实际使用时,超声波雾化器产生水雾, 离心式风扇 7产生的气流带动水雾通过送风盒 5进入装置盒体 1的雾化风道 26。 随后, 水雾通过雾化风道出口 8进入储物抽屉 2内部, 给存于储物抽屉 2内的瓜果蔬菜均匀补充水分。 由于装置盒体门 10上安装有门封条 11 , 如图 1所示, 盒内湿气不易泄漏, 储物抽屉 2内部湿度保持在 90% ~ 95%范围之内。 当用 户需要清洁储水盒 4或是重新添加水时,只需要拉开抽屉式水槽 3,将储水盒 4取出即可; 当用户需要清洁抽屉式水槽 3时, 将储水盒 4取出, 即可进行清洗。
本发明提供的加湿保鲜装置可以与现有的各种类型水箱很好地衔接。具体可以采用支 架和导轨的方式进行组装, 即: 在装置盒体 1的外侧设置内胆支架 22, 如图 1所示, 在 水箱内胆的相应位置设置导轨; 或者, 在装置盒体 1的外侧设置内胆导轨,在水箱内胆的 相应位置设置支架。这样, 该加湿保鲜装置能够很好地嵌入水箱内胆, 组装和拆卸均极为 方便。
若水箱类型是现有的对开门冰箱,可以在原来的冷藏室位置设置该加湿保鲜装置,冰 箱冷藏室内的制冷循环风流经该加湿保鲜装置的外围,对该加湿保鲜装置冷却。具体如图 4所示, ;水箱冷风从冷藏室出风口 12吹出, 流经加湿保鲜装置的装置盒体 1的前部, 向 下流回到冷藏室回风口 13。 加湿保鲜装置的顶盖板 9、 装置盒体门 10外侧以及盒体底部 受外部循环风的冷却, 使保鲜盒内部温度达到保鲜需要。 若水箱类型是现有的多门冰箱, 可以在原来的果菜室位置设置该加湿保鲜装置, 如图 5所示, 制冷循环风从冷藏室 34的 冷藏室出风口 12吹出,冷却冷藏室整个间室后,经冷藏室回风口 13流经原来的果菜室的 冷却风道 32, 对装置盒体 1的周围进行冷却。
上述两种情况下,水箱的制冷循环风都不会进入加湿保鲜龛体内部,其内部的雾化风 道 26与外围的冷却风道 32完全隔离,雾气只存在于果菜保鲜室当中。 由此, "制冷 "与"雾 化"两者相互独立, 协同作用, 确保储物抽& 2内部存放的瓜果蔬菜的温度和湿度均达到 保鲜要求。
通过上述的文字表述并结合附图可以看出,本发明通过超声波雾化器组件与呼吸窗组 件的相互配合, 从湿度、 气氛、 温度等多个角度提供技术支持, 可以保证果菜 7天后水分 基本不流失, 仍然保持新鲜。 并且, 采用的抽屈式水槽、 储水盒互为独立, 能够方便拆洗 保洁, 不会二次污染。 当然, 以上仅是本发明的具体应用范例, 对本发明的保护范围不构 成任何限制, 除上述实施例外, 本发明还可以有其它实施方式, 凡采用等同替换或等效变 换形成的技术方案, 均落在本发明所要求保护的范围之内。

Claims

权利要求
1、 水箱用加湿保鲜装置, 包括有装置金体和顶盖板, 装置盒体内装有用于存放瓜果 蔬菜的抽屉, 其特征在于: 所述装置盒体的一侧设有容纳腔, 容纳腔内设有可拆卸水槽, 可拆卸水槽的一端安装有储水盒, 另一端安装有超声波加湿装置;所述超声波加湿装置的 出风口设有送风盒, 送风盒有一出口; 所述装置盒体内分布有雾化风道, 雾化风道的入口 与送风盒出口的位置相对应, 雾化风道的出口开设在装置盒体内。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的冰箱用加湿保鲜装置, 其特征在于: 所述可拆卸水槽为抽 屉式水槽, 水槽上的超声波加湿装置是一体式拆卸清洗结构。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的水箱用加湿保鲜装置, 其特征在于: 所述装置盒体的门与 主体之间设有门封条。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的冰箱用加湿保鲜装置, 其特征在于: 所述超声波加湿装置 包括有超声波雾化器, 其汲水入口连入水槽; 所述送风盒内设有风扇, 超声波雾化器的雾 化出口与风扇气流输入端相连。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的水箱用加湿保鲜装置, 其特征在于: 所述储水盒内设有水 位传感器,水位传感器连接控制电路的监控端,且控制电路的控制端与超声波雾化器的被 控端相连接。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的冰箱用加湿保鲜装置, 其特征在于: 所述雾化风道的出口 均匀分布在装置盒体的侧面上部或顶盖板的内壁,超声波加湿装置的雾化气流均匀分布在 装置盒体的顶部或上部。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的冰箱用加湿保鲜装置, 其特征在于: 所述雾化风道的出口 分布在装置盒体的侧面上部, 且雾化风道出口与顶盖板之间留有缝隙。
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的水箱用加湿保鲜装置, 其特征在于: 所述顶盖板上设有呼 吸窗, 在呼吸窗框内设有调节滑盖或高分子薄膜或微孔盖板。
9、 一种水箱, 其特征在于: 该水箱包含权利要求 1 ~ 8任意一项所述的水箱用加湿保 鲜装置, 制冷循环风围绕在所述加湿保鲜装置盒体周围而不进入盒体内部。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的一种冰箱, 其特征在于: 所述加湿保鲜装置整体直接安装 在冷藏室或果菜室内, 所述加湿保鲜装置与水箱内胆之间通过支架和导轨的方式进行组 装。
11、 一种水箱, 其特征在于: 该冰箱的冷藏室或果菜室的整体或一部分做成权利要求 1 ~ 8任意一项所述的水箱用加湿保鲜装置的结构。
