[43] 如图 15至图 20所示为本发明第三实施例, 为了加快烧烤食品, 在所述炉体 10上 方设置有预先加热肉类的预先加热箱 3000, 所述预先加热箱 3000与所述壳体 10 之间设置有将炉体内的热风循环的风道 30, 所述风道 30上设置有第二风机 50, 所述预先加热箱包括与风道 30连通的第二壳体 301及与所述第二壳体 301连通的 第三壳体 300。 在第二壳体 301与第三壳体 300之间的分隔板上面设置有通孔 302 。 在此处, 炉体 10为方形。

[46] 为了便于移动所需烧制的烧猪或肉类, 还设置有移动装置和转动装置。
[47] 本发明的使用如下: 点燃燃烧器 20, 火焰通过分火器 25上的孔向下或向内喷出 , 对炉体 10内的肉类进行烧烤, 而烧制吋肉类的油脂在重力的作用下向下滴入 水中, 不与燃烧器的火焰接触, 减少了焦化的可能, 也使烧烤肉类的质量好, 根据香港质检所的检验报告, 釆用本发明的节能环保烧烤炉制得的烧猪中的致 癌物质的含量远低于最低要求, 因此本发明的用途极大。 另外, 本发明的转动 装置使用如下: 第一电机 130启动, 带动烧烤叉 110上的烧猪旋转来接近燃烧器 2 0产生的火焰; 本发明的升降装置使用如下: 第三电机 155启动, 带动升降杆 154 转动, 驱使升降杆 154上的第三支架 136上下升降,这样使烧烤叉 110上的烧猪移动 来接近燃烧器 20产生的火焰; 本发明的移动装置使用如下: 第二电机 150启动, 使整个烧烤叉 110轴向移动, 便于取出与放置烧猪或烧肉。 另外本发明的燃烧器 20釆用中国专利申请号 200810065335.6的高效节能燃烧器, 其在使用吋能产生正 负离子, 也使制得的烧猪的致癌物质含量更低, 质量更好, 并且大大减少了油 烟的产生, 提高和改善了中国烧肉为高危致癌食品的不良声誉, 另外由于节能 燃烧器的使用, 使本发明只需要 1 0到 15千瓦的功率。
[48] 由于预先加热箱 3000的使用, 可以先把需烧烤的肉类或猪先放在预先加热箱 30 00进行预先加热后再进入到壳体 10内烧烤, 使原来烧烤的吋间节省了 1/3, 大大 提高了生产效率。
[49] 图 7至图 12所示为本发明的第二实施例, 该实施例与第一实施例不同之处在于 燃烧器 20是安装在壳体 10的上部, 而分火器 25是选用金属板制成, 在金属板上 面同样均布有通孔, 分火板 25还可以选用陶瓷板, 同样地陶瓷板上均匀分布有 通孔。 其余与第一实施例相同, 故不在赞述。
[50] 此外, 本发明还可以用于烧制叉烧、 烧羊排、 烧鸭等食物, 并不限于上述的烧 猪。

, 其特征在于, 所述炉体为空心壳体, 所述空心壳体包括相对的 第一端和第二端, 所述空心壳体顶部或侧部设置有向内的燃烧器
, 所述燃烧器为使用吋该燃烧器燃烧产生的火焰从燃烧器的顶部 或侧部向所述炉体内部喷的燃烧器, 所述空心壳体下部设置有收 纳肉类烧制吋流下油脂的水盆。
[Claim 2] 2、 根据权利要求 1所述的节能环保烧烤炉, 其特征在于, 所述 燃烧器外设置有分散火焰的分火器。
[Claim 3] 3、 根据权利要求 2所述的节能环保烧烤炉, 其特征在于, 所述 分火器上均匀设置有通孔, 所述分火器为金属板或陶瓷板, 所述 金属板或陶瓷板上均匀设置有通孔。
[Claim 4] 4、 根据权利要求 3所述的节能环保烧烤炉, 其特征在于, 所述 炉体的第一端与第二端之间设置有将炉体内的热风循环的风道, 所述风道上设置有第二风机。

[Claim 6] 6、 根据权利要求 3所述的节能环保烧烤炉, 其特征在于, 所述 炉体上方设置有预先加热肉类的预先加热箱, 所述预先加热箱与 所述壳体之间设置有将炉体内的热风循环的风道, 所述风道上设 置有第二风机, 所述预先加热箱包括与风道连通的第二壳体及与 所述第二壳体连通的第三壳体。
[Claim 7] 7、 根据权利要求 6所述的节能环保烧烤炉, 其特征在于, 所述 第二壳体与第三壳体之间设置有通孔。
[Claim 8] 8、 根据权利要求 1至 7任一权力要求所述的节能环保烧烤炉, 其 特征在于, 所述烧烤叉为环形烧烤叉, 所述节能环保烧烤炉设置 有使所述烧烤叉前后移动的移动装置、 烧烤叉转动的转动装置及 烧烤叉升降的升降装置及连接所述烧烤叉的环形支架。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的节能环保烧烤炉, 其特征在于, 所述转动装置包括第一转轴、 第二转轴, 烧烤叉两端连接有第一 转轴、 第二转轴, 所述转动装置还包括与第一转轴、 第二转轴分 别配合的第一转轴套、 第二转轴套, 所述烧烤叉第二转轴连接有 第一电机;
所述移动装置包括壳体下连接的第二支架、 所述第二支架下设置 的第三转轴套、 第二电机、 第五转轴、 第二电机外设置的外套及 连接外套和环形支架的连接杆;
所述升降装置包括与环形支架连接的第三支架及设置于所述第三 支架上的第三电机和升降杆。
