- the fan furthermore speeds up the discharge of the hot and humid air passing from the chimney to the ventilating device during the cooking process. If the cooling fan operates more than necessary for keeping the electronic elements within the desired temperature limits, the heat in the cooking chamber is discharged to the outside and energy consumption increases. If the cooling fan operates less, then the electronic elements cannot be cooled as required and moreover the cooking time is prolonged and cooking quality decreases since sufficient amount of humidity cannot be sucked from the cooking chamber.

- the air guide (19) provides the chimney (16) to suck air from the cooking chamber (3) effectively by means of the suction hole (20) by increasing the effect of pressure difference created by the air blown by the fan (10) in case the amount of humidity in the cooking chamber (3) increases and the flap (18) leaves the upper exhaust duct (14) open.

Abstract
La présente invention concerne un four (1) qui comporte un corps extérieur (2), une chambre de cuisson (3) dans laquelle le procédé de cuisson est effectué, une unité de commande (6) qui contient les éléments électroniques, un espace (7) agencé entre le corps extérieur (2) et la chambre de cuisson (3), un dispositif de ventilation (9) qui est disposé sur le côté supérieur de la chambre de cuisson (3) et qui possède une ouverture de sortie (8) s'ouvrant vers l'environnement extérieur, un ventilateur (10) qui est disposé dans le dispositif de ventilation (9) et qui amène l'air aspiré de l'espace (7) à être évacué vers l'extérieur par l'ouverture de sortie (8) en l'amenant au dispositif de ventilation (9) et un capteur d'humidité (11) disposé dans la chambre de cuisson (3).
