Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektronische Baugruppe umfassend einen Aktor, der mindestens eine erste elektrische Anschlussfläche und mindestens ein Aktorenbauteil mit einer Anpressfläche aufweist; mindestens eine elektrisch isolierende Schicht, welche die Anpressfläche des mindestens einen Aktorenbauteils zumindest teilweise bedeckt; ein elektronisches Steuermodul, welches eine Leiterplatte mit mindestens einer zweiten elektrischen Anschlussfläche und einer Anzahl an elektrischen Bauelementen umfassend zumindest ein Leistungshalbleiterbauelement aufweist, wobei das Steuermodul auf der, der Anpressfläche abgewandten Seite der mindestens einen elektrisch isolierenden Schicht an die mindestens eine elektrisch isolierende Schicht anschließt; eine Anpresseinheit zum Anpressen und Fixieren des Steuermoduls gegenüber der Anpressfläche; und eine Anzahl an Federelementen, die eine elektrisch leitende Verbindung zwischen je einer ersten Anschlussfläche und je einer zweiten Anschlussfläche ausbilden, wobei das mindestens eine Federelement derart dimensioniert ist, dass es während des Anpressens des Steuermoduls elastisch verformt ist, wobei das mindestens eine Aktorenbauteil und/oder die Anpresseinheit einen Kühlkörper zur Abführung der Verlustwärme von den Bauelementen umfassend das mindestens eine Leistungshalbleiterbauelement bilden.
