Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un dispositif dual d'affichage/visionnage tridimensionnel/bidimensionnel, lié en temps réel, adapté aux coordonnées, et à échelle vraie. Le dispositif d'affichage présente simultanément une image numérique tridimensionnelle et une image numérique bidimensionnelle associées à un dessin sélectionné. Le dispositif d'affichage de la présente invention permet à un utilisateur de visualiser un emplacement d'activité, un environnement extérieur et des dangers et des détails structuraux à échelle vraie pour des scènes structurelles intérieures ou extérieures. À l'aide du dispositif d'affichage et des outils, l'utilisateur peut obtenir des informations en temps réel sur un environnement, une mesure à l'échelle vraie, des trajets d'entrée/sortie de plan, des trajets les plus courts entre des points, et le nombre d'entrées de portes dans une structure et suivre des objets à l'intérieur de l'environnement affiché. Les renseignements obtenus à l'aide des outils et de l'affichage 3D/2D peuvent être utilisée et en outre manipulée par un utilisateur unique ou peuvent être délivrés à d'autres utilisateurs.
