Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'OLED (diode électroluminescente organique) (1) comprenant une pile de couches électroluminescentes (3) au dessus d'un substrat (2) encapsulé par un cache étanche (4), au moins les bords du substrat (2) et le cache étanche (4) étant recouverts d'un cache de protection (5) composé d'un matériau moulable, et un système d'OLED (10) comprenant au moins un dispositif d'OLED (1) et au moins une carte électronique (81, 82) connectée au(x) dispositif(s) d'OLED (1) par des connecteurs appropriés (85), comprenant de préférence en outre un corps de refroidissement (9) connecté thermiquement au dispositif d'OLED (1). L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif d'OLED (1) ou d'un système d'OLED (10) comprenant l'étape d'application d'un cache de protection (5) sur le dispositif d'OLED (1) ou sur le système d'OLED (10) grâce à une technique de moulage plastique pour recouvrir au moins partiellement le dispositif d'OLED (1) ou le système d'OLED (10).
