Abstract

본 발명은 폴리프로필렌 중합용 고체 촉매의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 a) 마그네슘 할라이드 화합물을 알코올과 반응시키고, 여기에 프탈산 화합물을 첨가하여 마그네슘 화합물 용액을 준비하는 단계, b) 지방족 또는 지환족 탄화수소 용매와, 방향족 탄화수소 용매가 혼합되고 티타늄 화합물이 분산된 혼합용매를 상기 준비한 마그네슘 화합물 용액과 반응시킨 후, 가열하여 담지체를 생성하는 단계, c) 상기 생성한 담지체를 상기 티타늄 화합물 및 전자공여체와 반응시켜서 고체 생성물을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 것이 특징이다. 이러한 본 발명에 의해 제조된 촉매를 이용하면, 높은 활성과 높은 겉보기 밀도 특성을 가지는 폴리프로필렌를 제조할 수 있다.
