请参阅图1-图4,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种水产品冷藏保鲜运输设备包括外箱体1,所述外箱体1内设置有多个等距分布的置放单元7,多个所述置放单元7的右端连接有旋转机构,多个所述置放单元7的左端连接有安装机构,所述外箱体1的顶部通过铰轴2活动铰接有箱门3,所述箱门3的前侧固定有提手4,且提手4的表面套设有防滑橡胶套,箱门3的前侧固定带 有防滑橡胶套的提手4可提高打开和关闭整个箱门3的便捷度,所述外箱体1与箱门3相接触面均设置有密封胶条,在外箱体1与箱门3相接触面均设置有密封胶条可提高整个外箱体1内的密封效果,所述外箱体1的左右侧壁均固定有拉把5,且两个拉把5的表面均设置有缓冲层,外箱体1左右两侧的拉把5可便于短距离转移整个装置,为携带提供着力点,所述外箱体1的后侧壁上设置有制冷器6,每个所述置放单元7包括置放桶8,所述置放桶8设置于外箱体1内,所述置放桶8内固定有内置网9,所述置放单元7的左侧通过多个卡扣11活动卡接有桶盖10,所述桶盖10的右侧内部固定有阻流塞12,所述桶盖10的右侧圆周处固定有密封圈13,且阻流塞12和密封圈13分别与内置网9和置放桶8的开口处相匹配,外箱体1内多个旋转机构和安装机构连接的置放单元7可在外箱体1内进行拆卸,便于对置放单元7内水产品的装卸,外箱体1后侧的制冷器6可对外箱体1内进行制冷保鲜,利用旋转机构可带动多个置放单元7的自由转动,可提高置放单元7内水产品冷藏的均匀度,也能降低对局部水产品的挤压,造成水产品表面的磨损,置放单元7中通过置放桶8内的内置网9进行水产品的放置,而置放桶8与内置网9之间的间隙用于放置冰块,对水产品进行全方位的冷藏保鲜,置放桶8左侧通过多个卡扣11卡接的桶盖10可利用右侧固定的阻流塞12和密封圈13对整个置放桶8及内置网9内形成一定的密封效果,避免冷气的外泄。
具体的,所述旋转机构包括右立板22,所述右立板22固定于外箱体1的下内壁右侧,所述右立板22的左侧壁转动连接有多个十字插槽24,多个所述十字插槽24均贯穿右立板22并固定有传动轮25,多个所述传动轮25之间传动练级有传动链26,所述外箱体1的右内壁设置有电机27,且电机27的输出端与一个传动轮25固定,多个所述置放桶8的右侧壁均固定有十字插块14,多个所述连轴23的右端均开设有十字插槽24,且连轴23活动插接于十字插槽24内,旋转机构可利用电机27带动一个传动轮25的转动,使多个传动轮 25之间传动连接的传动链26带动多个传动轮25同步转动,多个传动轮25的转动会使多个连接的连轴23的转动,利用多个置放桶8通过多个十字插块14插接在多个连轴23中连轴23内的可拆卸式结构,可带动多个置放桶8在运输过程中的缓慢转动,保证其内部的冷藏效果及承压面的切换。
具体的,所述安装机构包括多个套筒15,多个所述套筒15分别固定于多个桶盖10的左侧壁上,多个所述套筒15内均活动插接有插轴16,且插轴16与套筒15之间设置有弹簧,多个所述十字插块14和插轴16的末端均设置有倒角,在多个十字插块14和插轴16的末端均设置有倒角可提高整个置放单元7在安装插接时的便捷度,所述外箱体1的下内壁左侧固定有左立板18,所述左立板18与右立板22为相互对称式设置,且左立板18与右立板22内均开设有透气孔,在左立板18与右立板22内均开设有透气孔可利用透气孔将冷气向水产品进行覆盖,提高冷藏效果,所述左立板18的右侧壁通过多个轴承19转动连接有插套20,且插轴16活动插接于插套20内,多个所述插套20上均开设有套槽21,多个所述插轴16的顶部均固定有凸块17,且凸块17嵌设于套槽21内,安装机构的设置可配合多个置放桶8通过十字插块14插接在十字插槽24内来对整个置放桶8进行装卸,置放桶8左侧卡接的桶盖10上有套筒15,而套筒15内通过弹簧连接的插轴16可插接至左立板18上通过轴承19转动连接的插套20内,为旋转机构带动置放桶8转动提供支撑,插轴16顶部固定的凸块17可嵌设在插套20上的套槽21,可在拆卸时拨动凸块17,带动插轴16向右侧插接,使整个置放桶8脱离安装机构上。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:本发明在使用时,外箱体1内多个旋转机构和安装机构连接的置放单元7可在外箱体1内进行拆卸,便于对置放单元7内水产品的装卸,外箱体1后侧的制冷器6可对外箱体1内进行制冷保鲜,利用旋转机构可带动多个置放单元7的自由转动,可提高置放单元7内水产品冷藏的均匀度,也能降低对局部水产品的挤压,造成水产品表面的磨 损,置放单元7中通过置放桶8内的内置网9进行水产品的放置,而置放桶8与内置网9之间的间隙用于放置冰块,对水产品进行全方位的冷藏保鲜,置放桶8左侧通过多个卡扣11卡接的桶盖10可利用右侧固定的阻流塞12和密封圈13对整个置放桶8及内置网9内形成一定的密封效果,避免冷气的外泄。
旋转机构可利用电机27带动一个传动轮25的转动,使多个传动轮25之间传动连接的传动链26带动多个传动轮25同步转动,多个传动轮25的转动会使多个连接的连轴23的转动,利用多个置放桶8通过多个十字插块14插接在多个连轴23中连轴23内的可拆卸式结构,可带动多个置放桶8在运输过程中的缓慢转动,保证其内部的冷藏效果及承压面的切换,安装机构的设置可配合多个置放桶8通过十字插块14插接在十字插槽24内来对整个置放桶8进行装卸,置放桶8左侧卡接的桶盖10上有套筒15,而套筒15内通过弹簧连接的插轴16可插接至左立板18上通过轴承19转动连接的插套20内,为旋转机构带动置放桶8转动提供支撑,插轴16顶部固定的凸块17可嵌设在插套20上的套槽21,可在拆卸时拨动凸块17,带动插轴16向右侧插接,使整个置放桶8脱离安装机构上,箱门3的前侧固定带有防滑橡胶套的提手4可提高打开和关闭整个箱门3的便捷度,外箱体1左右两侧的拉把5可便于短距离转移整个装置,为携带提供着力点,在外箱体1与箱门3相接触面均设置有密封胶条可提高整个外箱体1内的密封效果,在多个十字插块14和插轴16的末端均设置有倒角可提高整个置放单元7在安装插接时的便捷度,在左立板18与右立板22内均开设有透气孔可利用透气孔将冷气向水产品进行覆盖,提高冷藏效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种水产品冷藏保鲜运输设备,其特征在于:包括外箱体(1),所述外箱体(1)内设置有多个等距分布的置放单元(7),多个所述置放单元(7)的右端连接有旋转机构,多个所述置放单元(7)的左端连接有安装机构,所述外箱体(1)的顶部通过铰轴(2)活动铰接有箱门(3),所述外箱体(1)的后侧壁上设置有制冷器(6),每个所述置放单元(7)包括置放桶(8),所述置放桶(8)设置于外箱体(1)内,所述置放桶(8)内固定有内置网(9),所述置放单元(7)的左侧通过多个卡扣(11)活动卡接有桶盖(10),所述桶盖(10)的右侧内部固定有阻流塞(12),所述桶盖(10)的右侧圆周处固定有密封圈(13),且阻流塞(12)和密封圈(13)分别与内置网(9)和置放桶(8)的开口处相匹配。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水产品冷藏保鲜运输设备,其特征在于:所述旋转机构包括右立板(22),所述右立板(22)固定于外箱体(1)的下内壁右侧,所述右立板(22)的左侧壁转动连接有多个十字插槽(24),多个所述十字插槽(24)均贯穿右立板(22)并固定有传动轮(25),多个所述传动轮(25)之间传动练级有传动链(26),所述外箱体(1)的右内壁设置有电机(27),且电机(27)的输出端与一个传动轮(25)固定。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的水产品冷藏保鲜运输设备,其特征在于:多个所述置放桶(8)的右侧壁均固定有十字插块(14),多个所述连轴(23)的右端均开设有十字插槽(24),且连轴(23)活动插接于十字插槽(24)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的水产品冷藏保鲜运输设备,其特征在于:所述安装机构包括多个套筒(15),多个所述套筒(15)分别固定于多个桶盖(10)的左侧壁上,多个所述套筒(15)内均活动插接有插轴(16),且插轴(16)与套筒(15)之间设置有弹簧,所述外箱体(1)的下内壁左侧固定有左立板(18),所述左立板(18)的右侧壁通过多个轴承(19)转动连接有插套(20),且插轴(16)活动插接于插套(20)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的水产品冷藏保鲜运输设备,其特征在于:多个所述插套(20)上均开设有套槽(21),多个所述插轴(16)的顶部均固定有凸块(17),且凸块(17)嵌设于套槽(21)内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的水产品冷藏保鲜运输设备,其特征在于:所述箱门(3)的前侧固定有提手(4),且提手(4)的表面套设有防滑橡胶套。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的水产品冷藏保鲜运输设备,其特征在于:所述外箱体(1)的左右侧壁均固定有拉把(5),且两个拉把(5)的表面均设置有缓冲层。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的水产品冷藏保鲜运输设备,其特征在于:所述外箱体(1)与箱门(3)相接触面均设置有密封胶条。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的水产品冷藏保鲜运输设备,其特征在于:多个所述十字插块(14)和插轴(16)的末端均设置有倒角。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的水产品冷藏保鲜运输设备,其特征在于:所述左立板(18)与右立板(22)为相互对称式设置,且左立板(18)与右立板(22)内均开设有透气孔。
