Description

一种三折叠电动自行车 一、技术领域
本发明涉及一种交通工具,特别是涉及一种三折叠电动自行车。
二、背景技术
折叠电动车折叠电动自行车,英文名字miniBike,是可以折叠的一种电动车,通过折叠后使车辆尺寸更小,便于存放。一般分为3种方式,横向,纵向,和M型。一般折叠车有车架折叠关节和立管折叠关节构成。通过车架折叠,将前后两轮对折在一起,可减少45%左右的长度。整车在折叠后可放入登机箱和折叠包内,以及汽车的后备箱。然而现在的折叠电动车多为两折叠结构,折叠之后还是比较大,搬运不方便,并且电动折叠自行车的电瓶体型较大、不易搬运、性能不佳,且电路线材大多裸露在车架上,非常繁乱也不是十分安全。如今经过检索,发现专利“201720890916.8-一种折叠自行车”中提及一种三折叠的自行车,其易于搬运、折叠之后占地更小,因此,在此基础上,我方提出一种具有优秀的电瓶性能,易于搬运,电路线路不裸露在车架上,更加安全的新式电动自行车三折叠结构。
三、发明内容
为了克服现有交通工具的不足之处,本发明提供了一种三折叠电动自行车。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的。
本方案的一种三折叠电动自行车,包括前轮、后轮、前挡泥板、后挡泥板和连接成一体的前三角架和后三角架,所述前三角架包括呈三角形连接的主管、支管和中管,所述后三角架包括呈三角形连接的后上叉、后下叉和中叉,所述主管靠近前轮的位置设置有折叠扣,所述前三角架与后三角架之间通过转轴和连接件连接,所述折叠扣将主管分为电池仓和控制仓,所述电池仓内部设置有贴合电池仓形状的电池盒,所述电池盒内设置有电池组,所述控制仓内部设置有控制器,所述前轮轮轴处设置有电动机,所述电动机与控制器之间电连接,所述控制器与电池盒内的电池组之间电连接。
所述电池仓开口处设置有电池盖,所述控制仓开口处设置有控制盖,所述电池盖与电池盒固定连接,所述电池盖上设置有插簧,所述电池盖上设置有充电输入口,所述插簧、充电输入口均与电池盒内的电池组电连接;
所述控制盖上设置有与插簧配合使用的插片,该插片与控制器电连接。
所述电池盒内电池组的电池架构为18650电芯3.65V两并十串结构。
所述电池盒顶端设置有用于保护电池组电路的双层锂电保护电路。
本发明的有益之处在于:该车体结构简单,可实现三折叠功能,体积更小,方便安置,同时电池组结构合理,性能优秀,电路连接简单,不需在车架上布线,更加安全。

五、具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做出简要说明。
如图所示的一种三折叠电动自行车,包括前轮、后轮、前挡泥板、后挡泥板和连接成一体的前三角架和后三角架,所述前三角架包括呈三角形连接的主管1、支管2和中管3,所述后三角架包括呈三角形连接的后上叉4、后下叉5和中叉6,所述主管1靠近前轮的位置设置有折叠扣7,所述前三角架与后三角架之间通过转轴8和连接件9连接,所述折叠扣7将主管1分为电池仓和控制仓,所述电池仓内部设置有贴合电池仓形状的电池盒10,所述电池盒10内设置有电池组,所述控制仓内部设置有控制器11,所述前轮轮轴处设置有电动机16,所述电动机16与控制器11之间电连接,所述控制器11与电池盒10内的电池组之间电连接。
所述电池仓开口处设置有电池盖12,所述控制仓开口处设置有控制盖13, 所述电池盖12与电池盒10固定连接,所述电池盖12上设置有插簧14,所述电池盖12上设置有充电输入口17,所述插簧14、充电输入口17均与电池盒10内的电池组电连接;
所述控制盖13上设置有与插簧14配合使用的插片15,该插片15与控制器11电连接。
所述电池盒10内电池组的电池架构为18650电芯3.65V两并十串结构。
所述电池盒10顶端设置有用于保护电池组电路的双层锂电保护电路。
本实例的工作过程:在使用该发明时,通过折叠扣7、转轴8和连接件9实现前三角支架、后三角支架的三折叠结构,便于放置和携带,体积更加轻便。折叠扣7打开时,主管1实现折叠动作,此时插簧14和插片15分开,电池盒10内的电池组停止供电,控制器11电路断开;当主管1展开,插簧14余插片15插入式连接,关闭折叠扣7,车辆电池组与控制器11、电动机16电路闭合,车辆整体具有电动能力,通过该方式实现整体电路的开闭,可以避免电路裸露在车架上,延长线路使用寿命,提高使用安全性。电池盒10内电池组的电池架构为18650电芯3.65V两并十串结构,得到36.5V的和两并输出的最高电压和最大电流,有效提高电池组的性能。同时,当需要进行充电时,可以直接打开折叠扣7折叠主管1,通过充电输入口17向电池盒10内的电池组进行充电,充电输入口17为DC2.1充电输入端子,充电效果极佳,也可以将电池盖12和电池盒10拉出,进行单独充电,更加快捷方便。

  1. 一种三折叠电动自行车,包括前轮、后轮、前挡泥板、后挡泥板和连接成一体的前三角架和后三角架,所述前三角架包括呈三角形连接的主管(1)、支管(2)和中管(3),所述后三角架包括呈三角形连接的后上叉(4)、后下叉(5)和中叉(6),所述主管(1)靠近前轮的位置设置有折叠扣(7),所述前三角架与后三角架之间通过转轴(8)和连接件(9)连接,其特征在于:所述折叠扣(7)将主管(1)分为电池仓和控制仓,所述电池仓内部设置有贴合电池仓形状的电池盒(10),所述电池盒(10)内设置有电池组,所述控制仓内部设置有控制器(11),所述前轮轮轴处设置有电动机(16),所述电动机(16)与控制器(11)之间电连接,所述控制器(11)与电池盒(10)内的电池组之间电连接。

    所述控制盖(13)上设置有与插簧(14)配合使用的插片(15),该插片(15)与控制器(11)电连接。
