본 발명은 신발에 관한 것으로서, 신발바닥에 청소매트를 장착하여 신고 걸어 다님으로써 청소가 이루어지도록 구성한 청소기능을 갖는 신발을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 청소기능을 갖는 신발은 탄성을 갖는 쿠션부의 저면에 낱장씩 떼어낼 수 있게 청소시트들이 접착제에 의해 상호 부착 적층된 청소매트가 신발 바닥에 탈착 가능하게 장착되도록 상기 쿠션부에 체결부가 고정된 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.

Description

청소기능을 갖는 신발
본 발명은 신발에 관한 것으로서, 특히 신발바닥에 청소매트를 장착하여 신고 걸어 다님으로써 바닥 청소가 이루어지도록 구성한 것이다.
통상 학교 및 사무실과 같은 실내공간에서는 신발을 신고 다니며, 주택에서는 실내화를 신고 다닌다. 특히 서양 주택환경에서는 주택 내에서도 대부분 신발을 신고 다닌다.
한편, 실내공간의 바닥은 항상 먼지 및 다른 이물질이 떨어져 있어 수시로 청소하여야 하는데, 청소를 하기 위해서는 별도의 청소도구를 준비하고 시간을 내서 청소하여야 한다. 청소를 자주 하지 않을 경우 실내공간의 바닥에 떨어진 먼지 및 이물질에 의해 건강을 악화시킬 수 있다.
최근 청소의 번거로움을 해결하고자 실내화의 바닥면에 섬모를 고정시켜 실내화를 신고 실내를 돌아다님에 따라 실내공간의 바닥을 청소하는 청소용 실내화가 상용화되었다. 하지만, 청소용 실내화의 단점으로서, 실내화 바닥의 섬모로 청소를 하다보면 섬모가 더러워지게 되고, 더러워진 섬모를 방치할 경우 섬모 자체가 오염원으로 작용할 수 있어 수시로 실내화를 세탁하여야 한다. 이와 같이 수시로 실내화를 세탁하게 됨으로써, 실내화의 내구성이 떨어지는 단점이 있다.
본 발명은 앞에서 설명한 바와 같은 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 발명된 것으로서, 신발을 신은 상태로 걸어 다님에 따라 바닥을 청소할 수 있으며, 청소로 인해 신발 바닥이 더러워질 경우 간편하게 신발에 묻은 이물질을 제거할 수 있도록 구성한 청소기능을 갖는 신발을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 신발 바닥에 장착된 청소매트를 모두 사용한 경우 새로운 청소매트로 교체 가능하여 신발을 세척할 필요 없이 더러워진 청소매트 또는 청소시트만을 교체하도록 구성한 신발을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 청소기능을 갖는 신발은 탄성을 갖는 쿠션부의 저면에 낱장씩 떼어낼 수 있게 청소시트들이 접착제에 의해 상호 부착 적층된 청소매트가 신발 바닥에 탈착 가능하게 장착되도록 상기 쿠션부에 체결부가 고정된 것을 기술적 특징으로 한다.
또한, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따르면, 상기 청소시트들 중에서 상기 쿠션부에 부착되는 최상단 청소시트의 상면에는 접착제가 도포되며 상기 최상단 청소시트의 상면에 도포된 접착제는 다른 청소시트의 접착제의 접착력보다 크다.
또한, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따르면, 상기 청소시트의 가장자리에는 접착제가 도포되지 않은 손잡이부가 형성된다.

한편 다른 변형예로서 도 5에 보이듯이, 청소매트(110)는 운동화(101)와 대응하여 운동화(101)의 후단 상부로 절곡되거나 만곡된 상태로 운동화(101)의 바닥에 부착 고정된다. 그리고 손잡이부(150)에 숫자(151)를 인쇄함으로써, 운동화에 몇 장의 청소시트(110)가 남아 있는 지를 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 구성한다. 따라서 사용자는 청소시트(110)의 숫자를 확인하고 청소매트(110)의 교체시기를 파악하여 미리 청소매트(110)를 준비해 둘 수 있다.
이와 같이 구성된 청소매트(110)에 있어서, 최상단에 위치한 청소시트(140H)의 상면은 50oz/inch이상의 접착력을 갖는다. 이는 다른 청소시트(110)의 접착력보다 큰 접착력으로서, 쿠션부(120)에 청소매트(110)가 전체적으로 부착되어 유지될 수 있게 한 것이다. 최상단 청소시트(140H) 외에 다른 청소시트(110)의 접착력은 25oz/inch정도이다. 따라서 최상단 청소시트(140H) 외에 다른 청소시트(110)를 떼어 내더라도 최상단 청소시트는 쿠션부(120)에서 떨어지지 않는다. 그리고 청소시트(110)는 플라스틱, 범용 필름이거나 또는 아세테이트 재질로서 두께는 20 내지 100㎛ 이다.
한편, 도 4에 보이듯이, 청소매트(110)의 최상단 청소시트(140H)만이 남아 있고, 그 청소시트(140H) 마저 오염됐을 경우에, 사용자는 쿠션부(120)를 당겨 체결부(130)의 수컷부(132)를 암컷부(131)에서 분리한다. 그러면 운동화(101)에서 쿠션부(120)가 분리되며 새로 준비한 청소매트로 교체한다.
앞에서 설명한 제1실시예에 따른 신발에서는 체결부를 한 예로서 스냅버튼의 암컷부와 수컷부로 설명하였으나, 스냅버튼을 대신하여 조를 이루어 상호 체결 또는 분리 가능한 다른 체결부로 대체 가능하다.
[제2실시예]
본 발명의 제2실시예와 제1실시예를 비교하였을 때에 제1실시예에서는 운동화(101)를 예로 들었으나 제2실시예에서는 슬리퍼(102)에 관한 것으로 청소매트(110)의 구성을 동일하며, 단지 청소매트(110)가 체결되는 대상만이 다를 뿐이다. 따라서 제2실시예에 대한 구체적인 설명은 생략하고 도면에 대한 설명으로 대신한다.
도면에서, 도 6는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 청소기능을 갖는 슬리퍼를 나타낸 사시도이고, 도 7은 도 6에 도시된 슬리퍼에서 청소매트를 분리한 상태의 사시도이며, 도 6 및 도 7에 도시된 바와 같이 슬리퍼(102)의 바닥에는 청소매트(110)가 체결부(130)에 의해 탈착 가능하게 장착되며, 청소매트(110)의 청소시트(110)를 낱장씩 떼어내어 바닥을 청소한다.

Claims (8)

  1. 탄성을 갖는 쿠션부의 저면에 낱장씩 떼어낼 수 있게 청소시트들이 접착제에 의해 상호 부착 적층된 청소매트가 신발 바닥에 탈착 가능하게 장착되도록 상기 쿠션부에 체결부가 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 신발.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 청소시트들 중에서 상기 쿠션부에 부착되는 최상단 청소시트의 상면에는 접착제가 도포되며 상기 최상단 청소시트의 상면에 도포된 접착제는 다른 청소시트의 접착제의 접착력보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 신발.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 청소시트의 가장자리에는 접착제가 도포되지 않은 손잡이부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 신발.
  4. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 손잡이부에는 일련번호가 기재된 것을 특징으로 하는 신발.
  5. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 청소시트들에 도포된 접착제에는 소독제 및 세정제가 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 신발.
  6. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 체결부는 상호 체결 또는 분리되는 체결부재들이 상기 쿠션부의 상면 앞쪽과 뒤쪽에 각각 고정되고, 상기 신발의 바닥 저면 앞쪽과 뒤쪽에 각각 고정되어 상기 체결부재들끼리 체결되거나 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발.
  7. 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 체결부는 상기 체결부재인 암컷부와 수컷부로 구분되며 암컷부는 상기 신발에 고정되고, 상기 수컷부는 청소매트에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 신발.
  8. 제1항, 제2항, 제4항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 신발은 운동화 또는 슬리퍼인 것을 특징으로 하는 신발.
