特征在于, 当所述压力变化函数为递增函数时 按照预定的关系持续放大图片,或当所述压力变化函数为递减函数时按照预定的关系持 续縮小图片。
17、 一种移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端包括:
获取模块, 用于获取移动终端所受的压力参数, 所述压力参数为压力数值和持续时 间, 或者压力变化函数;
调用模块,根据所述压力参数査找并调用预先存储的与所述压力参数相对应的操作 指令;
执行模块, 用于执行所述操作指令。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端还包括: 存储模块, 用于存储操作指令与压力参数之间的对应关系。
19、 如权利要求 17所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端还包括: 显示模块, 用于显示所述获取模块获取的所述压力参数。 、 如权利要求 17所述的移动终端, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端为手机。
