Description
Claims (17)
- 送乳ラインの中途に接続し、流入口から流入する乳を貯留可能な計量容器部と、この計量容器部の内部に貯留される乳の液面を検出する液面検出部と、前記計量容器部の流出口を開閉可能な弁機構部と、少なくとも前記液面検出部が前記液面を検出したなら前記弁機構部を開閉制御する制御系を備える乳量計において、前記流出口の下流側に、前記弁機構部の開閉により前記流出口から流出した少なくとも一回分の乳量を貯留可能な容積を有する気液混合緩衝室を備えるとともに、当該気液混合緩衝室に、所定流量(第一流量)以下の流量により乳を流出させ、かつ前記計量容器部の内部の空気に混合して送り出す送出口(第一送出口)を有する乳送出口部を設けたことを特徴とする乳量計。
- 前記計量容器部は、円筒状に形成した周面部の縦方向中間部の少なくとも二個所に括れ部を形成することにより、最下部の括れ部よりも下側を前記気液混合緩衝室、最下部の括れ部とこの括れ部の上に位置する次段の括れ部間を計量室、当該次段の括れ部よりも上側を気液分離室に構成し、かつ前記最下部の括れ部の内周面を前記流出口とし、前記次段の括れ部の内周面を中間口とするとともに、前記中間口を開閉可能な第一バルブ及び前記流出口を開閉可能な第二バルブを有する弁機構部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の乳量計。
- 前記計量室は、上面部を周面部側が下になる傾斜面に形成し、かつ下面部を周面部側が上になる傾斜面に形成することを特徴とする請求項2記載の乳量計。
- 前記弁機構部は、前記流出口及び前記中間口に挿通し、上端口を前記気液分離室の上端に臨ませ、かつ下端口を前記気液混合緩衝室に臨ませることにより前記気液分離室と前記気液混合緩衝室を連通させるパイプシャフトと、このパイプシャフトの上端を支持し、かつ当該パイプシャフトを昇降させる弁駆動部と、前記計量室内に位置する前記パイプシャフトの外周面上側に設けた前記第一バルブ及び外周面下側に設けた前記第二バルブとを備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の乳量計。
- 前記乳送出口部は、気液混合緩衝室に貯留された乳量が所定量以下のときに前記第一流量以下の流量により乳を流出させる第一送出口及び貯留された乳量が前記所定量を越えたときに第二流量以上の流量により乳を流出させる第二送出口を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の乳量計。
- 前記気液混合緩衝室に、底面部から起立し、下端口が外部に臨むとともに、上端口が内部に臨む緩衝筒を設け、この緩衝筒の前記上端口を前記第二送出口とし、かつ前記緩衝筒の周面部に前記第一送出口を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の乳量計。
- 前記パイプシャフトは、下端を下方に延出し、下端口を前記気液混合緩衝室の底面部に設けた排出口の内部に臨ませることにより、当該気液混合緩衝室に臨む部位を緩衝筒とし、前記緩衝筒の下部の周面部に前記第一送出口を形成するとともに、前記緩衝筒の上部の周面部に前記第二送出口を形成することを特徴とする請求項4記載の乳量計。
- 前記第一送出口は、前記緩衝筒の周面部に形成した少なくとも一以上のスリット部を用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の乳量計。
- 前記第一送出口は、前記緩衝筒の周面部に形成した少なくとも一以上の孔部を用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の乳量計。
- 前記第二送出口は、前記緩衝筒の上端又は周面部に形成した少なくとも一以上の孔部を用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の乳量計。
- 前記パイプシャフトの下端に、前記流出口から流出した乳が前記乳送出口部に直接入らないようにするための傘形カバーを設けたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の乳量計。
- 送乳ラインの中途に乳量計を接続することにより、流入口から流入する乳を計量容器部に貯留し、この計量容器部の内部に貯留される乳の液面を液面検出部により検出するとともに、少なくとも前記液面検出部が前記液面を検出したなら、制御系により弁機構部を開閉制御することにより前記計量容器部の流出口を開閉して乳量の測定を行う乳量測定方法において、前記流出口の下流側に、前記弁機構部の開閉制御により前記流出口から流出した少なくとも一回分の乳量を貯留可能な容積を有する気液混合緩衝室を設けることにより、前記流出口から流出した乳を前記気液混合緩衝室に貯留し、この後、当該気液混合緩衝室に臨ませた乳送出口部の送出口(第一送出口)から所定流量(第一流量)以下の流量により乳を流出させ、かつ前記計量容器部の内部の空気に混合して送り出すことを特徴とする乳量測定方法。
- 前記気液混合緩衝室に貯留された乳量が所定量以下のときに前記第一送出口から前記第一流量以下の流量により乳を流出させるとともに、貯留された乳量が前記所定量を越えたときに第二送出口から第二流量以上の流量により乳を流出させることを特徴とする請求項12記載の乳量測定方法。
- 送乳ラインの中途に接続し、流入口から流入する乳を貯留可能な計量容器部と、この計量容器部の内部に貯留される乳の液面を検出する液面検出部と、前記計量容器部の流出口を開閉可能な弁機構部と、少なくとも前記液面検出部が前記液面を検出したなら前記弁機構部を開閉制御する制御系を有する乳量計を備える搾乳装置であって、前記流出口の下流側に、前記弁機構部の開閉により前記流出口から流出した少なくとも一回分の乳量を貯留可能な容積を有する気液混合緩衝室を備えるとともに、当該気液混合緩衝室に、所定流量以下の流量により乳を流出させ、かつ前記計量容器部の内部の空気に混合して送り出す送出口を有する乳送出口部を設けた乳量計を備えることを特徴とする搾乳装置。
- 前記乳量計は、乳牛に対して搾乳を行う搾乳機に取付けることを特徴とする請求項14記載の搾乳装置。
- 前記搾乳機は、少なくともティートカップ自動離脱装置を備え、このティートカップ自動離脱装置に前記乳量計を取付けることを特徴とする請求項15記載の搾乳装置。
- 前記乳量計は、前記制御系を除く乳量計本体を備え、この乳量計本体を前記ティートカップ自動離脱装置の外面に取付けるとともに、前記制御系の一部又は全部を前記ティートカップ自動離脱装置に内蔵させることを特徴とする請求項16記載の搾乳装置。
