Abstract
본 발명은 배터리 팩 관리 장치 및 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 배터리 팩 관리 장치는, 상기 배터리 팩의 온도를 측정하는 온도측정 모듈; 상기 측정된 온도가 미리 정해진 온도 범위에 속하지 않는 경우 상기 배터리 팩의 충방전 전류를 측정하는 전류측정 모듈; 상기 측정된 충방전 전류가 일정 전류값 이상인 경우 그 시간을 측정하는 시간측정 모듈; 상기 측정된 시간을 누적하여 저장하는 저장 모듈; 및 상기 누적 저장된 시간에 따라 배터리 팩의 상태를 판단하여 그 상태 정보를 사용자에게 제공하는 제어 모듈;을 포함한다.
