制票方法及制票装置 本申请要求于 2009 年 11 月 6 日提交至中国专利局、 申请号为 200910211193.4、 发明名称为 "一种制票方法及制票装置" 的中国发明专利 申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合于本申请中。 技术领域 本发明涉及制票领域, 具体涉及一种制票方法和制票装置。 背景技术 目前的火车、 汽车车票等有价证券, 为了便于统一管理, 每张票都印刷 有唯一的票号, 如税务发票一样有唯一的序号, 以明码的方式出现在车票的 明显位置。 行业内的工作人员能直接从票号可以获得基本的信息初步判断车票的有 效性; 在乘客购票的制票过程中, 上层系统获取票号信息后需要对车票相关 的更详细信息进行处理, 如制票地、 制票机器、 制票时间、 制票人员等, 并 把票号与这些信息组合后以密文方式出现在车票上, 如打印图形、 条码, 或 写磁数据等方式保存在票面上。 从而在检票时可以把密文解密后的信息与票 号的明文信息相对比进行进一步的防伪, 如密文信息与明文信息的匹配等。 然而, 实际的制票过程中, 往往艮难实时获取票号信息, 目前釆用人工 对票号的方式手动录入票号, 不仅工作效率低、 出错概率大, 而且出错后不 易发现。 因此, 亟需提供一种新的制票装置和制票方法, 以降低手工录入票号的 不足。 发明内容 本发明的目的在于提供一种制票方法, 以实现自动识别票号, 降低票号 录入的故障率。 本发明的目的还在于提供一种制票装置。 为此, 一方面, 本发明提供了一种制票方法, 其包括: 步骤 a, 釆集制 票票纸的图像, 从釆集到的所述图像中识别票号, 并对识别到的票号进行有 效性判定以获得有效票号, 以及步骤 b, 在接收到制票指令时, 将包含有效 票号的制票信息打印在相应的票纸上。 优选地, 在步骤 a完成后, 将步骤 a判定有效的票号进行存储, 相应地, 步骤 b将存储的有效票号作为制票信息的一部分, 打印在相应的票纸上。 优选地, 步骤 b先于步骤 a或与步骤 a同时执行, 步骤 a获取的有效票 号为下一制票指令所使用的制票信息的一部分, 步骤 b使用的制票信息包括 已经存储的用于本次制票指令的有效票号。 优选地, 当制票装置上电时或者更换纸卷后的首张票纸制票, 先执行步 4聚 a, 再执行步 4聚1?。 优选地, 对于连续的制票票纸, 在步骤 a完成后, 将连续票纸运送到切 纸位置切割成单张的制票票纸。 优选地, 在步骤 a中, 釆用票号的区间策略或顺序策略对票号有效性判 定进行判定。 优选地, 在步骤 b中, 当票纸为磁性票纸时, 还将制票信息写入磁性票 纸的磁区 i或。 另一方面, 本发明提供了一种制票装置, 其包括: 图像釆集单元, 用于 釆集用于制票的票纸的图像; 打印单元, 用于在票纸上打印制票信息; 以及 控制器, 用于将图像釆集单元釆集的票纸图像或从票纸图像中识别的票号发 送至主机, 根据制票指令和接收的制票信息控制打印单元对票纸进行打印。 优选地, 本发明的制票装置还包括: 存储器, 用于存储由主机根据票号 给出的制票信息, 相应地, 控制器接收来自存储器的制票信息。 优选地, 本发明的制票装置还包括: 写磁单元, 用于在票纸的磁区域写 入制票信息; 控制器还根据制票指令控制写磁单元的写磁操作。 优选地, 上述图像釆集单元、 写磁单元和打印单元顺次排列在制票装置 的票纸处理通道上, 其中, 图像釆集单元和写磁单元之间的票纸处理通道上 还设置有切票机构, 用于将连续票纸切成单张票纸。 在制票过程中, 自动对票纸进行扫描、 自动对扫描的图像进行票号识别、 对包含识别票号的制票信息进行打印和写磁的控制方法, 不但省掉了人工录 入票号的麻烦, 还极大提高了票号录入的准确度, 提高了制票的工作效率, 根据不同的票号识别策略, 可以适用于多种编号规则下的空白票纸, 克服了 当前制票过程中票号必须连号的缺点。 根据本发明的制票装置和制票方法, 无需改进印刷厂的设备。 当然, 印 刷厂也可增加预写能由当前的制票机自动识别的磁信息等设备, 然而, 设备 改进成本高、 需要增加预写磁信息与印刷票号的一致性校验等流程, 需要同 时改进印刷票流程和制票流程, 缺乏应用的灵活性。 居本发明的制票装置 和制票方法提高了应用的灵活性。 除了上面所描述的目的、 特征和优点之外, 本发明还有其它的目的、 特 征和优点。 附图说明 构成本说明书的一部分、 用于进一步理解本发明的附图示出了本发明的 优选实施例, 并与说明书一起用来说明本发明的原理。 图中: 图 1是根据本发明一实施例的制票装置的电路框图; 图 2是本发明典型实施例的制票装置的结构示意图; 图 3是才艮据本发明制票装置在内置 OCR识别功能时的数据处理逻辑示 意图; 图 4是才艮据本发明制票装置在由主机进行 OCR识别功能时的数据处理 逻辑示意图; 图 5是根据本发明制票方法的制票流程图; 图 6是才艮据本发明制票方法中对 OCR识别票号的处理流程图; 图 7是根据本发明制票方法中对异常票号的人工处理流程图; 图 8是 居本发明制票方法的票号检验处理流程图; 以及 图 9是本发明的票号处理示意图。 具体实施方式 以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明, 但是本发明可以由权利 要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。 图 1是本发明一实施例制票装置的示意图, 下面依照附图进行说明。 如图 1所示, 制票装置包括: 控制器 31、 接口单元 32、 磁读写单元 33、 打印单元 34、 图像釆集单元 35和传感器 36等。 其中, 控制器 31 , 控制与主机之间的数据交互, 如接收票纸打印命令、 发送装置的状态等, 控制制票过程中何时扫描图像、 何时进行磁数据的读写 操作、 何时打印等。 接口单元 32 , 为制票装置与主机间的数据通信提供通路。 磁读写单元 33 , 向票纸的磁区域写入磁数据并将写入的磁数据读出来进 行效-险以确定磁数据的正确性。 打印单元 34 , 根据控制单元的要求对要打印的数据进行打印, 打印单元 可以为热转印打印, 也可以为色带打印或喷墨打印等。 图像釆集单元 35 , 根据控制器 31 的要求对票纸进行扫描, 釆集票纸的 图像数据, 图像釆集单元可以为 CIS扫描器件也可以为 CCD器件或其他方 式的扫描器件, 其釆集的图像可以为灰度图像也可以为彩色图像, 根据票纸 上图像的光学特性釆用不同的扫描方式。 传感器 36 , 检测票纸在制票装置中的位置, 如票纸在扫描单元处、 在磁 读写单元处、 在打印单元处等, 只有票纸到达各个单元的设定位置时才进行 操作。 存储器 37 , 存储从主机发送过来的数据, 比如, 存储磁读写单元的写磁 数据、 存储打印单元要打印的数据, 也存储扫描单元的扫描数据及与票号相 关的票号参考数据等, 还存储传感器 36的检测数据等。 由控制器 31根据一 定的操作流程, 进行各种操作: 图像扫描、 磁数据写读、 打印信息打印等。 从图 1的制票装置的组成示意图中, 可以直接得到各个组成单元的实现 功能及彼此之间的工作关系。 每个组成单元之间的实际位置关系及组成单元 在整个制票过程的作用可以通过图 2更加清楚地理解。 如图 2所示,在制票装置票纸处理通道上依次分布着扫描器 2、切刀(或 者称为切刀机构) 5、 磁头 3及打印头 4 , 在通道的入口处放置着空白票纸票 卷 1 , 在通道的出口端有正常票出口 18及异常票出口 19 , 在通道内还分布 着若千传感器, 用于检测制票过程中票纸在通道中的位置。 扫描器 2和传感器 10、 传感器 11共同完成空白票纸的定位、 票纸图像 信息的釆集, 其中传感器 10检测入票口是否有票纸、 传感器 11检测票纸是 否传输到扫描器 2处, 扫描器 2对票纸进行扫描、 釆集扫描图像, 扫描器可 以为 CIS器件也可以为 CCD器件, 或其他类型的扫描器件; 切刀 5实现票 纸的切票操作, 4巴连续票切成单张票; 磁头 3 , 完成票纸的写磁操作, 4巴磁 数据写到票纸的磁区域, 在进行写磁操作时由传感器 12 进行票纸定位, 磁 数据中包括由扫描器 2釆集图像中识别的票纸票号与其他信息相结合, 如设 备编号、 操作人员编号、 时间等进行加密处理后以密文方式写在票纸的磁区 域, 在要求更高的设备, 还可以增加读磁的磁头以对写入的磁信息进行校验 确保写入信息的准确; 打印头 4实现打印信息的打印, 在进行打印操作时由 传感器 13进行票纸定位, 可以根据应用的需要选择不同工作方式的打印头, 如热转印打印头、 喷墨打印头等; 正常票通过正常票出口 18 送出, 异常票 通过异常票出口 19送出。 装置内各个部分是否进行工作、 彼此之间的工作顺序由装置设备的配置 或流程来选择, 如当使用非连续票纸时, 则不需要切刀 5工作; 当不进行票 号识别时则扫描器 5不进行扫描等。 以上是使用磁性票纸进行制票时的制票装置说明, 当使用不包含磁性区 域的票纸进行制票时, 制票装置中与磁操作相关的组成部分可以省略, 如图 1中的磁读写单元 33、 图 2中的磁头 3和传感器 12相应省略。 装置内的各个部分所具有的功能, 可以通过图 3、 图 4的制票系统功能 示意图, 理解装置内各个部分的数据处理流程。 图 3是本发明一制票装置内置 OCR识别功能时的数据处理逻辑示意图 , 下面依图对各个逻辑单元的功能及处理数据的过程进行说明: 制票系统包括制票装置 50及与其相连接的主机 70。 制票装置在接收到主机发送的制票命令后完成制票操作、 下一张票纸的 票号识别操作等, 并把识别结果传送到主机为下一张票的制票做准备, 主机 发送的制票命令中包含票号及其他附加信息。 制票装置 50主要包括以下逻辑功能单元: 通信控制器 51 , 进行制票装置与主机之间的通信, 包括接收主机发送的 各种命令、 向主机发送制票装置的票纸票号识别结果、 制票操作完成情况、 制票装置各个单元的状态等; 数据存储器 52 存储制票装置的各种数据, 如从主机接收的各种指令、 各种指令的处理结果、 各个单元的状态数据等; 命令处理器 53 , 对接收的各种命令进行解析确定要进行的操作, 如图像 釆集、 磁数据的写磁操作、 打印操作等; 图像釆集控制器 58 , 用于控制图像釆集器件, 如 CIS釆集器或 CCD釆 集器等进行对票纸的图像釆集工作; 图像釆集器 59 , 如 CIS釆集器或 CCD釆集器, 其根据图像釆集控制器 58的要求实施图像釆集工作, 并把釆集的图像存储在数据存储器 52中; 釆集数据处理器 60 , 对图像釆集器釆集的图像数据进行一定的光学处 理, 根据不同类型的扫描器件特性对釆集数据进行校正、 补偿, 使釆集数据 更接近于被扫描票纸的真实图像, 更便于图像识别;
OCR识别单元 61 , 对经釆集图像处理器处理过的釆集图像进行 OCR识 别, 得到票纸的识别票号; 比较器 62 , 对票纸的识别票号与有效票号进行对比, 如果识别票号是有 效票号, 则不 4艮警, 如果识别票号不是有效票号, 则向显示单元 63 发送 4艮 警信息, 无论识别结果如何都要 4巴识别结果上传到主机; 磁头控制器 54 , 根据制票指令的要求控制磁头 55对磁数据进行写磁操 作; 以及 打印控制器 56 , 根据制票指令的要求控制打印头 57把打印数据打印在 票纸上。 制票装置的各个功能单元之间互相配合共同完成制票等各种操作, 其中 图像釆集控制器 58和图像釆集器 59共同完成票纸的图像釆集工作; 釆集数 据处理器 60、 OCR识别单元 61和比较器 62共同完成对票纸釆集图像数据 的处理, 实现票纸票号的识别和有效性确认等; 其中的票号 OCR识别及识 别票号的有效性判定也可以由主机完成, 这样简化了制票装置的操作流程。 下面以图 4为例说明在主机中实现 OCR识别及识别票号的有效性判定 工作时的制票系统的逻辑功能。 在主机中实现 OCR识别及识别票号的有效性判定工作与在制票装置中 实现 OCR识别及识别票号的有效性判定工作的主要区别在于, 如图 4的釆 集数据处理器 60对图像釆集器件 CIS/CCD的釆集图像进行必要的处理后, 把处理完的数据直接传送到主机 100 , 由主机中的 OCR识别功能单元 61进 行票号的 OCR识别, 并 4巴识别的票号经比较器 62进行识别票号的有效性处 理, 判定结果存储在主机的数据存储器 102中供下一次制票操作时使用。 如果是非有效票号则由主机 100的显示单元 104和 /或制票装置 80的显 示单元 63进行报警提示。 在主机中进行票号 OCR识别及识别票号的有效性 判定增加了釆集数据的传输时间, 但可以简化制票装置的软件复杂度, 可以 根据实际应用情况的需要进行设计或配置。 详细的制票方法及具体的处理流程可以通过图 5、 图 6、 图 7、 图 8、 图 9的详细描述, 得到进一步的认识和理解。 本发明提供的制票方法包括步骤 a, 釆集制票票纸的图像, 从釆集到的 所述图像中识别票号, 并对识别到的所述票号进行有效性判定, 以及步骤 b, 在接收到制票指令时, 将包含所述有效票号的制票信息打印在相应的所述票 纸上。 通常, 先执行步骤 a识别本次制票所需票号, 然后再执行步骤 b, 将 包含所述有效票号的制票信息打印在相应的所述票纸上。 优选地, 步骤 b先于步骤 a或与步骤 a同时执行, 步骤 a获取的有效票 号为下一制票指令所使用的制票信息的一部分, 所述步骤 b使用的制票信息 包括已经存储的用于本次制票指令的有效票号。 这样, 在制本次票的同时, 识别下一张票纸的票号, 以便提前做好准备, 供下一张制票时使用, 避免先 执行子流程 2再执行子流程 1时, 因等待识别票号延长制票时间, 从而提高 制票速度。 需要说明的是, 当制票装置上电时或者更换纸卷后的首张票纸制票, 需 要先执行步骤 a, 再执行步骤 b。 图 5为本发明的制票过程的流程图, 如图所示, 制票流程包括子流程 1 和子流程 2。 其中, 子流程 1 包括本票纸的磁数据写读、 打印等操作; 子流 程 2包括票纸的图像釆集及票号的 OCR识别等。 本实施例中, 子流程 1和 子流程 2并行执行。 子流程 1的详细步骤如下: 步骤 S301 , 对票纸进行切票操作, 把连续票纸切为单张的票纸, 便于进 一步的处理; 只有当使用连续票纸的票卷时才需要切票操作, 如果制票装置 使用单张票纸则不需要进行切票操作, 本步骤可以省略。 步骤 S302 , 把票纸传送到磁头处, 准备对磁数据进行写磁操作, 在此过 程中可能需要定位操作, 由传感器等进行辅助操作, 在此省略。 步骤 S303 , 把接收的制票指令中的写磁数据写入到票纸的磁区域, 写磁 数据中包含了本次制票的有效票号的信息。 为了保证写磁操作的准确性还可 以增加读磁操作, 把读到的磁数据与写入的磁数据进行对比, 确认写磁操作 的有效性, 此过程可以根据需要是否增加, 在此不再赞述。 步骤 S304, 巴票纸送到打印头处, 准备打印, 在此过程中可能需要定位 操作, 由传感器等进行辅助操作, 在此省略。 步骤 S305, 进行票纸打印, 把接收的制票指令中的打印数据打印在票纸 上, 其中打印数据包含了本次制票的有效票号的信息。 步骤 S306, 4巴票纸从有效票出口送出, 便于购票人员或其它工作人员取 走。 至此, 本次要制的票已经处理完, 还需要对下一张要制的票纸进行票号 识别, 为下一张票纸的制票提供有效票号。 需要说明的是对于非磁性票纸的制票, 不包含写磁或读磁步骤。 子流程 2的详细步 4聚如下: 步骤 S307, 4巴下一张票纸送到图像釆集的扫描位置, 为图像釆集 #丈好准 备。 步骤 S308, 对下一张票纸进行图像扫描, 生成釆集图像, 为釆集图像的 OCR识别做准备。 步骤 S309,判断是否在制票装置进行 OCR识别还是在主机进行 OCR识 别, 如果在本机进行 OCR识别则由步骤 S310继续处理; 如果不是在本机进 行 OCR识别, 则由步骤 S313把釆集图像发送到主机, 再由主机进行 OCR 识别、 识别票号的有效性判定等操作。 步骤 S310, 在本机进行 OCR图像识别, 把票纸票号从扫描图像中识别 出来并保存。 步骤 S311 , 票号有效性处理, 把 OCR识别的票号与制票装置中预存的 标准票号进行对比判定票号的有效性, 票号有效性处理的具体过程见图 7的 详细说明。 识别票号判定有效后, 把判定结果发送到主机, 由主机存储该有 效票号为下一张票纸的制票票号。 步骤 S312 , 4巴票号有效性处理结果发送到主机, 为制票处理故准备。 步 4聚 S314, 4巴票纸送到切刀处, 为制票装置的操作故准备。 需要说明的是, 子流程 1和子流程 2也可以串行进行, 先执行子流程 1 再进行子流程 2。 这样, 在制本次票的之后, 识别下一张票纸的票号, 以便 提前做好准备, 供下一张制票时使用, 避免先执行子流程 2再执行子流程 1 时, 因等待识别票号延长制票时间, 从而提高制票速度。 下面详细描述识别票号的有效性判断的处理过程, 如图 6所示, 具体步 骤如下: 步骤 S501 , 判断识别票号的长度是否等于标准长度, 如果识别票号的长 度不等于标准长度, 则转到步骤 S508 进行异常票号的人工辅助处理; 如果 识别票号的长度等于标准长度, 则进行下一步判断。 步骤 S502 , 选择票号有效的判定策略, 有效票号的判定策略可以是顺序 策略也可以是区间策略, 如果选择区间策略, 则由步 4聚 S503 继续处理; 如 果选择顺序策略, 则由步骤 S504进行下一步处理; 步骤 S503 , 判定识别票号是否在有效票号范围内, 如果识别票号不在有 效票号范围内则转到步骤 S508 进行异常票号的人工辅助处理。 造成该票号 异常的原因, 可能是票纸的印刷问题, 或者票纸受到损伤、 粘有灰尘等。 如 果该识别票号在有效票号的范围内, 则进行下一步的判断。 步骤 S504, 本识别票号是否已制票, 如果本识别票号的票已经制票, 则 说明要么是识别票号不正确, 要么是有重号的票纸, 无论何种情况都需要人 工进行核实确认, 因此转到步骤 S508 进行异常票号的人工辅助处理; 如果 本识别票号未制票, 则说明本识别票号为确认的识别票号, 由步骤 S505 保 存该确认票号, 为制票做准备, 同时记录该票号的票纸已经被识别, 在制票 操作完成后, 需要记录制票票号。 步骤 S506, 当选择顺序策略判定票号有效时, 判定本次识别票号是否等 于上一个识别票号 +1 , 如果等于, 则说明识别票号是准确的; 如果不等于, 则说明识别的票号有疑问, 需要人工确认。 顺序识别票号, 也可以按照票号 的递减来进行判定, 这需要和票纸的票号编码策略配合, 只要二者的编码策 略一致即可。 步骤 S507, 保存本次经确认的有效票号, 为制票做准备, 也为下一张票 纸的识别票号的有效性判断做准备。 步骤 S508, 异常票号的人工辅助处理, 对不能自动确认的识别票号进行 辅助处理, 需要人工辅助进行进一步的处理。 如果识别票号能够确认, 则不需要人工辅助, 票号有效性确认过程至此 结束; 如果不能够确认有效性, 则还进行人工辅助处理。 具体处理过程见图 7中的过程描述: 步骤 S601 ,是否需要再一次进行票号自动识别,如果需要则由步骤 S603 向制票装置发送票号校验指令, 制票装置再进行一次票纸的图像釆集、 票号 的 OCR识别等, 可以克服因车票变形或粘有灰尘等原因造成票号的识别错 误等; 如果不需要再一次的票号自动识别, 则继续进行处理; 步骤 S602 , 是否需要人工输入票号, 如果被识别票纸确实存在票号印刷 不清楚、 残缺、 号码扭曲变形等问题, 当仍然可以人工识别其号码, 则该被 识别票纸仍然可以使用, 没有必要作废, 转到步骤 S606 进行相应处理; 如 果被识别票纸的残损或被玷污程度造成该票号无法使用, 则进行相应的作废 处理; 步骤 S604, 对不能使用的票纸向制票装置发送票纸作废指令, 制票装置 在接收到该指令后进行相应处理后 4巴废票从异常票出口送出, 该处理过程不 再赘述; 步骤 S605, 主机报警, 并记录票号识别错误的各种相关信息, 如制票装 置的编号、 票纸编号等, 为查找票号识别出错的原因奠定基础; 步骤 S606 , 如果票纸仍然可以使用则人工输入票号, 并由步骤 S607记 录该人工输入的票号, 为下一张票纸的制票做准备。 由于自动识别票号的准确率很高,正常情况下几乎不需要人工辅助处理。 增加人工辅助处理的操作是为了确保在票纸印刷异常、或制票装置出现问题, 如图像釆集单元老化等情况下的补救措施。 图 9以图像的方式说明票纸票号的 OCR识别及识别票号的有效性判定, 可以更加清晰、直观的了解其工作过程, 下面对图 9中的各个步骤进行说明。 在票纸 110中的右上端印有票纸的票号,票号为 3872438578375932A08, 其中数字 "9" 不清晰, 可能印刷不清晰或遭到玷污等, 经图像釆集器釆集 图像并对釆集完的图像经 OCR识别后, 识别的票号如 111所示, 不清晰的数 字 "9" 被识别为数字 "8" , 如其中 111 中的带下划线的数字 "8" 所示, 其 它的字符均识别正确。 然后进行识别票号的有效性判定, 票号有效性判定可以选择使用不同的 判断策略,当釆用连续票纸时可以釆用票号连续加 1或票号连续减 1的策略; 当釆用非连续票纸时, 可以釆用号码区间策略, 即识别号码在一个号码区间 即可认为该号码为是有效票号。 图 9中的步骤 112使用号码区间策略, 票号 区间为:
3872438578375932A00--3872438578375933A99 识别的号码不在号码区间, 因此可以认为识别票号不正确; 如步骤 113 所示, 正确的号码应该为 3872438578375932A08, 不过这个号码需要经过人 工确认 114操作。 从以上的处理流程中可以得知, 进行 OCR识别时, 只要 识别的字符存在疑问就需要通知主机,对票号的判定结果进行人工确认操作; 由于正常情况下, 票纸票号的印刷非常清晰, 几乎不存在 OCR识别号码不 确定问题。 在票号识别出现异常, 需要对票号进行独立的识别及有效性判断, 其处 理流程如图 8所示, 具体描述如下: 步骤 S401 , 把票纸送到图像釆集的扫描位置, 为图像釆集做好准备; 步骤 S402 , 对票纸进行图像扫描, 生成釆集图像, 为釆集图像的 OCR 识别做准备; 步骤 S403 ,判断是否在制票装置进行 OCR识别还是在主机进行 OCR识 别, 如果在本机进行 OCR识别则由步骤 S404继续处理; 如果不是在本机进 行 OCR识别, 即在主机进行 OCR识别, 则由步骤 S407把釆集图像发送到 主机, 由主机进行 OCR识别及识别票号的有效性判定继续处理; 步骤 S404, 在本机进行 OCR图像识别, 把票纸票号从扫描图像中识别 出来并保存; 步骤 S405, 票号有效性处理, 4巴 OCR识别的票号与主机数据库中的标 准票号进行对比判定票号的有效性, 票号有效性处理的具体过程见图 6的详 细说明; 步骤 S406, 把票号是否有效及识别的票号等的判定结果发送到主机, 在 主机上为本票纸的制票操作做准备; 步骤 S408, 4巴票纸送到切刀处, 为制票装置的制票操作故准备。 在制票过程中, 自动对票纸进行扫描、 自动对扫描的图像进行票号识别、 对包含识别票号的制票信息进行打印和写磁的控制方法, 不但省掉了人工录 入票号的麻烦, 还极大提高了票号录入的准确度, 提高了制票的工作效率, 才艮据不同的票号识别策略, 可以适用于多种编号规则下的票纸, 克月艮了当前 制票过程中票号必须连号的缺点。 以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域 的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和原则 之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围 之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种制票方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
步骤 a, 釆集制票票纸的图像, 从釆集到的所述图像中识别票号, 并对识别到的所述票号进行有效性判定以获得有效票号, 以及
步骤 b, 在接收到制票指令时, 将包含所述有效票号的制票信息打 印在相应的所述票纸上。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的制票方法, 其特征在于, 在步骤 a完成后, 将步 骤 a判定有效的票号进行存储, 相应地, 所述步骤 b将存储的所述有效 票号作为所述制票信息的一部分, 打印在相应的票纸上。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的制票方法, 其特征在于,
步骤 b先于步骤 a或与步骤 a同时执行, 步骤 a获取的有效票号为 下一制票指令所使用的制票信息的一部分, 所述步骤 b使用的制票信息 包括已经存储的用于本次制票指令的有效票号。
4. 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的制票方法, 其特征在于,
对于连续的制票票纸, 在步骤 a完成后, 将所述连续票纸运送到切 纸位置切割成单张的制票票纸。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的制票方法, 其特征在于, 在步骤 a中, 釆用票号 的区间策略或顺序策略对票号有效性进行判定。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的制票方法, 其特征在于, 在步骤 b中, 当所述票 纸为磁性票纸时, 还将制票信息写入所述磁性票纸的磁区域。
7. 一种制票装置, 包括:
图像釆集单元, 用于釆集用于制票的票纸的图像;
打印单元, 用于在所述票纸上打印制票信息; 以及
控制器, 用于将所述图像釆集单元釆集的票纸图像或从票纸图像中 识别的票号发送至主机, 根据制票指令和接收的制票信息控制所述打印 单元对票纸进行打印。
8. 根据权利要求 7所述的制票装置, 其特征在于, 还包括: 存储器, 用于存储由所述主机根据票号给出的所述制票信息, 其中, 所述控制器接收来自所述存储器的制票信息。
9. 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的制票装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
写磁单元, 用于在所述票纸的磁区域写入所述制票信息; 所述控制 器还根据所述制票指令控制所述写磁单元的写磁操作。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的制票装置, 其特征在于, 所述图像釆集单元、 写 磁单元和打印单元顺次排列在制票装置的票纸处理通道上, 其中, 所述 图像釆集单元和写磁单元之间的票纸处理通道上还设置有切票机构, 用 于将连续票纸切成单张票纸。
