组装时, 先将所述弹性金属丝 20平放于所述卡盖 14的容置槽 17内, 使弹性金属丝 20受限于所述容置槽 17内。 然后, 将锁扣 21 向下卡于所述卡盖 14上, 此时, 弹性金属丝 20夹置于所述卡盖 14 与所述锁扣 21之间, 所述锁扣 21的挡块 24滑动于第一滑槽 34内, 所述锁扣 21的滑块 25滑动且卡于所述第二滑槽 35内。 然后, 所述 卡盖 14的第二端 16枢接于所述壳体 12上。 在使用过程中, 朝向所 述壳体 12按压所述卡盖 14, 所述卡勾 22的倒角面 43在朝向所述壳 体 12按压所述卡盖 14时滑过所述圆弧面 42, 锁扣 21的挡块 24与 滑块 25相对于所述卡盖 14朝外滑动, 此时, 所述挡块 24抵压弹性 金属丝 20的相应抵持部 28并使弹性金属丝 20处于压缩状态。 在所 述弹性金属丝 20的弹力作用下, 所述卡勾 22卡于所述卡槽 26内。 此时, 所述锁扣 21装置处于锁紧状态。 当需要开启所述锁扣 21装置 时, 只需要朝外推动所述锁扣 21, 将卡勾 22由所述卡槽 26内脱离。 无论是锁扣装置在锁紧过程中还是开启过程中, 所述卡盖 14的第二 端 16的转轴 44在轴孔 45内转动。 因此, 本发明提供的锁扣 21结构 使用方便, 工艺简单。
利用弹性金属丝 20为锁扣 21提供弹力, 工艺简单, 性能可靠。 弹性金属丝 20体积小, 占用空间小, 组装时先将弹性金属丝 20放进 容置槽 17里, 可避免弹性金属丝 20在装配时乱蹦及丢失。

权利要求
1、 一种锁扣装置, 其包括用以容置电池或 /和 SD卡的壳体及置 于所述壳体顶部以将电池或 /和 SD卡罩设于所述壳体内的卡盖,其特 征在于: 所述卡盖的第一端的顶部开设有容置槽, 所述卡盖的与所述 第一端相对的第二端枢接于所述壳体顶部的第一端,所述锁扣装置还 包括容置于所述卡盖的容置槽内的弹性金属丝及滑动连接于所述卡 盖的第一端的锁扣,所述锁扣具有用于勾扣所述壳体顶部的与所述第 一端相对的第二端的卡勾,所述锁扣于背向所述卡盖的第二端滑动时 压缩所述弹性金属丝并使所述卡勾脱离所述壳体顶部的第二端,所述 弹性金属丝是由一根金属丝在同一平面内来回弯折而成的,所述弹性 金属丝平放于所述卡盖的容置槽内。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的锁扣装置, 其特征在于: 所述弹性金 属丝压缩置于所述卡盖的容置槽内。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的锁扣装置, 其特征在于: 所述锁扣包 括一主板、由所述主板朝向所述卡盖方向延伸的挡块及分别设置于所 述主板相对两侧的二滑块,所述卡勾由所述主板的远离所述卡盖的第 二端向下弯折延伸, 所述滑块滑动卡于所述卡盖上, 所述挡块随着所 述滑块背向所述卡盖的第二端滑动而滑动并抵压所述弹性金属丝。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的锁扣装置, 其特征在于: 所述滑块包 括由所述主板的底面向下延伸的凸块及由所述主板的相应侧边向外 凸伸且卡于所述卡盖上的卡块,所述卡盖第一端的顶部开设有供所述 挡块滑动其内的第一滑槽及供所述滑块滑动其内的第二滑槽,所述第 二滑槽包括容置所述凸块的凸块槽及容置所述卡块的卡块槽,所述卡 块槽与所述卡盖的顶面之间形成有阻挡所述卡块脱离所述卡块槽的 阻挡部。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的锁扣装置, 其特征在于: 所述凸块与 所述卡块的连接处进行倒角处理而形成导引面,所述导引面引导所述 卡块滑过所述阻挡部而进入所述卡块槽内。
6、根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的锁扣装置,其特征在于: 所 述弹性金属丝包括设置于相对两端的二抵持部及连接于所述抵持部 之间的至少二弯折部, 其中一抵持部抵压于所述锁扣上, 另一抵持部 抵压于所述容置槽的侧壁面上。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的锁扣装置, 其特征在于: 所述弯折部 的数量为偶数, 所述二抵持部背向延伸。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的锁扣装置, 其特征在于: 所述弯折部 的数量为奇数, 所述二抵持部同向延伸。
9、 根据权利要求 3至 5任一项所述的锁扣装置, 其特征在于: 所述壳体顶部的第二端设置有供所述锁扣的卡勾勾扣的卡槽,所述卡 盖的第一端开设有供所述锁扣的主板嵌入的嵌槽,所述容置槽于所述 卡盖内的深度大于所述嵌槽于卡盖内的深度,所述嵌槽于所述卡盖的 第一端设置有圆弧面, 所述卡勾的底端缘设置有倒角面, 所述卡勾的 倒角面在朝向所述壳体按压所述锁扣时滑过所述圆弧面并使所述卡 勾在所述弹性金属丝的弹力作用下卡于所述卡槽内。
10、 根据权利要求 3至 5任一项所述的锁扣装置, 其特征在于: 所述锁扣的主板顶面设置有方便推动所述锁扣的若干凸棱。
