・上記実施形態では、被覆部25yを芯部25xより硬度を低く構成したが、これに限らず例えば、被覆部25yと芯部25xは同等の硬度で構成してもよい。
例えば図3に示す基台26は、ブリッスル束24の基端を固定する固定部26xと、各ブリッスル25の芯部25xとの電気的接続される接続部26yとのアセンブリである。固定部26xはブラシ体21の正面側に、接続部26yはブラシ体21の背面側に配置される。少なくとも接続部26yは導電性樹脂にて構成される。
(イ) ヘッド部にブリッスル束が複数植設されてなるとともに、口腔内液の塩化物イオンから殺菌作用のある塩素を生成すべく電気分解を行うための電極を有するブラシ体であって、
前記ブリッスル束の少なくとも一部、若しくは前記ブリッスル束を構成する複数本のブリッスルの一部が、導電性部材よりなる芯部を絶縁性部材よりなる被覆部にて被覆するとともに先端部において芯部を露出させて前記電極としたブリッスルにて構成され、
前記ヘッド部に植設された前記ブリッスル束に対し、前記各ブリッスルの芯部が導電性接着剤、導電性溶融樹脂又は導電性金属部材により一括して電気的接続がなされて構成されていることを特徴とするブラシ体。
Claims (15)
- ヘッド部に複数のブリッスル束を有するブラシ体であって、
前記複数のブリッスル束が、導電性部材よりなる芯部と、その芯部を被覆する絶縁性部材よりなる被覆部とを有するブリッスルを含み、前記芯部は当該ブリッスルの先端部において前記被覆部から露出しており、口腔内に通電するための電極として機能するものであり、
前記ヘッド部に内在する導電性部材よりなる基台に各ブリッスル束が一括して植設されることにより前記芯部が前記基台に電気的接続されるように構成されていることを特徴とするブラシ体。 - 請求項1に記載のブラシ体において、
前記基台は、前記ヘッド部に内包されることで絶縁性部材にて被覆されていることを特徴とするブラシ体。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のブラシ体において、
前記基台は、導電性弾性部材にて構成されていることを特徴とするブラシ体。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のブラシ体において、
前記基台は、前記ブリッスル束の植設状態でその芯部の接続部と圧接するように構成されていることを特徴とするブラシ体。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のブラシ体において、
前記基台は、前記ブリッスル束を固定する固定部と、前記芯部と電気的接続される接続部とを備えるアセンブリであることを特徴とするブラシ体。 - 請求項5に記載のブラシ体において、
前記ブリッスル束は、前記固定部に超音波溶着により固定されるものであり、
前記固定部には、超音波溶着に用いられる溶着片とその溶着片の周囲に周壁部とが設けられていることを特徴とするブラシ体。 - 請求項6に記載のブラシ体において、
前記被覆部は、絶縁性樹脂製であり、前記ブリッスル束の側面を区画することと、
前記固定部の前記溶着片は前記被覆部と溶着することを特徴とするブラシ体。 - 請求項7に記載のブラシ体において、
前記被覆部は、絶縁性樹脂製であり、前記ブリッスル束の側面を区画することと、
前記固定部の前記溶着片は前記ブリッスル束の側面を囲む環状片であることを特徴とするブラシ体。 - 請求項1に記載のブラシ体において、
各ブリッスル束を構成する複数のブリッスルの各々が前記芯部と前記被覆部とを有することを特徴とするブラシ体。 - 請求項1に記載のブラシ体において、
前記複数のブリッスル束のうちの選択された一部のブリッスル束を構成する各ブリッスルが、前記芯部と前記被覆部とを有することを特徴とするブラシ体。 - 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のブラシ体において、
前記ブリッスル束は、折返し部を有するようにU字状に折り返されており、前記折返し部にて前記芯部は前記被覆部から露出して前記基台と電気的接続していることを特徴とするブラシ体。 - 請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のブラシ体において、
前記芯部は、前記電極として機能する先端突出部と、前記基台と接続される基端突出部と含み、前記被覆部は前記芯部の前記先端突出部の側面と前記基端突出部の側面とを除く前記芯部の側面を被覆することを特徴とするブラシ体。 - 請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載のブラシ体において、
前記電極は、その電極付近の口腔内液を電気分解して殺菌作用のある塩素を生成する、ブラシ体。 - 請求項1~13のいずれか1項に記載のブラシ体と、
前記ブリッスルの前記電極に局所通電用の電流を供給する通電手段とを備える歯ブラシ。 - 請求項14に記載の歯ブラシにおいて、
前記ヘッド部を振動させる振動アクチュエータを更に備えることを特徴とする歯ブラシ。
