Abstract

La présente invention concerne un four (1) qui comporte une chambre de cuisson (3) dans laquelle le procédé de cuisson est effectué, une unité de commande (6) disposée derrière le panneau avant (5) et contenant les éléments électroniques, un conduit de ventilation (9) qui est disposé sur le côté supérieur de la chambre de cuisson (3) et qui possède une ouverture de sortie (8) s'ouvrant vers l'environnement extérieur entre la porte (4) et le panneau avant (5), un ventilateur (10) disposé à l'intérieur du conduit de ventilation (9) qui amène l'air aspiré de l'espace (7) à être évacué vers l'extérieur par l'ouverture de sortie (8) en le distribuant au conduit de ventilation (9), et un dispositif d'échappement (11) qui s'étend de la chambre de cuisson (3) dans le conduit de ventilation (9) dans la direction verticale et qui permet d'évacuer l'air humide dans la chambre de cuisson (3).
