Abstract
원격 모니터링 및 셀공간 환경감쇄를 이용한 무선랜 신호 세기 기반의 실내 측위 방법 및 시스템을 제안한다. 본 발명에 의한 무선랜 신호 세기 기반 실내 측위 방법은 주변 AP(Access Point)로부터의 신호 세기에 대한 정보를 각각의 AP로부터 취합하여 AP 간 신호 세기 표를 생성하는 원격 모니터링 단계; 이동 단말로부터 탐지된 AP의 식별 정보 및 신호 세기를 수신받는 위치 정보 요청 단계; 상기 AP 간 신호 세기 표를 참조하여, 상기 이동 단말로부터 수신된 각 AP 별 신호 세기의 패턴을 각 AP의 주변 AP 신호 세기 패턴과 비교하여, 가장 유사한 패턴을 보이는 AP가 소속된 셀(cell)을 상기 이동 단말이 현재 위치한 셀로 판정하는 셀 판정 단계를 포함한다. 벽감쇄와 층감쇄 대신 환경감쇄를 이용하고 같은 셀공간의 AP와 모바일 단말은 동일한 환경감쇄를 적용하여 위치추정을 간략화시켰다.
