Abstract

본 발명은, 아크릴계 수지 시럽을 제막하는 제 1 단계; 및 제 1 단계에서 제막된 아크릴계 수지 시럽에 자외선을 조사하여 경화시키는 제 2 단계를 포함하는 아크릴 필름의 제조 방법 및 그를 사용하여 제조된 아크릴 필름에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 두께 편차가 적고, 두께 정밀도가 우수한 필름이 제공될 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따르면, 피쉬 아이 등의 필름의 결함 및 종횡 방향으로 물성차이가 최소한으로 억제될 수 있다. 이에 따라, 본 발명에 따른 필름은, 각종 반도체 공정의 보호 필름, 광학용 점착 또는 접착 제품, 전자 부품용 점착 또는 접착 제품 등의 다양한 산업용 시트나 다층 구조의 라미네이트 제품에 적용되어 탁월한 효과를 발휘할 수 있다.
