如图3所示,所述伞骨举升机构包括举升驱动机构和举升机械机构;所述举升驱动机构包括举升电机51及受其驱动的丝杠48和丝杠螺母49副;举升电机51通过举升电机支架50固定在伞箱体1内;所述举升机械机构包括举升长杆38、举升短杆37、导轨40、举升弹簧43、长举升推杆44、短举升推杆41,所述举升长杆38、导轨40、短举升推杆41和长举升推杆44均由导轨滑套42连接,分别通过导轨座39固定在伞箱体1底板上;所述举升短杆37一端通过短举升杆支座10与伞箱体1底板固定,另一端与举升长杆38中部铰支连接;长举升推杆44通过导轨滑套42推动举升长杆38时,旋接于长举升推杆44另一端的内伞骨座36和外伞骨座46作垂直举升运动;所述丝杠48通过丝杠支架47与所述伞箱体底部固定,所述丝杠螺母49与长举升推杆44固定,该丝杠螺母49在所述丝杠48移动带动长举升推杆44同步移动。
举升弹簧43套在导轨40上。可缓冲举升过程中的冲击力,使其运行平稳。
参见图4和图5,所述防晒机构包括伞骨、伞叶、伞骨连接块;所述伞叶附着在其伞骨上,所述伞骨通过伞骨连接块连接在中心轴上,所述中心轴穿置于平面推力轴承的内孔。
所述伞骨包括驱动伞骨5、主伞骨7、副伞骨6;所述伞骨连接块包括内伞骨连接块3、内伞副骨连接块4、外伞副骨连接块8、外伞主骨连接块9;所述平面推力轴承包括设置在上压盖17与底座25之间的第一、第二、第三伞骨根圆19、14、13和其间的钢珠15;前述各伞骨一端通过前述各连接块与其伞骨根圆固定;所述主伞骨7套接于其从动中心轴21;所述副伞骨6与其连接块套接;所述驱动伞骨一端与其主动中心轴29固定;前述各主伞骨之间的距离受其伞骨根圆中的拨针20制约;前述各伞骨除驱动伞骨5为主动伞骨外,其余均为从动伞骨。
如图5所示,所述伞骨传动机构包括蜗轮31、蜗杆30、伞骨驱动电机32、齿轮组、和止推轴承33;所述伞骨驱动电机32通过蜗杆支架26固定在内伞骨座36和外伞骨座46内侧并与蜗杆30连接,所述蜗轮31通过平键28与所述主动中心轴29同轴装配;所述伞骨驱动电机32与蜗杆30驱动所述齿轮组中内、外伞主动齿轮34、24,带动与其啮合的内、外伞从动齿轮35、23;从而再带动与所述内、外伞从动齿轮35、23固定连接的所述从动中心轴21,所述主、从动中心轴29、21的转动带动与其固定驱动伞骨5,所述驱动伞骨5再带动其主伞骨7、副伞骨6。
所述伞骨传动机构为两套,分别驱动内置伞和外置伞,所述内置伞和外置伞皆由两个半伞组成;所述两伞通过伞骨座支撑杆45连接在一起,所述内伞的根部紧靠在一起,其外伞的根部有少许分开,其内伞骨排列在略高于其外伞骨的位置上。
所述伞叶防风装置包括伞叶弹簧钢丝、防风滑轮架11、弹簧钢丝压板12;各伞包括六片伞叶片,由十二根所述伞叶弹簧钢丝串联在一起,所述伞叶弹簧钢丝一端插入其主伞骨连接块,另一端穿过拉线套管,再经过所述防风滑轮架11连接到各伞骨管内的拉簧上;当所述各伞叶片被风吹开时,所述各伞叶片与各伞骨之间形成通风口;风力减小后,所述各伞叶片被其伞骨管内的拉簧迅速拉回原位。
所述伞叶上设置有电热丝;其伞箱体内配备有遥控感应装置。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车载自动伞,包括车载伞箱及其内的伞骨传动机构、伞骨举升机构、防晒机构和伞叶防风装置;所述车载伞箱包括伞箱体和伞箱盖,其特征在于:所述伞箱盖为车顶外壳的一部分,与车顶外壳的其余部分密封接合;当所述伞箱盖打开时,所述伞箱体与车顶外壳的其余部分密封接合;所述伞骨举升机构固定铰支于所述伞箱体内;所述伞骨传动机构、防晒机构和伞叶防风装置,位于所述伞骨举升机构之上,并通过平面推力轴承的上压盖固定在所述伞箱盖的伞盖垫板上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车载自动伞,其特征在于所述伞骨举升机构包括举升驱动机构和举升机械机构;所述举升驱动机构包括举升电机及受其驱动的丝杠和丝杠螺母副;所述举升机械机构包括举升长杆、举升短杆、导轨、举升弹簧、长举升推杆、短举升推杆,所述举升长杆、导轨、短举升推杆和长举升推杆均由导轨滑套连接,分别通过导轨座固定在伞箱体底板上;所述举升短杆一端通过短举升杆支座与伞箱体底板固定,另一端与举升长杆中部铰支连接;长举升推杆通过导轨滑套推动举升长杆时,旋接于举升长杆另一端的内伞骨座和外伞骨座作垂直举升运动;所述丝杠通过丝杠支架与所述伞箱体底部固定,所述丝杠螺母与长举升推杆或短举升推杆固定,该丝杠螺母在所述丝杠移动时带动长举升推杆或短举升推杆同步移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的车载自动伞,其特征在于举升弹簧套在导轨上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的车载自动伞,其特征在于所述防晒机构包括伞骨、伞叶、伞骨连接块;所述伞叶附着在其伞骨上,所述伞骨通过伞骨连接块连接在中心轴上,所述中心轴穿置于平面推力轴承的内孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的车载自动伞,其特征在于所述伞骨包括驱动伞骨、主伞骨、副伞骨;所述伞骨连接块包括伞骨连接块、伞副骨连接块;所述平面推力轴承包括设置在上压盖与底座之间的伞骨根圆和其间的钢珠;前述各伞骨通过前述各连接块与其伞骨根圆固定;所述主伞骨套接于中心轴;所述副伞骨与其连接块套接;所述驱动伞骨与其中心轴固定;前述各主伞骨之间的距离受其伞骨根圆中的拨针制约;前述各伞骨除驱动伞骨为主动伞骨外,其余均为从动伞骨。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任何一项所述的车载自动伞,其特征在于所述伞骨传动机构包括蜗轮、蜗杆、伞骨驱动电机、齿轮组、和止推轴承;所述伞骨驱动电机通过蜗杆支架固定在伞骨座内侧并与蜗杆连接,所述蜗轮通过平键与所述主动中心轴同轴装配;所述伞骨驱动电机与蜗杆驱动所述齿轮组中主动齿轮,带动与其啮合的从动齿轮;从而再带动与所述从动齿轮固定连接的所述从动中心轴,所述主、从动中心轴的转动带动与其固定的驱动伞骨,所述驱动伞骨再带动其主伞骨、副伞骨;所述主、从动中心轴各带动一个半伞,以对开的形式,各自朝相反的方向旋转180°打开或闭合。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的车载自动伞,其特征在于所述伞骨传动机构为两套,分别驱动内置伞和外置伞,所述内置伞和外置伞皆由两个半伞组成;所述两伞通过伞骨座支撑杆连接在一起,所述内伞的根部紧靠在一起,其外伞的根部有少许分开,其内伞骨排列在略高于其外伞骨的位置上;打开时外伞先开,闭合时外伞后闭合。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的车载自动伞,其特征在于所述伞叶防风装置包括伞叶弹簧钢丝、防风滑轮架、弹簧钢丝压板;各伞包括六片伞叶片,由十二根所述伞叶弹簧钢丝串联在一起,所述伞叶弹簧钢丝一端插入其主伞骨连接块,另一端穿过拉线套管,再经过所述防风滑轮架连接到各伞骨管内的拉簧上;当所述各伞叶片被风吹开时,所述各伞叶片与各伞骨之间形成通风口;风力减小后,所述各伞叶片被其伞骨管内的拉簧迅速拉回原位。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的车载自动伞,其特征在于所述伞叶防风装置包括伞叶弹簧钢丝、防风滑轮架、弹簧钢丝压板;各伞包括六片伞叶片,由十二根所述伞叶弹簧钢丝串联在一起,所述伞叶弹簧钢丝一端插入其主伞骨连接块,另一端穿过拉线套管,再经过所述防风滑轮架连接到各伞骨管内的拉簧上;当所述各伞叶片被风吹开时,所述各伞叶片与各伞骨之间形成通风口;风力减小后,所述各伞叶片被其伞骨管内的拉簧迅速拉回原位。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的车载自动伞,其特征在于所述伞叶上设置有电热丝;其伞箱体内配备有遥控感应装置。
