Claims (7)

  1. Un four (1) comprenant un corps extérieur (2), une chambre de cuisson (3) dans laquelle le processus de cuisson est effectué, une unité de commande (6) qui contient les éléments électroniques, un espace (7) qui est disposé entre le corps extérieur (2) et la chambre de cuisson (3), un conduit de ventilation (9) qui est disposé sur le côté supérieur de la chambre de cuisson (3) et qui présente une ouverture de sortie (8) qui s'ouvre sur l'extérieur environnant, et un ventilateur (10) qui est disposé dans le conduit de ventilation (9) et qui permet à l'air aspiré à partir de l'espace (7) d'être évacué vers l'extérieur à travers l'ouverture de sortie (8) en le distribuant au conduit de ventilation (9),
    - un dispositif d'échappement (11) qui s'étend à partir de la chambre de cuisson (3) dans le conduit de ventilation (9) dans la direction verticale et traverse le conduit de ventilation (9) afin de s'ouvre à l'espace (7) par le haut
    caractérisé par
    - un capuchon (15) qui disposé au côté supérieur du dispositif d'échappement (11), qui est formé comme un boîtier à fond ouvert, qui présente une paroi supérieure (12) recouvrant le côté supérieur de celui-là et une paroi latérale (13) placée sur le conduit de ventilation (9) de manière à entourer la périphérie du dispositif d'échappement (11) en s'étendant vers le bas à partir de la paroi supérieure (12) et une cavité (14) délimitée par la paroi supérieure (12) et la paroi latérale (13),
    - un ou plusieurs trous de passage d'air (16) qui s'ouvrent sur le conduit de ventilation (9), qui sont disposés entre le dispositif d'échappement (11) et la paroi latérale (13) qui l'entoure et qui permettent l'air de passer à partir du conduit de ventilation (9) vers la cavité (14) ou à partir de la cavité (14) vers le conduit d'échappement (9).
  2. Un four (1) selon la Revendication 1, caractérisé par au moins deux trous de passage d'air (16) qui sont disposés sur le conduit de ventilation (9) entre le dispositif d'échappement (11) et le ventilateur (10) et entre le dispositif d'échappement (11) et l'ouverture de sortie (8).
  3. Un four (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un capteur de chaleur (17) qui est disposé à proximité de l'unité de commande (6), et l'unité de commande (6) qui fait démarrer le ventilateur (10) lorsque la température des éléments électroniques dépasse une valeur limite prédéterminée.
  4. Un four (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un capteur d'humidité (18) qui est disposé dans la chambre de cuisson (3), et l'unité de commande (6) qui arrête le ventilateur (10) lorsque la quantité de l'humidité dans la chambre de cuisson (3) dépasse une valeur limite prédéterminée.
  5. Un four (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le chapeau (15) dont la largeur est supérieure à la largeur du dispositif d'échappement (11).
  6. Un four (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le chapeau (15) en forme d'une tasse.
  7. Un four (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le chapeau (15) en forme d'un carré ou prisme rectangulaire avec un côté ouvert.
