发明内容:
本实用新型正是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而研发的一种可以 随意折叠且方便安放电池的折叠电动 自行 车的电池配装适用机构 。
本实用新型的目的可以通过以下技术手段来实现:

根据图 2 、图 3 ,本实用新型的 一种折叠电动 自行 车电池配装机构,由固定连接在横梁10上的折叠器7将横梁10分为前后两段, 电池 2 置于前段空心横梁内,控制器 11 置于后段空心横梁内,电池 2 与控制器 11 电连接 组成。折叠器7叠合面为边缘凹凸槽配合的中空折叠器7; 电池 2 安装在电池盒 8 内,再置于安放有电池盒保护衬套的前段空心横梁内,电池盒触点 6 与控制器触点穿过折叠器 7 电连接 。 前段空心横梁 折叠器7内圈设有4~8个保护销14,材质为PBT。电池盒8前端设有正负极触点6,触点6顶部接触面为球面凹槽;电池盒8侧面设有充电插口,对应 前段空心横梁的侧面插座开口,其中前段空心横梁的侧面插座开口设有塑胶塞;充电电极对应电池盒 8 正负极触点6分别电连接。电池盒8外壳上 安装有弹簧扣环,弹簧扣环贴靠 电池盒8 时,其自由端卡在折叠器的卡槽内,固定电池盒 8 。电池盒 8 保护衬套内的底部设有压缩弹簧 9 ,压缩弹簧 9 顶在电池盒 8 底面 。控制器触点为弹簧柱状触点,触点顶部为球面状,控制器触点组件与 后段空心横梁及折叠器 7 固定连接。
本实用新型的 一种折叠电动 自行 车电池配装机构在应用时,所用 折叠器内部掏空,前后折叠片设有凹凸机构,增加其强度和防水效果。折叠器打开,触点脱开,电池可方便取出充电;折叠器折合,触点接触,电源接通,车辆可正常运行。折叠器内的保护销,材质为 PBT ,可以滋润和保护外壳表面不被划伤,保护销与电池外壳接触面为弧面,减少其接触面积,使电池盒滑动顺畅。前段横梁装有保护衬套,防止电池晃动,保护衬套有导入口,可使电池盒容易进入衬套,保护衬套装有弹簧,方便电池轻松取出。固定连接在后段空心横梁的折叠器端面装有柱形弹簧触点,电池盒上凹面触点和弹簧触点均为球面状。侧面加工有相应充电孔,电池不取出可充电,充电孔装有塑胶塞,起到防尘防水作用。横梁上的弹簧扣环处于垂直状态时,张开角度改变,弹簧扣环伸出部分收起来,可将电池盒放入横梁内,相同操作,可取出电池,弹簧扣环旋转至凹槽中与端面平行时,扣环收起部分会自动弹出,此时将电池盒固定,弹簧扣环还可以作为 电池盒 的提手,方便 电池盒取出携带 。
本实用新型的 一种折叠电动 自行 车电池配装机构将 电池固定在电池盒内,可从横梁中取出,充电、售后服务都变得简单、快捷、时尚;折叠器为凸凹台阶配合,使其密封结构简单、效果好、强度增加;电池和控制器的触点式连接,使整车折叠的时间变短,更加人性化。
这里需要指出的是,尽管已经对本实用新型进行了详细的描述,但是就本领域工作人员来说,在这个基础上做出的类似和相似的修改都应该属于本实用新型保护范围。
