电路板 4与插头 3相固连, 弹力筋条 6与电路板 4相固连。 电路板 4表面 积比较大, 在电路板 4上设置插头 3以及弹力筋条 6操作空间均比较大, 同时, 电路板 4与插头 3相固连时, 插头 3与电路板 4之间的电连接结构更为可靠。 当然, 本实施例中电路板 4与插头 3之间也可以仅通过导线电连接, 此时, 弹 力筋条 6也可以直接与插头 3相固连。
弹力筋条 6以端口 1的轴向中心线对称设置于电路板 4上, 定位凸起 7呈 条形且设于对称设置的弹力筋条 6之间, 按钮 8位于定位凸起 7的中间。 这种 结构中不仅对称设置的每个弹力筋条 6所承受的力均比较均衡, 弹力更好, 而 且弹力筋条 6与定位凸起 7之间的连接性比较好。
定位凸起 7顶部的横截面呈梯形, 其底边较大且与弹力筋条 6相固连。 这 种结构的定位凸起 7与定位槽 10远离插头 3的内壁以及接近插头 3的内壁之间 的抵靠面均为坡面 1 1,插头 3承受到沿插头 3缩回端口 1的方向的力的撞击时, 定位槽 10接近插头 3的内壁在定位凸起 7从定位槽 10内脱出时,对定位凸起 7 所施加的阻挡力更小, 所以更有利于锁定机构 5 自动失效。
如图 2所示的侧壁 20上还设有如图 6所示的滑动槽 12,如图 3所示的滑道 9开设于滑动槽 12的底面上, 按钮 8固连有呈板状的滑块 13, 滑块 13嵌于滑 动槽 12内且其可在滑动槽 12内沿滑道 9的延伸方向滑动。
呈板状的滑块 13不仅增大了按钮 8的表面积, 使得人手推动按钮 8时, 施 力区域更大, 手感更好, 而且滑块 13也使得按钮 8滑动过程中更平稳、 滑动方 向更准确。
侧壁 20的内侧即接近弹力筋条 6的一侧还开设有与定位凸起 7顶部形状相 适配的止退槽 18。 当插头 3处于缩回端口 1的状态时, 定位凸起 7的顶部正好 嵌于止退槽 18内。止退槽 18在插头 3处于缩回端口 1的状态时容纳定位凸起 7 的顶部, 避免弹力筋条 6—直处于受侧壁 20的内侧挤压的状态而出现弹力下降 乃至无法复原的情况发生。
插头 3周围的电路板 4上固设有呈框状如图 7所示的连接座 14, 弹力筋条 6与连接座 14相固连。
呈框状的连接座 14增大了电路板 4与插头 3之间以及电路板 4与弹力筋条 6之间的结合面积,使得插头 3与电路板 4之间以及电路板 4与弹力筋条 6之间 彼此连接的更为可靠。
如图 7所示的连接座 14、 弹力筋条 6以及按钮 8均为塑胶材料制成。 塑胶 材料成本低廉且其弹力可以满足弹力筋条 6 的要求, 同时, 塑胶材料的连接座 14、 弹力筋条 6以及按钮 8便于采用焊接或一次成型工艺制造, 比较方便制造。
侧壁 20为机壳 2上正投影面积最大的侧壁。 设有插头的电子设备如图 2所 示的机壳 2通常结构比较简单, 机壳 2上正投影面积最大的侧壁通常也为其表 面积比较大的侧壁, 所以在该侧壁 20上设置各种部件、 开设各种孔或槽时, 操 作空间大。
本实施例中如图 2所示的机壳 2呈长方体状, 机壳 2上正投影面积最大的 侧壁 20为其表面积最大的侧壁。 当然, 机壳 2的形状也可以设计为椭球形或棱 柱状等多种形状。
该设有插头的电子设备为数据卡或 U盘。 数据卡或 U盘体积较小, 便于携 带, 同时也极易跌落, 所以适宜采用本实用新型实施例所提供的上述技术方案。
以上, 仅为本实用新型的具体实施方式, 但本实用新型的保护范围并不局 限于此, 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型揭露的技术范围内, 可 轻易想到变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。 因此, 本实用 新型的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种设有插头的电子设备, 其特征在于: 包括开设有端口的机壳、 穿设 于所述端口上的插头以及位于所述机壳内且与所述插头电连接的电路板, 所述 插头与所述机壳之间设有锁定机构, 所述锁定机构用于在所述插头处于伸出所 述端口的状态时, 将所述插头锁定住, 所述锁定机构在所述插头承受到沿所述 插头缩回所述端口的方向的力的撞击时, 会自动失效。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的设有插头的电子设备, 其特征在于: 所述锁定机 构包括与所述插头固连且朝机壳的一个侧壁延伸的弹力筋条、 固设于所述弹力 筋条远离所述插头一端的定位凸起以及与所述定位凸起固连的按钮, 其中: 所述侧壁上开设有与所述插头缩回或伸出所述端口的方向相平行的滑道, 所述按钮延伸出所述滑道且可在所述滑道滑动;
所述侧壁上还开设有定位槽, 所述定位凸起远离所述插头的一侧设有逐渐 降低的坡面, 所述定位凸起嵌于所述定位槽内且所述坡面与所述定位槽的内壁 相抵靠。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的设有插头的电子设备, 其特征在于: 所述电路板 与所述插头相固连, 所述弹力筋条与所述电路板相固连。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的设有插头的电子设备, 其特征在于: 所述弹力筋 条以所述端口的轴向中心线对称设置于所述电路板上, 所述定位凸起呈条形且 设于所述对称设置的弹力筋条之间, 所述按钮位于所述定位凸起的中间。
5、 根据权利要求 2或 3或 4所述的设有插头的电子设备, 其特征在于: 所 述定位凸起顶部的横截面呈梯形, 其底边较大且与所述弹力筋条相固连。
6、 根据权利要求 2或 3或 4所述的设有插头的电子设备, 其特征在于: 所 述侧壁上还设有滑动槽, 所述滑道开设于所述滑动槽的底面上, 所述按钮固连 有呈板状的滑块, 所述滑块嵌于所述滑动槽内且其可在所述滑动槽内沿所述滑 道的延伸方向滑动。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一所述的设有插头的电子设备, 其特征在于: 所 述插头周围的所述电路板上固设有呈框状的连接座, 所述弹力筋条与所述连接 座相固连。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的设有插头的电子设备,其特征在于:所述连接座、 所述弹力筋条以及所述按钮均为塑胶材料制成。
9、 根据权利要求 2或 3或 4所述的设有插头的电子设备, 其特征在于: 所 述侧壁为所述机壳上正投影面积最大的侧壁。
10、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一所述的设有插头的电子设备, 其特征在于: 该设有插头的电子设备为数据卡或 U盘。
