Definitions
- the present invention relates to a pressure detection unit and a pressure detection device used in an information input device or the like that enables information input by a user pressing a panel member.
- Patent Document 1 Conventionally, a pressure-sensitive sensor has been known as having a pressure detection function for detecting pressure (see Patent Document 1).
- the pressure-sensitive sensor described in Patent Document 1 is a method in which plastic films in which electrodes and a pressure-sensitive ink layer are laminated in order are bonded to each other via an insulating layer having adhesive layers on the front and back surfaces. It is a thing.
- the present applicant has filed an application for a configuration that suppresses a decrease in visibility of the display unit when the pressure-sensitive sensor of Patent Document 1 is employed in a touch panel that requires visibility ( (See Japanese Patent Application No. 2008-330288 and WO2010 / 074116).
- the pressure-sensitive sensor for the touch panel described in Japanese Patent Application No. 2008-330288 (WO2010 / 074116) has the same configuration as that of Patent Document 1 in the vertically stacked portion, but as shown in FIG.
- the pair of electrodes 21a and 22a are arranged in a frame shape along the edges of the plastic films 21A and 22A, and the two layers of pressure-sensitive inks 23a and 23b are scattered along the edges of the plastic films 21A and 22A. It is configured.
- the adhesive layer 30 has a three-layer structure in which the insulating material 30A is sandwiched between the adhesive materials 30B, so that the pressure sensor tends to be thick.
- the adhesive layer 30 is thick, the pressing operation to the sensor unit is hindered by the adhesive layer 30 itself, and the sensitivity of the sensor unit is lowered.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a pressure detection unit and a pressure detection device in which the sensitivity of the sensor unit by a pressing operation is good.
- the first characteristic configuration of the pressure detection unit according to the present invention is arranged in a line-like manner by being distributed between the first substrate and the second substrate which are arranged opposite to each other and receive a load from the outside, and the first substrate and the second substrate.
- an adhesive member for adhering the second substrate to the state in which the pair of electrodes and the pressure-sensitive ink are in contact with each other.
- conductive pressure-sensitive ink is interposed between a pair of electrodes that are distributed between the first substrate and the second substrate and arranged to face each other in a linear manner so as to cover at least one of the pair of electrodes.
- the entire area where the linear electrodes and the pressure-sensitive ink are arranged becomes a linear pressure detection unit, and a wide pressure detection region can be secured.
- the adhesive member for adhering the first substrate and the second substrate in a state where the pair of electrodes and the pressure-sensitive ink are in contact with each other the electrode and the pressure-sensitive ink are always in a state of being in contact with each other, and the pressure detection unit is detected by a pressing operation Sensitivity is improved.
- the conductive pressure-sensitive ink is interposed so as to cover at least one of the pair of electrodes, the pair of electrodes are not in direct contact with each other and are not energized, or are not energized through the adhesive member. For this reason, it is not necessary to provide an insulating layer on the adhesive member, and the adhesive member can be formed of only the adhesive layer. Furthermore, the thickness of the pressure detection unit itself can be reduced by setting the thickness of the adhesive member thin.
- a second characteristic configuration of the pressure detection unit according to the present invention is that the pair of electrodes are arranged in a frame shape.

- a third characteristic configuration of the pressure detection unit according to the present invention is that the first substrate and the second substrate are formed in a frame shape.
- This configuration makes the pressure detection unit itself a frame. Thereby, even if a display part is arrange
- a fourth characteristic configuration of the pressure detection unit according to the present invention is that the adhesive member attracts the first substrate and the second substrate to apply an initial load to the pressure-sensitive ink.
- the initial unstable detection value is automatically eliminated, and the pressure detection unit Even when a light load pressure is detected, the detection accuracy of the pressure is improved.
- This also makes the error range of the detection value (resistance value) with respect to the load extremely small, and as a result, the measurement accuracy of the pressing force can be improved.
- a fifth characteristic configuration of the pressure detection unit according to the present invention is a load that concentrates and transmits a load to the pressure-sensitive ink on at least one of the outer surface of the first substrate and the outer surface of the second substrate.
- the transmission member is provided.
- the load transmission member supports the pressure detection unit having the electrode and pressure-sensitive ink and receives the load in a concentrated manner without dispersing the load. Is reliably transmitted to the pressure-sensitive ink. In this way, the pressure-sensitive ink is reliably pressed, and the pressure measurement accuracy of the pressure detection unit can be improved.
- a sixth characteristic configuration of the pressure detection unit according to the present invention is that the load transmission member is formed to have a smaller cross-sectional area as the distance from the outer surface of the first substrate or the second substrate increases.
- the load transmission member allows a change in posture between the pressure detection unit having the electrode and the pressure-sensitive ink and the external member pressing the pressure detection unit to some extent. Therefore, when the posture change between the pressure detection unit and the external member is small, the load transmission member can suppress the dispersion of the external load to other than the pressure detection unit.
- a characteristic configuration of the pressure detection device is a pressure detection device including a panel member having a rectangular outer shape and a pressure detection unit that detects a pressing operation force on the panel member, and the pressure detection unit includes: A pair of electrodes arranged linearly opposite each other, and a conductive pressure-sensitive ink that is disposed between the pair of electrodes so as to cover at least one of the pair of electrodes, and whose electric characteristics are changed by the pressing operation force. And at least a part of the edge along the longitudinal direction of the panel member.
- the pressure detection unit is arranged in a state of covering at least one of the pair of electrodes between the pair of electrodes and the pair of electrodes, and the electric characteristics by the pressing operation force
- the entire area where the linear electrodes and the pressure sensitive ink are arranged becomes a linear pressure detection section, and a wide pressure detection area can be secured.
- the panel member which received the pressing force generally tends to bend along the longitudinal direction, if the pressure detection unit is arranged at the edge along the longitudinal direction of the panel member, it is easy to detect the displacement between the pair of electrodes. The detection sensitivity of the pressure detector is improved.

Abstract
Description
ここで、バンプ24aの高さ寸法は、例えば50μm~200μm(第2基板22に接着するための接着層の厚みを含む)である。
